Too many ads
I absolutely love this game ~ I’m on level 11,111! However, I am very disappointed in the amount of ads that have been included in the last few months. It’s made me switch to other puzzle games with fewer ads. 😕 Do you really need that many?

Problems
After events are finished they stay up there for extra days than on Sunday all of a sudden there is a new challenge and I just have till midnight to finish it this has been happening for months can't contact support I really like this game except for these problems so only 1 Star instead of 5
Cool game
Game lags some and will not stay in holes even when you see the rope go in the hole also push you to spend money But overall it’s a fun game to play I sometimes play for several hours until my eyes won’t focus LOL and it ticks me off at the same time I just hate getting taken advantage of But get it and enjoy
Reduced time added for the same $$
I’ve been playing this on and on for a while. I noticed today that they reduced the extra time you can buy with coins from 60 seconds to just 20 seconds. They still charge you the same price for it though. Cheap and sneaky. Put it back.
Great Game but
I ended up deleting it even though it’s great game. I have enough timers in my work so I play the games to relax not to be timed.

Ads are too time consuming. I don’t want to waste so much time watching ads. Short ads are ok . Less than 1 minute.
Tied up
I love this game. Very addictive. But I have a question. What are the cards for. The little cards are very cute, but what are they for? Also, please get rid of the hour glass “prize”. I have hundreds. I would much rather win anything other than time outs.
Fun, but privacy issues!
I loved this game, but their change in product policy brought a lot of tracking issues with it. I had to delete it.

Why these awful updates?
This was the best game! I could keep playing and now at every transition, I am bogged down with commercials. It’s now more annoying than other games. I was in the 2000+ level but I think adding these annoying interferences is a good reason to quit. And I hate the frogs. Why did you change this. I’m so disappointed.
Too many ads!!!
I have been playing for a long time but here recently everytime you finish a game you get an ad which is so annoying so I deleted the game bc it became such a nuisance to play
Stressfull time
Love everything but the time limit is pressuring. Games is for relaxing for me.
Good but could be great
Fun game, but takes forever 2 learn how 2 play it cause there are zero instructions. You burn lives” trying 2 figure out what happens when you do something. And some contests have a timer telling you’ve got a day or you’ve got 2 days, etc. 2 finish before a new contest starts. You also loose seconds trying to look at UR rewards (scissors, knot busters, extra time button, etc.) because you can’t see those icons until the game starts. And the game cheats! It will slow how quickly the ropes pull or slow the cleared rope from disappearing for ex.
Timer
Why not offer the option to turn the timer off.
Not consistent
Game play is good, there’s some things I don’t like. However, during the Music City Tour, if you have been successful getting balls, you get far more 1x pts than when starting that portion, basically penalizing players. Change your algorithm.
Ads making game unbearable!
All of a sudden the game is full with ads. I downloaded this game and have been paying this ad free all this time. It is an ad popping up every two seconds unnecessarily and it’s making the game unplayable.
The Ad That Ruined It
I thoroughly enjoyed this game for several years. It’s challenging and fun! I have a lot of these games and obnoxious ads are par for the course. Generally I don’t pay attention to them. Today, though, an ad came up with a picture of a perfectly fine looking woman and on the screen were the words, “how not to look ugly”…okay, really? I find this advertising content “ugly” and I’m not supporting any app, no matter how fun and engaging the game is, that airs it. I’ve deleted this game off of my phone permanently.
Upper Levels Require Tools
Used to be quite proficient with the game and played daily. Now that I achieved a high level, completing the games within allotted time without using tools/coins has become very rare. I get it, they’re selling a product at the end of the day, but instead of getting me to do so, I’m just not playing much anymore.
Not fun anymore
I have this app on another device & decided to put it on a second device. The new version is on a timer instead of completing the task in a certain number of moves. I play this to take a break, not to “beat the clock”. I have tried to figure out how to disable the clock to no avail. Not liking this version at all.

