Është e papranueshme që një institucion bankar si Intesa Sanpaolo të mbetet kaq mbrapa me shërbimet digjitale. Ndërkohë që shumica e bankave në Shqipëri e ofrojnë prej kohësh Apple Pay, te ky aplikacion vazhdojmë të presim pa asnjë njoftim apo afat konkret. Në ditët e sotme, pamundësia për të kryer pagesa me iPhone ose Apple Watch është një minus shumë i madh që penalizon drejtpërdrejt përdoruesit e iOS. Përditësimet vijnë vetëm për rregullime të vogla, por shërbimi kryesor që u duhet klientëve mungon plotësisht. Nëse nuk integrohet së shpejti, do të detyrohemi të kalojmë në një bankë tjetër.

Ktej te marin lek per faturat e letres qe printon. Rriten cmimet dhe tani marin takse per cdo terheqje komision. Sjane ne metro fare, dhe keto nuk ngopen me lek!!!!

Good but contain some bugs
I am using this app from a year now. And still its not fixed the problem that we get notifications only for outbound transaction and not for inbound transactions. Another thing I dont like is when you try to reach an online agent outside the work hours it said “Internal error , smth like that. You can do it better and can give us the real reason.

Im a software engineer myself, but I have never seen such a terrible mobile app.It is slow, with a lot of bugs and errors that are never reported.I think its designed to test how much patience a human can have before crying.Would not recommend… unless your goal is eternal frustration

Nuk njofton kur ka kreditime, te njofton me vonese kur ka debitime sidomos kur ben pagese me karte. Telefoni sapo mori versionin zyrtar te OS26 dhe ben crash. Doni me per belulin? App qe te acaron nervat, duke pare qe edhe leket per mirembajtje i mbani cdo fund muaji, per cfare i paguani programuesit?

I can’t find the right words to describe how bad this bank is. High commissions, poor quality service, inefficiency, horrible customer service. I have never had a positive experience with this bank. Anytime I’ve had to use it’s services it has been a nerve racking experience. Avoid this bank as much as you can!
