30 min+ pritje ne linje per te folur me supportin, askush nuk pergjigjet kur iu telefonin, app nuk ka transparence se cfare kursi kembimi perdor kur monedhat nuk jane Euro ose Lek, gjenerimi i statement eshte thjesht nje fature e sajuar pdf ku nuk ka informacion

I have been using for a short amount of time but i am impressed about functionality and it is very user friendly.

Nuk e di se si kane patur guximin qe kane nxjerr nje aplikacion te tille ne production. Aplikacioni nuk eshte funksional. Nuk ka menyre se si te terheqesh parate nga llogaria. Kur skanoj qr code ne atm bkt me çon ne faqen e supportit dhe praktikisht nuk terheq dot para nga atm. Edhe nese do ishte e mundur, ka nje limit prej 700⏠ditore. Kur shkoje dhe klikoj funksionalitetin terhiq parate ne llogari bankare, edhe pse e kam shtuar iban e llogarise bakare me nxjerr opsionin per ta shtuar perseri. Pasi shkoje te shtoje perseri iban, me nxjerr error qe ky iban ekziston. Si supozohet ti terheq parate? Vras mendjen si e kae kaluar çertifikimin si institucion i parase kur funksionaliteti kryesor i aplikacionit nuk punon. Perveç ksaj marketohen si 0 komision, por komisioni eshte fix dhe ne kohen e ksaj review eshte 300 ALL per cdo transferte. Nuk e rekandoj si app. Me mire perdor direkte llogarine bankare. Po pres te me marri supporti qe te gjej nje menyre qe terheq parate e mia.
