Camden London branch rude ignorant staff members no ettiquette
This store needs staff training the cashier was rude due to the stupid headphones talking over , when i was trying to ask about fragrance i found the miserable staff member on the till blatently ignored me and did not want to assist me! I stepped one step into the store and some other random fool jumping down my throat asking if i need help But when u look at how the individual presents herself she should ask herself that question! Shelves empty looking like a cuban grocerie store teach your staff basic manners -and stop your preditory behaviour! DISGRACEFUL
Great Site
It’s great savers have an app it makes it easy to order the products I need. I use the site all the time because you get great products at great prices. The site is easy to use and I can always find what I want. My only negative would be, the cost of postage. You get a reduced rate for spends over £30 but if you only want a few things it costs £4.00. I think the postage should be £2.00 for the small spend and free for over £30. This is the only reason I have given four stars but I would always recommend shopping at savers.
Lost favourites
My favourites were lost on the app update. Awful
Ok but could improve
Unable to amend or cancel orders after order is placed even if only placed seconds earlier. Apple Pay payment option is good but defaults to home delivery rather than prompting if used to pay immediately rather than going through the checkout process

Useless app. Please erase it!
This store will go out of business soon, because like this app it doesn’t deserve its customers! No stock info 2 months ago and the same thing still remains, so I can’t Click&collect. I can see that diversity impacts us all, as with wrong people holding the jobs they can’t do!
Wouldn’t except payment
Finely excepted card after numerous times Over numerous days, nothing wrong with card.
Ok range of products, delivery costs are terrible
The range of products are now lacking, the costs are skyrocketing so it’s no longer a ‘savers’ option and the delivery costs are terrible! There seems to be no customer loyalty i.e. voucher codes

Already started and been struggerling to set a password which I have tried for 15 minutes all sorts and it’s saying it’s invalid even though I have met all of the requirements

First impressions…can’t collect
So the app looks like it functions like a lot of other shopping apps which is a good thing, find what you want and put it in your basket before getting it delivered to your doorstep. However! There is also a collect from store option ONLY available via the app and not on their website, however when you change from deliver to collect the app crashes and shuts itself down.

I place an order a couple of times a month, the delivery is fast and the app is so easy to navigate around!
