Really good app, you can practically do everything from the phone or pc no need to go to the branch all the time.

Ne cdo faqe gjen probleme, gabim ktu gabime atje, njoftimet nuk i aktivizoj dot sepse siduket nuk kam akses( nuk keni te drejta pergjigjet appi😂) , ndersa shume pak mundesi per te paguar fatura ne kompani apo institucione te ndryshme, shume larg BKT-se. Aplikacion qe behet update nje here ne dy muaj. Sherbim qe nuk aktivizohet. Eshte bere raportimi disa here si me email por edhe ne dege qe nuk aktivizohet sherbimi ne celin tim dhe ska asnje lloj komunikimi apo zgjidhjeje. Sherbim SKANDALOZ.

It has *everything* you need. Except the times it barely loads due to slow servers. The latter need to be kept up and running at all times.

I don’t know if this is a problem that affects only me, but whenever I need to use the app it’s unavailable. I believe they are working or maybe a bug or sth happens in the system, but it would be great if you could solve this issue since we can’t use the app when we need it.

Notifications bug
Great app! But one problem though. I have problems with notifications. I enable them from the settings (on the app) and they disable again. Sometimes I get notifications when I withdraw money or pay by card sometimes I don’t. It would be helpful to fix this bug.
Unavailable app
The app has been unavailable for some time now, and because of that the transaction on other apps do not function.

Kur do e sillni raipay per iOS? Gjithashtu autentikim biometrik do ishte mire. Gjithashtu ne momentin qe hap task manager mir do ishte te shfaqej gjendja(screen) i app sic e ka BitWarden.

Platforme e avancuar qe ta ben jeten me te lehte, duke kursyer kohen dhe shmangur radhen ne dege. Mund te kryej veprime bankare, transferta dhe pagesa gjithashtu kudo qe ndodhem . Pa lene pas sigurine e larte dhe sherbimin e shpejte qe ofron ky app.

Apple Pay tashme mund te perdoret ne Shqiperi ne Shqiperi duke marre parasysh qe banka te tjera e kane filluar suportin. Mungesa e Apple Pay nga ana juaj eshte e turpshme duke marre parasysh qe jeni nder bankat me te medha ne treg.
Unable to unlink social apps
I have reached support several times related to social apps linked to my bank account. I am still unable to remove Messenger and Telegram from Raiffeisen ON eventhough I tried to delete both social accounts. Please fix it ASAP! Add a sound for every transaction as well.

Nese une kam te drejte te bej transferta ne platforme nga llogaria ime , atehere perse kam nje limit kaq te ulet per te transferuar? Si dhe koha e paket per te bere pagesa ne llogarite ne thesar nga smart phone le per te deshiruar.

So buggy and annoying app
I have never been more annoyed by using an app than when I used raiffaisen on. Missing lot of features on mobile. Lame UX/UI, limited features, existing one are buggy, limited online transaction amount (for everything you need to ho go the branch because you don’t find a solution in the app itself). Limited ways to login, and no ways how to reset pin/password and access your account. I wanted to get an account statement, that I could not get it from mobile for the current month (other banks have this feature for years now) and after I tried to access web banking, I couldn’t login anymore to mobile app. It required me to activate mobile and register and there is no way how I can login to account now. Overall, I have had a very bad experience with raiffaisen on and not only. I will definitely close my account and everything.
KUIK - Feature i deshtuar
Tashme KUIK eshte bere i sikletshem ne shoqeri per te bere transferat. Cdo muaj me duhet te flas te pakten 2 here me suportin qe pagesa nuk ka arrdhur ose nuk eshte nisur. Ndersa aplikacioni per gjerat e tjera eshte basic, si shumica e applikacioneve te bankave ne Shqiperi.
