A lot of issues, the UI is outdated, features and everything else work as if this app was being developed in early 2000. Please take into consideration a whole revamp of the app. Get a new design and make sure that features work and look how they are supposed to.
Terrible Experience with OTP Bank App - Not Worth Downloading
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the OTP Bank app. It is completely unreliable and unworthy of anyone’s time. Transactions don’t get processed in a timely manner, and there are serious issues with updates. Whether I withdraw or deposit money, many times the app doesn’t show any information about these transactions, leaving me in the dark. Worse yet, there’s often no record of expenses or updates about the money movements, which makes it impossible to rely on. If you’re expecting real-time insights or even basic functionality, this app will fail you. It’s not up-to-date, and it provides little to no information about what’s happening with your account. In short, don’t bother downloading it — you’re better off deleting it.
