Awesome app and lots of fun to play
Not working
I’ve been playing this game for quite some time. I logged on currently have -423 lives and I have it won’t let me collect the coins you used to be able to collect every hour. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and noting is different. The game is unplayable.

terribly glitchy user interface…
i really want to like this game but between the audio glitches (audio of the hex tiles disappearing during gameplay) and the lagging that occurs during the gsmeplay , i am just displeased with the performance of the app …. i even thought it was just me / my phone was the issue at first and i went to free up some storage on my phone so the game could run smoothly … well even after freeing up over 100 GB of space on my 256 GB iphone , the game still is lagging and the audio is still glitching causing me to close and relaunch the app ( and i even restarted my phone after freeing up the storage ) nothing i’m doing is working so that tells me that it’s not me or my phones , it’s the game … i just wish these game developers would do better because the games would be so fun if they were more thorough when they are making them to ensure that they actually work … clearly this game has not been tested or ran by the developer , so sadly i guess i have to deal with the glitches until a bug fixing update comes out ( if they ever release one ) so yea , could have been a great game , i love the concept and the sound effects , but the constant glitching is removing the spell entirely for me …

ETA: they did another update and fixed it, and I even got a reply from the developer to this review. Nice customer service! Latest update did something really bad to it… says “no internet” which isn’t true- and won’t load. Please fix it!!
Love this game!
This is my favorite game and I enjoy playing it very much especially the design scenes. I especially like that when I have a question I actually get an answer back.
What happened???
My favorite game until this newest update. The graphics have been downgraded and now it keeps glitching and taking me to pop up pages about security warnings on my phone. I’m about ready to uninstall if it’s not worked out soon.
Does not load after 4.2 update
After the 4.2 update the app never completely loads. I first get a false internet problem message, after rhat the app loads to 94% and gets stuck.
This game cheats
I loved this game at first but as soon as I paid for extra things it would freeze up and kick me off the game when I am at the top to win in a challenge..: it would use up everything I paid for extra and then kick me off…it did this every time I played the challenges…. I stopped playing for a few months because of this, I just started playing again for a couple of days I broke down and bought extra stuff because it would never let me win otherwise and as soon as I did it started kicking me off again when I was at the top to win every single time..:don’t waste your valuable time and money on this fixed game they cheat you big time
Ok game
I would have given it a higher rating but some of the adds have been up to or more minutes long. 30 seconds is acceptable but 2 minutes makes me turn the game off for days at a time.

I love this game, what I didn’t love were the ads but got use to them. Now can’t play because it will not load up.

fun game, inappropriate add
i've been playing hexa up for some time now, and i really love it. however, i noticed recently that some ads that i see are really racy. they're mostly ads for erotic novel apps where you can see the content of some of these stories. while it personally doesn't affect me, the app store states that this game is for people 4 years old and up.
Ads too long and too often
I love this game but some of the ads in it last for over 2 minutes now. Also an ad after each level (even if you lose) is ridiculous. I refuse to pay for the ad free version when there are lots of other great games with no ads. I’m going to have to delete
Cluttered, but It’s FREE
The home screen is too cluttered. There are currently 12 different sidequests, races, and offers. Bleh. Also, what’s the point of coloring the scenes? So boring and time consuming. I don’t mind the ads; If you want to play for free or remove obstacles in the game, you have to put up with the ads, no matter how long they are.

Unbeatable Level
I’ve been mindlessly obsessed with this little game for months. I’ve paid to remove ads. I’m on level 2,749. It’s completely unwinnable. I can’t even explain how many ads I’ve watched to get power ups to beat this level - it’s totally ridiculous. It’s a new mode that was recently released. Anyway, guess I have to find a new mindless mobile game.
Level 1336 is Glitching
Love this game but I Can’t get past this level, diamond spaces show available but I am not able to place any hex there. If it doesn’t get fixed soon I’ll have to go to another hex game

With newest iPhone update (26.2.1) this game is saying “no internet connection”, I have checked everything and internet is working properly?
Pretty fun- makes my phone so hot though
Game is fun, I like that it shows how many is in the pile. It makes my phone horribly hot though. I can play lots of other games and it doesn’t change my phones temperature
Ads are excessively long
While this was sold as a no ads, the ads far exceed the limits they are supposed to be imposed on game makers. They are not dismissible and force engagement. It’s a cute game but incredibly frustrating, especially when you get stuck on an ad that won’t click closed until you are forced to download.
Was Advertised as No Ads
This game was advertised as 100% free with NO ADS. That’s why I downloaded it. Played for about 30 minutes and now there’s an ad after every single level. Very annoying and false advertising.
Better than good
I’m really hooked playing hex. oin can’t wait until I done with the dishes and reading the kids g homework to escape in bed and play hex up until the suns up definite two rgumbs way up

No longer motivated to play
This was my favorite game BUT now I have colored ALL of the photos. There is nothing to do with the winnings after each level. We need more scenes BUT change it up! Interior decorating is rather boring and repetitive. Add coloring pages of random images, designs, items and themes. Your options are endless!

The most recent update took care of many of the bugs; however, I can’t get the game to load past 94% today (Monday). The “contact us”button in the upper left-hand corner doesn’t open so there’s no way of contacting the developers except through the app review
No forced ads?!
Advertised with “no forced ads” which is a lie; there are HOWEVER it’s a very addictive game so I can deal with them.
Freeze and Crash
I love the game and the graphics in this app but, I had to delete it out of frustration. It would not stop freezing and then crashing. I don’ have this issue with any of my other apps so, away it goes.

Very addictive game but Since I paid to remove the annoying ads I seem to be required to watch the ‘optional’ ads even more in order to complete levels which is very frustrating! Would definitely NOT recommend paying the (quite expensive!) £5.99 for ad removal- I feel I’ve watched far more ads than before and feel like I’ve been a bit stitched up in especially having paid for this privilege…

First I love the game. But, I have paid to have ads removed. Still I have to watch an ad to open up a free space. At least we should have a limit on number of ads then get the rest of the day ad free.

This game does start off fun, but even if you purchase ad free it requires you to watch long ads to get out of pinch’s. In addition when you get to the point to Complete the puzzle it does not provide colors that allow you to strategically plan your tile placement.

Yet One More “Free” Game Designed to Take Your Money
This game is initially really fun and it lets you be successful. Basically, to lure you in. Then it slowly begins feeding you hexies in colors that are useless when it senses what colors you need to win (this is an obvious and repeated pattern that occurs over and over again when colors suddenly stop appearing right when you need them), or it feeds you hexie stacks in color combinations that literally make it impossible to win and advance to the next level. Unless … you continually open your wallet to purchase more coin packages or watch ridiculously long advertisements. And this is after purchasing the “ad-free package”! Not to mention that the game isn’t properly calibrated to drag the hexie piles (your finger rests near the stack, not ON it like other Hexie games, meaning your stack often ends up in a position you didn’t intend and it’s a wasted turn. Reading all of the reviews and the bazillion users that have given this game a way low rating because of the issues I’ve just outlined, I actually question the posted overall high rating. If you’re prepared to buy new coin packages multiple times a day and then blow through them because you’re pre-disposed to losing, this is a fantastic game. If you don’t have deep pockets, well, not so much.
