My favorite app!!
I had my Apple Watch for years and never wore it until I got this app, now I’m hooked on constantly checking how I slept, my stress levels, my activity and hydration levels. It’s amazing.
Too many technical issues
The app provides interesting data, but there are too many issues. It doesn’t use all data from Apple Health and gives error messages when I try entering it manually. The food log is the worst. The AI confirmed it would remember my diet restriction, but when entering it, it still gets it wrong. Analyzing the exact food twice leads to a calorie difference of several 100 calories. Taking a photo of an exact product, like a drink in a can, weight and calories are completely off. It’s not worth the annoyance.
Viele Infos gut aufbereitet
Grundsätzlich gefällt mir die Software gut. Es gibt aber immer wieder Probleme mit der deutschen Übersetzung beziehungsweise verstehe ich manchmal die Kontexte nicht richtig. Manchmal steht in der Übersicht. Ich soll mich schonen und bei Belastung, dass ich noch Gas geben kann. Vielleicht kann man das noch optimieren.
Good initial impression but
There are a lot of what I feel are basic features locked behind a paywall. Once you get past the dashboard everything is locked. Use it for an at a glance overview but unless you pay you won’t get anything else from it. Will Likely delete this app

I use this to keep track of my sleep and workout.
Poor pricing model, laggy app
The pricing per week is insanely overpriced when the app itself is a laggy mess. The AI can take minutes to respond. Has good bones but needs an overhaul and better pricing since other apps offer so much more for cheaper.
Nice UI
I like the UI. Very clean and informative. But Heart monitoring needs to be improved. When I check the blood pressure all values are in range, but Livity shows red Color instead of green. This is very confusing. Please change.
Purchase required
This requires purchase. It says it’s writing data to Apple Health from Garmin Connect that I did NOT authorize or want it to do. Not signing up for trial junk
ok, not great
It’s OK, not great. My Apple watch can’t last 24 hrs so when it’s off charging, no data is collected and insights are skewed. I find the coaching to be conflicting between sections. Strain is odd, suggests a 20 min cycle session to cover your training for the day, but then a 20 min session falls way short. Needs to suggest intensity as well if the coaching can be taken seriously. I find that workout stats on a peloton don’t match when viewed in Livity. Avg and max HR aren’t the same?? So lots of potential but I find myself second guessing every suggestion. Kinda defeats the point.

Horrible experience
I paid for lifetime subscription. On the first day i noticed a lot of major issues. The numbers on complications on the watch and on the phone do not match at all and are not in sync, energy on watch 45% on the phone 23%. Which one is it? Then another issue is that when you click on any watch complication for example stress on the watch it does not open stress info but info for recovery or other random windows. its just full of issues, created more stress for me then its useful. If they don’t fix this soon I will do a very detailed youtube review for everyone to see. They talking about garmin integration when they cant get even basic things to work. Horrible app.
Better than Bevel?
After trying Bevel and Athlytic I’ve settled on Livity. The only negative I can think of is the constant nagging for an App Store rating and review.
App isn’t recording my sleep correctly
I have the AutoSleep App but Livity can seem to get the my correct sleep time.
Great app, but not for night shift
I love this app for when I’m on a normal sleep schedule, but I work nights in the ER and it does not track my sleep during the day. Would be a great app to help try and maintain a normal sleep schedule if it did.
THE BEST
I’ve literally never written a review for an app before, but this one I had to there is a subscription fee, but all of the information and things you can do in a singular app that’s included is worth even more than the subscription price!!! I’ve been wanting an app to track water and food and recovery and health data and it’s all in one!!! so often the apps just have outrageous subscriptions, and don’t ever work on the app, but they’re constantly taking feedback and adding things that people are looking for. Super easy to use and understand!!! A staple app!!!
Disappointing
Got the app after see what it was supposed to do. After using it for a couple of weeks the data is wildly inconsistent between watch app and phone app, the results make very little sense, and there is ZERO customer support. Don’t waste your money.
Continuous Improvement
I have been using this app since it launched and have been impressed with its development in terms of data analytics, AI feedback and stunning graphics. What has been most impressive is the way the Levity Team responded to feedback on any issues / bugs you may encounter. I’ve updated to the annual plan and look forward to my ‘progress’ 😉 and that of the app!
customer service?
I was enjoying the app and then suddenly sometime in the last week my battery had dropped to zero even when I first wake up. I haven't had any changes to my health or in my life. I'm also noticing some other areas aren't sinking as they used to. It can be hours behind what's actually going on. I tried to find customer service. I did find an email and I sent a request in for help - no response. I paid for a year of the app and it is definitely not working and I can't find any help.
Want to love it
The app has a clean layout and tracks sleep well, but the progress tracking is incredibly discouraging for anyone who lifts. It heavily favors cardio for its effort metrics, essentially ignoring the metabolic demand of heavy lifting. According to the app, my fitness is declining or 'maintaining' despite a consistent, balanced routine. It simply doesn't reflect my hard work because I'm not doing high-intensity cardio every day. It’s disappointing to see my 'Age Progress' and performance data stay stagnant just because the algorithm doesn't understand strength training.
Amazing
This is an amazing app. Makes the Apple Watch so much more useful and truly compares it to the more detailed focused metrics other workout bands offer. It’s definitely improved my life. Thank you!!

