C’est très surprenant une une expérience de shopping si médiocre pour une marque si réputée. Les filtrages par tailles/genre ne fonctionnent pas sur l’app mais aussi en ligne sur Safari. Du coup j’abandonne systématiquement les tentatives de shopping en ligne.

Can log in on the website but when trying to log in on the app getting the message saying the info Doesn’t match their records? 😂
Bonne app m’as fonction manquante
L’application fonctionne très bien bravo la team ! Il manque cependant une fonction très utile qui est de pouvoir ajouter la carte fidélité Uniqlo à Apple wallet (pareil sur android si manquant). Il arrive régulièrement qu’on ait pas internet dans les magasins et lorsqu’on lance l’app on ne peut pas afficher son code barre de la carte fidélité à la caisse ! Bonne journée ☺️

I love UNIQLO, but the DPD delivery service they use is rubbish. I’ve never had a delivery from them without some major trouble.

Worst internet shopping service in the UK
I used to love uniqlo and they still have some good products but how can they justify charging for returns especially when the descriptions and sizing is so poor. Delivery takes an unbelievable amount of time as well - and then when it finally arrives you have to pay for the privilege of sending it back again as despite double checking all the measurements 3 times each it doesn’t fit. My very last time of ordering with this company. So disappointing.

Hoping for better experience in the future
No option for filtering out of stock items lead to spending too much time on the app - bit frustrating. No option to sort items from ascending to descending prices. Load of error messages.

Insgesamt finde ich die App aufgeräumt, auch wenn sie vielleicht nicht alle gängigen UX Pattern nutzt, wie man es sich vielleicht wünschen würde. Ich persönlich bevorzuge ein native App aber das ist Klagen auf Niveau.
De temps en temps ne fonctionne pas dans les magazines
Cette application devrait desinstaller la version précédente de Uniqlo ce qu’elle ne fait pas! Dans le magasin de Beaugrenelle , de temps en temps, l’application n’arrive pas à se charger ce qui est une perte de temps et une faille marketing..
Good clothes, bad delivery
Clothes are decent. Delivery takes a while, they charge for returns, and they don’t leave deliveries in your ‘safe place’ meaning lots of failed attempts. Not worth it for me

You should be able to spend 2 gifts cards within the same order. The only way to use them is to do multiple orders which results in two separate deliveries which cannot be cost effective for the company or customer

It’s so awkward navigating the app or website now. Form over function won out here, it’s frustrating and so unintuitive to use.

Wonky buggy window
The app sometimes goes wonky and the image and text gets squashed to one side - had to keep clicking on it to get it work -goes back to the wonkiness - had to keep clinging. Groundhog Day very stressful

Very easy to look for the items and shop quickly.
Us date format
They use the US date format in the app which led to in store confusion where the staff refused to acknowledge a valid coupon because it expired when it was in fact valid for another month, as confirmed by support. This confusion largely did stem from the wrong date format being used imo, as it made it difficult in the moment to read because there aren’t 16 months.

Application bug avec pay pal
L’expérience de paiement est pénible, l’application crash avec PayPal. Je n’ai pas pu régler ma commande. J’ai du le faire plusieurs fois. Ainsi, après plusieurs annulations de commande et redirection vers l’application pay pal où je confirmais être à l’origine de la transaction. Et donc une fois la transaction validée sur PayPal, je devais ensuite tout recommencer car sur l’application Uniqlo la connexion à PayPal n’avait pas été prise en compte. Expérience de navigation sur l’application est agréable toutefois il est regrettable de ne pas pouvoir zoomer sur les photos. L’astuce était de faire des captures d’écran et aller dans ma galerie photos pour zoomer et voir de plus près les matières surtout pour la maille des pulls et cardigans. Dommage.
Layout is mental
The app layout is a little confusing (coming from an iOS developer myself). It’s not clear to navigate and also the menu should perhaps be worded “all clothes”

Loving the Airism range, cool and comfy
Conmen, zero integrity, false advertising of app vouchers
Promised 2x vouchers for joining Uniqlo and downloading the app. Both vouchers were received but they both had an expiry time of just over 2 hours from issue !!! , this was 9:45pm so the stores weren’t even open to shop at that time. Really misleading offer , lacks integrity says a lot about the brand.
Poor service
Unfortunately Uniqlo blame their customers for their own faulty data and can’t reliably deliver a package as promised.

Lots of glitches and very difficult to use. Please fix it I like Uniqlo 😭

Generally works quite well. Takes a minute to figure out the UI. I do constantly run into an error when opening news articles in the “Notifications” setting that says “The requested URL was not found on the server.

Trying to return a garment has proved impossible. I am stuck with an enormous cardigan and no way of returning or exchanging it . A warning to beware Uniqlo in future
Mixed feelings…
I absolutely love UNIQLO the quality, the style, the prices it’s one of my favourite clothing brands. But this app is unbelievably frustrating. I have every notification switched on, yet I never get alerts when items I want are in stock. I tap “notify me” and… nothing. Since UNIQLO rarely restocks, I end up paying ridiculous scalper prices on eBay. Living in a small village with the nearest store an hour and a half away, I rely on the app, but email alerts I can’t check until after work just aren’t good enough. I love the brand, but the app needs to match the excellence of the clothes.

Now in my 80’s I have been buying most of my clothes from Uniqlo for well over 40 years. Good quality and great range of colours. However I find the new lines frankly boring and repetitive please remember older customers are important to - and have money and don’t want boring!
