Genial
Me encanta esta app.. súper divertida y fácil de usar! Fenomenal si quieres estudiar y no tienes tiempo de leer texto
DO NOT PURCHASE
After downloading this app and finding it not up to expect expectations, I tried to cancel. After six weeks and six charges I have gotten nowhere. This was a scam and I am very disappointed in Apple and the app. I am hoping at this point they stop charging me. I’ve paid more than I would have to have the app for a year. This was a lot of money and not worth it. I will not stop here on writing reviews to make sure no one else is taken like I was.
Author
Excellent program. I only wish it recognized standard mandatory screenplay formatting words like: INT. (Interior) EXT.(exterior) INT/ EXT. (interior exterior) CONT'D (continued)

Reflections and the locket a collection of timeless prose and the weight of a promise by Clark Thomp
Although most of my work is first draft at this point, the reader makes it seem finished. I really appreciate this AI strength to make my work look good.
Terrible app. No useful features.
I deleted it after trying to listen to one PDF
What a blessing to now have!
What a useful tool to use in my studies pursuing my license as an educator! Thank you for creating this, making it accessible, and affordable to users.
Unlimited listening lie
My partner and I both paid for the yearly subscription for us so we could listen to our stuff at work and halfway through the first week we hit our “listening limit” I cannot express how annoyed we are at this. Otherwise this is great but the sole reason we got it was to be able to listen during our shifts.
Lecture en français à améliorer
Il serait intéressant d’avoir des voix francophone qui lit même les chiffre en français.

Çoook güzel kanalım için kullanıyorum
Trash
Even with premium still have a listening limit.
Working great
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it didn’t handle very large files without crashing
Too much money
Really dumb that they advertise this as free, as you can only have 2 things read a day, and I wasted those 2 things trying to see how the app works. $12 a week is absolutely insane. What normal person can afford that
Ok, works, but not worth the high price
Poor selection of voices, and the voice cloning is awful, makes any voice sound American.
Review
Great app!!!
Price
This app is expensive
Very efficient
It works beautifully if you type or paste text into the reader. Taking images of pages of text is slightly frustratingly not 100% accurate. It would be Excellent if the listener could edit typos but editing is not possible (yet!) once the AI reader starts reading. As for taking images of pages of text, I have found that taking photos of text/pages with my phone’s camera app and then uploading photos to the app is more efficient than the Listen AI camera function, but is an unfortunate extra step. The Listen AI somehow lowers the quality of the images and decreases reading accuracy. When uploading lots of images of pages of text, and working on each image to fit the text into the adjustable frame, sometimes the app crashes and all of the editing needs to be done again which can be an unfortunate waste of time. Overall, the reading voices are very clear and I appreciate the adjustable speeds.
Ok
Ok but maybe a longer free trial to properly entice people and why is there not a black or even brown person to choose to speak?
Language switch
It switches to a language different from English especially wen reading numbers
Listen ai
Wonderful tool
I can’t find the cancel subscription button
It’s predatory to hide the cancel subscription button from view and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I started a free trial just to try it out and now that I’m done with it I went to cancel and now I can’t find it
Quite good!!
Was able to intelligibly articulate some relatively obscure words and sound normal with a human-like pacing and tone.
The app is so glitchy
If ever I try to go back to something to listen to it the app freezes, if you pause something it freezes, if you try to download it freezes Please do a update that makes the app actually work
Contractions
This app doesn’t seem to use contractions, even when they are typed/within the document and I can’t find a setting to change it.

This app sucks
Will definitely not renew.
Pathetic
Try for 7 days but you can only use it 2 times and that’s if your lucky
Worked for a while
The app worked for a while but then stopped. I deleted and re upload and the problem persist.
Mrs
The the voice speech is good and clear. However, the app is too slow when trying to highlight part of the text, make a note, or scroll up and down.
Study tool
For me this turned out to be a great tool for studying. I had a large chapter about law summarized by an AI tool and then I put the text on Listen AI to read it out loud to me while I did many different things. Great tool when time is short.
scam
The app barley ever works and I paid for a year access
One snag
Liking it so far. Voice is very natural. But it’s annoying that I can’t copy a link from the Apple News app. I have to copy and paste the text which makes it very cumbersome. Any way for developers to fix this? I get all my news stories/articles from Apple News and I’m paying £39.99 a year for this app. Thanks
Clever
Clever tech but the cost is insane and voice verity limited.

I want more voice options
Don’t trust this app
Downloaded this app to test it. It did a poor job and after I cancelled the subscription I still got charged. This is a scam.
Helped a lot with homework!!
I really like this app when I need to remember a lot for different classes HOWEVER I would love if they added a feature to repeat the audio because it’s so annoying having to replay it evey 5 minutes when I just want to constantly listen to it.
Just no.
You only have a limit up to 3 shots like then u have to pay £7 a month. Nobody would want to pay that. I don’t recommend.. ( fix this )
Downloads to The Listen AI App
I needed a voiceover to add to a two-hander audition tape and used the ‘Dan’ voice on Listen AI. When I tried to download it, I couldn’t find it in any file on my phone. I went through the settings. I asked chatgbt which said it could be done but couldn’t find how? I email the producers/inventors. No reply. I’m convinced the ‘download’ facility downloads to the Listen AI app and nowhere else. Waste of time!
Peace through lock doors
Very clear and on points
Amazing voice almost perfect pronunciation
This voice was very natural and not as annoying as many others I have used. I think is comes down to voice intonation and this gets is almost perfect. Give it a go you can listen to to just over a page for free. I scanned pages from a book I wanted read to me and if you play with the light source it’s again almost perfect. I’d say give it a trial you might like it.
Annoyed
I was having a great time listening to a book and all of a sudden a trial pops up saying I’ve reached my limit and have to pay $7 a month 😡
Decent enough for free
The Ai voices are a bit too robotic sounding but it’s a decent enough app for free. Haven’t come across any glitches and it’s very user friendly. 👍
Easy
Great voice. Simple.
False Advertising
I have using this app for a while. I paid for the monthly subscription for a while and used it almost every day. Then, I decided I would like to keep using it longterm. So, I changed my subscription to the yearly plan. I have had no issues until today. I was listening to one of my stories when I was told I had reached my weekly listening limit and it would not allow me to listen anymore. I checked the features included in my pro membership and “unlimited listening” is one of them. How can I have unlimited listening if there is a weekly limit? That is false advertising! I am very disappointed.
Good app
Good app, it makes learning fun.
Add more free tries
I’m not allowed to send money on apps.if you can please do add more free tries.only if you can thank you!
Slower
overall good but slower so it’s writeable while writing on paper
