Die App ist vollkommen instabil. Buttons haben keine Funktion. Man klickt auf Symbole (Fenster schlieĂen, Warenkorb, zurĂŒckblĂ€ttern etc), aber nichts passiert. An anderer Stelle Reaktion nur mit unglaublicher Verzögerung. Server sehr, sehr langsam. Bildaufbau ebenfalls.

Issues with postcode in Ireland
I tried to use Apple Pay but I had issues with my postcode in Ireland. It should be worth checking this out and solve it
Needs better address validation
The app doesnât accept commas or special characters in the delivery address field. This makes entering a normal address (e.g., street, number, apartment) frustrating. It feels like the input form wasnât properly tested. Needs improvement.

Ich schreib seit ca. ner Woche mit dem Kundenservice hin und her da mir weder auf der Website noch in der App der Site Guide/ GröĂen Finder angezeigt wird. Ich werde stĂ€ndig darauf verwiesen zb. Beim Screenshot von der Website doch die aktuellste Version der App zu benutzen :-) Affenköppe.

Die App hat gegenĂŒber dem Webshop diverse Nachteile. Z.B. fehlt die GröĂenhilfe in der App. Im Webshop kann man sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit zu einer passenden GröĂe errechnen lassen. Aber die Bestellung funktioniert auch nicht. Am Samstag das erste Mal 2 Teile bestellt. Am Dienstag ohne Kommentar eine RĂŒckzahlung erhalten. Die Produkte sind aber online noch vorrĂ€tig. Ein zweites Mal bestelle ich da nicht.

Lâapplication est vraiment mal optimisĂ©, le site internet est beaucoup mieux. Je nâarrive pas Ă me connecter sur lâapplication alors que sur le site internet ça marche, et aprĂšs multiples tentatives pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r de ne faire aucune erreur, cela fait 2h que je tente dâaccĂ©der aux soldes disponibles uniquement sur le site internet ?

The process of shipping to a relative from another country to the one in which you live has been horrible from start to finish. I am a UK national wishing to send a gift to a relative in Germany which of course is where Carhartt Europe are based. I have had to log in to a European website as a guest in order to place an order. I recommend to others that unless you like bureaucratic procedures do not even bother attempting this, find another brand. It takes hours of trial and error. Life is too short.

Mais puisquâil ne sâagit que de la premiĂšre version, de nombreux ajustements sont encore Ă faire : lâajout dâautres langues ; lâamĂ©lioration de la fluiditĂ© des gestes (retour en arriĂšre, sortir dâune photo en plein Ă©cran, entre autres animations pas trĂšs ergonomiques) ; vitesse de chargement des pages et produits ; ainsi que la correction de messages dâerreur lors de la connexion ou lâinscription seraient apprĂ©ciables. Bon courage aux devs, vous avez encore un peu de boulot! :) â€ïž

Leider keine Info ĂŒber den Bearbeitungsstand in der App. 4 Tage nach Bestellung noch keine VersandbestĂ€tigung. Ăber den Webbrowser wurde bisher spĂ€testens 2 Tage nach Eingang der Bestellung versendet. Hierbei habe ich die angegebenen Lieferzeiten beachtet und berĂŒcksichtigt.

Hab nur leider den Eindruck das der Versand, ĂŒber App bestellt, unglaublich lange dauert. Sonst 2-3 Tage, ĂŒber App bis zu einer Woche?! Hatte Kontakt zum Kundendienst, meine Zahlung (per Paypal) wĂ€re nach 4 Tagen noch nicht eingegangen. Komisch. Bestell ich ĂŒbern Browser gehtâs Instant. Schön wĂ€re ebenfalls wenn man direkt in der App retournieren könnte, dafĂŒr muss ich leider noch auf die Website.