Do not play this game unless you don’t mind spending TONS of money on boosters. Also if you are a true gamer be prepared to have to compete with players who have just started this game and are not on the hard levels that you are now therefore hopeless to win any competition since their levels are 4 times easier than yours
My Opinion
I love playing this game! I would like to give it 5 stars. There is one thing, tho, that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. The way they slow down the game when you get to the hardest level. There really isn’t any reason to do that! It is very frustrating and you will never get 5 stars from me as long as that is going on!
Got time?
At first??? Then ooooh, then aaahhh, then WOW!! I find that when playing I’ll lose myself & as time passed I am lost in the game. You need a break, a time pass, an adrenaline boost, or brain changes find these in Knot Buster 3D. Join a team!
New “feature” makes playing impossible
Every time I complete a puzzle, an ad for some other app comes up and I can’t escape back to Knot Busters 3D wirhout shutting it down. It won’t allow feedback either

I suppose the timer is a money grab, but it makes the game much less fun.
Watch the timers on your games
I want to warn other players about a serious issue I experienced with Mojoly. The timers in several of the games do not appear to run accurately. In my experience, the timer often seems to speed up or skip seconds, which affects the outcome of the game and makes it very difficult to complete levels fairly. Because these games involve real money, the accuracy of the timer is extremely important. If the timer is not functioning correctly, it gives the impression that players are not being given a fair chance. I have contacted Mojoly about this concern but did not receive a satisfactory explanation. Due to the seriousness of the issue, I have also submitted complaints to the Federal Trade Commission and my state Attorney General so the matter can be investigated. I encourage other players to pay close attention to the timers while playing and report any irregularities they notice. Transparency and fair gameplay are essential when real money is involved.

I've been playing this game for a long time and now on the update 6/29/26 there are minutes of ads between EACH game! I'm deleting what USED to be a fun game.
Great game, but also very frustrating
I have enjoyed playing this game daily, but i get very frustrated when the pieces wont move or will only go to a certain place, or,as frequently happens,the screen freezes.

I love this game. Can you P L E A S E!!! add a “Zen” or “Relax” mode so I can eliminate the need to beat the clock but still have the pleasure of solving the puzzle!
Option to turn off timer
I love this game. In my opinion it’s the most challenging “knot buster” out there. I just wish there was an option to turn the timer off. That would make it more enjoyable for my aging brain. Thank you.
New ads make it unplayable

Fallen out of love with this game
I used to really enjoy this game but after being stuck on level 353 for weeks, I’ve given up playing it.
Agree with comment about times too short
Game is a great concept but I don’t care for competition. I do it to relax, like jigsaws. I would pay a one-off to have no timer ever and slower progression. I just like untangling the knots. No extra challenges with not enough moving space and tools to cheat. I am literally unwinding my brain not adding extra stress.
Caused Black Screen
Had a great time playing Knot Busters 3D. While I was playing It caused the black screen on my IPhone. When I was able to get in my phone and opened the game, just a black screen shown on my phone. Unfortunately, I had to delete the app today 1/14/25.
Not Good Customer Service!!
Weeks ago I had a message in the game Inbox that said I needed to back up my account, delete it, reinstall it, & restore it. I backed it up but I couldn’t get it to restore my level. I should have taken a screenshot but I believe I was on level 400 something. I tried to submit something via Feedback, but never heard back. Next I sent an email, no response. I sent a 2nd email, no response. I loved this game & it was one of my favorites. I am not very happy. I don’t understand why they won’t reply back. I am very disappointed. So be aware if they tell you need to do the same thing. I guess I will have to delete the app if I still get no reply or a disappointing reply.

Good gameplay, could do with side games & tournaments to win boosters & coins to give more incentive to keep playing. Would make a good kids game without the timer - just as a puzzle solver for them
Starts out ok
So this game entices you to leave a good review not long after you begin playing, they do so by not showing any ads until after you rate the game then the ads start coming with increasing frequency, I kind of felt some trickery was being used when a popup appeared prompting me to give feedback but in order to do so you have to enter your email address, why do they want your email address to receive feedback? I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the sly tactics used
Bombed out
I have tried repeatedly to get through the level with the bombs but I cannot work out how to do this. I have tried starting at different places and in a different order but I cannot get through it. The bombs go off after only 30 seconds. Can someone please tell me what to do? I love the game but this is seriously testing my patience and resolve. Help me, please ……..
