Your orders don’t appear under „orders“ even several days after but taking my money only takes a few seconds. The customer support button also doesn’t work when u click it.. 1945 all over again Worst app I’ve used in a decade

Wo Fitting Room
Die Größenempfehlung beschränkt sich nur noch auf Modelle, die sich im Shop befinden. Früher konnte man jedes Modell mit jedem vergleichen. Das ist ein massives Downgrade. Es wäre wirklich schön gewesen den Fitting Room als eigenen Bereich zu behalten.

Wirklich top. Kann mich nicht beschweren. Ist übersichtlich, Versand ruckizucki & Erststtungen werden flott geregelt.
Total verbuggt
Konnte leider nicht bestellen weil die Buttons im Warenkorb weder auf Handy noch auf Tablet richtig reagiert haben. Am Ende konnte ich auf Bestellung abschließen klicken aber ab dann passierte nichts mehr. Schade… hätte gerne die 10% genutzt

Super site , livraison super rapide … seul bémol, l’application est en allemand alors que le site est traduit automatiquement par Google … plusieurs langue disponible sur l’application serai un très gros +

App ist ok. Bei fcfs ist die App jedoch absolut unbrauchbar. 1.) Der Warenstand aktualisiert sich zu langsam. Somit ist ein sneaker lange ausverkauft bis man zum checkout kommt. 2.) Die captchas sind natürlich gut gegen bots; nur bleibt man nach Auflösung des Captas ewig lange auf der Seite kleben; die pop up Seite beim checkout lädt nicht. Bis der Schuh ausverkaut ist (in meinem Fall Bad Bo rise). Danke für nichts! Egal welcher App Entwickler hier am Werk ist: schon mal was von nem Stresstest unter realen Bedingungen gehört??

App ist an und für sich gut. Aber bei mir leert sich nach einer Weile immer wieder die Favoritenliste. Suche ich die Schuhe dann manuell, sind sie aber noch als Favorit gekennzeichnet …

Tabbar issue should be fixed
Tabbar is missing when it is navigated in app which leads user to kill the app and relaunch to see basket etc. It is very frustrating.

NICHT zu empfehlender Kundenservice
Reklamation trotz eindeutigem Mangel am Schuh abgelehnt und das innerhalb der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist. Statt einer fairen Lösung gab es nur pauschale Ausreden und ein unpassendes Gutscheinangebot. Der Kundenservice ignoriert mich seit dem. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert. Ich werde mich nun an die Verbraucherschutzzentrale wenden
Eigentlich eine schöne App…
… doch mit nervigen Macken. Bei Such-Ergebnissen werden mir stets Schuhe angezeigt, die längst (in allen Größen) ausverkauft sind. Und: Es ist mir nicht möglich, gespeicherte Produkte von meiner Favoriten-Liste zu entfernen (klappt nur kurz, sind dann immer wieder zurück).

Also mit der app zu „shoppen“ geht gar nicht. Irgendwelche in-app-werbung kein einfaches intuitives menü bzw. man muss überlegen wie man wo hinkommt, ne danke. Dann lieber die website

Immer nach öffnen der App kommt die Meldung „Du bist offline. Bitte starte die App neu“. Was mache ich falsch (ich bin online !) ??

App ist unbenutzbar wegen Bugs
Ich schließe dem Bewerter vom 25. Oktober an. Bis heute ist die App schwer verbugt. Ständig soll neugestartet werden, was aber nicht hilft. Man kann auf keine Artikel tippen, App reagiert nicht.
Ständiger Logout
Ständig muss man sich neu einloggen und die Bottom Navigation nervt unendlich beim Scrollen durch die Artikel. Wieso muss sich das Ding ständig hin und her bewegen? Ich bekomme da fast einen epileptischen Anfall. Es nervt so hart, ich kann die App einfach nicht nutzen weil es so sehr nervt. Der Pfeil nach oben Button bewegt sich auch geisteskrank nervig
Rabatt hat nicht funktioniert
Bei meinem Artikel wurde nach dem Code SOS25 nichts abgezogen vom Preis :(

Your concept & company is awesome - who does your app? It is so bad…
The links for the shoes are outdated, sizes etc are never available. Your app does not work. It’s so annoying to see. I have friends of friends of friends that could build an app that actually works! You should look around for better representation of your brand, that’s your whole business.

L’application s’est mise toute seule en allemand et impossible de changer la langue. Donc perso je l’utilise plus.

Customer care pessimo
Non gestito il reso, bisogna rivolgersi a spedizionieri in autonomia e con costi ovviamente alti. Pubblicati ribassi che poi svaniscono al checkout. Inviate 2 mail al customer care per 2 problemi differenti, ricevute mail automatiche in cui si dice che la questione verrà affrontata nel giro di 3 giorni. Sono passate almeno 2 settimane

Easy to use and very smooth. Handles requests very well and considering it’s a “newish” app it’s quite surprising. Especially if you compare them to other retailers who have their apps for years and still don’t perform good.
Buggy
Spent so long trying to submit for a raffle. Issues with addresses. Clicking buttons. Generally dreadful. Still haven’t managed to enter a raffle an hour later 😂
Langage
Les réglages de l’application sont en Français et pourtant tout apparaît en Allemand. Impossible d’arriver à effectuer des achats normalement. Cela fait plusieurs mois que ça dure. Merci de régler ce bug s’il vous plaît.
Résultat trop long, participations payantes
Plus de 2h pour savoir si j’ai win ou loose, l’argent est débité au moment de la participation et non au moment de l’achat
