Unable to Obtain Balance Confirmation Due to Unresponsive Support
I have been trying to reach them for more than a week, but their phone has not been connecting at all. We need to apply for the balance confirmation letter for the audit, yet the Charge Account is not fetching. I contacted FAB through several other numbers, but every team keeps directing me back to the same number I’ve already been calling for over a week. At this point, I genuinely don’t know how this issue is going to be resolved.

FAB launched an SME baking app and transitioned clients without maintaining any account log ins, any suppliers information, hundreds of registered suppliers and info gone…and cutting off for over ten days with no access to online banking.

Trying to log-in and application is asking about upgrade/update an app. it's redirecting me to the AppStore. But 1.0.62 is already there, it's latest version which is already installed on my iphone. So what should I do now? Isn't it better to display the real cause of the problem?

I am unable to access the bank for more than a week now and the customer service is non existent. Now the app is saying to update but there is no update option in the app store.
