Very nice
Garbage!
This app is garbage. I am a member. My membership is linked. Yet when I add an item to my basket even though the membership price is there, the total when I go to pay is always a few pounds more and that’s before delivery! Also my recent order doesn’t show in order history. I will not be renewing my membership it’s not worth it.

Great app… shame it does work
As a member of anything, I would like the company’s associated app to function correctly. Two issues that I find annoying are, 1. I am unable to add the TFS card to my Apple wallet… says it doesn’t exist, and 2. My current order isn’t showing so I’m unable to track it. Given this app scores 4.3 I surmise there are other issues also.
Needs update
Needs update. I can’t login to the app at all. It opens and lets me look around but not able to login to my account. I put in email address and password and then it just stays on that screen. No issues using website I can login and complete transactions without a problem. App not useable for me at the moment and needs update to UI as it is clunky

Scent addict UX design
Not sure why but they have changed the scent addict page to open in a browser window while in the app. The UX is not great, I can’t see my full scent calendar unless I come out of the app and log in from safari. Please bring back the old version where I could choose and re arrange my scents by holding and dragging in the calendar section.

It’s a little confusing to get the correct fragrance as it brings the full page of all the variations. But that said it does end up showing what you want to see

Even though I paid for a fast delivery, the order was placed on 2 September. Today is 8 September and still no delivery

No free samples
Don’t pay for membership I went to their store and they said if I get membership they would give me free samples of perfume I don’t need to pay or buy perfume. I paid for the membership then I in store just showed my membership card and they said oh no you need to buy perfume for free samples in store Or you will get free samples online if you purchase 40 pounds perfume. I bought perfume online nothing shows up as free.

No one contacts you back and your orders doesn’t show up
I’ve been trying to get someone’s attention for nearly two weeks after I spent over £200 on purchases that have not been be registered on the app, for which the tracking number shows an error and the bot keeps sending me to the customer service email. Don’t bother trying to phone, the phone line is permanently closed, so you end up going round and round in circles. I’m going to wait a couple more days and contact my bank to get my money back.
