Unreliable
More often then not the app is down and will not let me sign in. My husband also has the app and has the same problem at the same time. We don’t need fancy features, we just need it to work so that we can see our balance and transfer funds. Also, although we have specified English, the app sends its notifications and transaction details in Shqip. We cannot read them, or translate them because there are abbreviations.

Terrible Terrible App!
A total infringement of your personal privacy rights. The bank sneakily rolled out this app which requires facial recognition saying it is for your security. A farce! And the app crashes every time you try to open it.

Great App
Honestly one of the better banking apps I’ve used. It’s straightforward, doesn’t feel cluttered, and everything just works without issues. I can quickly check my balance, send money, or pay bills without wasting time figuring things out. It’s also been very reliable so far, which is exactly what I needed.

The app or the website don’t work anymore. This is the worst “upgrade” in the history of banking.

The worst app EVER!
That's actually the worst nightmare: an app that only works if you activate every possible security feature on your phone. If you don't, it simply won't work, and you'll probably end up having to switch banks, because it's virtually impossible to complete transactions without being able to check them. On top of that, there's no longer an independent Web UI (for people like me who prefer handling transfers, payments, and statements on a laptop): to open the Web UI, you need approval for a 3-minute session from the app on your phone. When the session expires, you have to request approval again and again. Any transaction through the Web UI requires yet another approval from the app! I've been using online banking for the last 25 years in different countries, but I have never encountered such a user-unfriendly piece of ... software.
User friendly
Very user friendly, easy to navigate and many useful options. Now i see that i can update the limits of my Debit card, i do not have to call the bank for this. Well done Union Bank