In overall this is a great app for seeing your Healy and data but the subscription cost a lot so it’s a cool app but it’s expensive
Ai
Unfortunately since the Ai update it does not record some data, needs at least a iPhone 17 so this app is now useless to me. Pity as I really liked it.
Good but too expensive
It’s a great app. I find it useful. But it’s no better than some of the other contenders in the space. With that in mind, it’s too expensive. One thing i do like is that it can serve as leets independently of the phone. If only other app developers could manage this!

Now deleted
I downloaded this app and had high hopes for it. It after just a few hours, my watch started ‘pinging’ “You seem to be stressed” it told me. No, not stressed, Just in a lunch meeting. Then again the same message pinged up on my watch. Later on, the same message, but I wasn’t stressed, I was on my daily walk. At 7pm, it pinged again, told me to start to wind down! After one more of these fatuous messages, that was it. I was fed up with the intrusion and so I deleted the app. The other annoyance is that there is a free trial for a week, but you can’t access the trial without signing up to a subscription. Sorry but I want to know whether the app will work for me before I commit cash. Annoying app - avoid if you don’t want the extra stress!
Chronic illness usage!
This has been the best app for helping me track my POTS and chronic illness even though it isn’t intended for that. I can see when I’m flaring and pushing too much and when I need more sleep. The one thing I wish is that there was a multiplier of some sort for the body battery. As someone with a chronic illness, the time in higher heart rate wears on me faster than an average person and I wish there was a way to improve that accuracy for me. Other than that I really appreciate this app!
Could be great if it worked
Even when I sleep with my watch on it says I didn’t sleep. Makes no sense. Deleted the app since the data is useless when my sleep analysis is so bad from the app not picking up on me actually sleeping
Doesn't update my extra sleep time
I like it except It does not update my time asleep if I woke up for an hour or 2 then went back to sleep. It only will show the first hours asleep. This is a problem because I've been waking up for and unable to go back to sleep for a few hours but even when I do Livity won't record it. Apple Watch and another app record the total but not this do it throws everything with my numbers and recovery score off for the day. Otherwise I like this and appreciate the extra Ai feature. Please fix the other
Great adaptive app
This app truly tracks individual results. The owners seem to care. If you have questions or issues with the app they will walk you through it. I highly recommend!
Not accurate at all
I am working out consistently 4 days per week, a lot of walking daily, cardio. And the app shows that I am not working out at all lol Will delete it after the trial Unless it will be properly fixed
Rowing activities
Hi, just started using your app (day 2) and love the way it does all the stuff Apple Health should have done. One thing though is I’m wondering about indoor rowing activities. It tracks the time and calories for my rowing workout but leaves the distance as 0.0km even though Apple health and Apple fitness apps show the correct distance. Any way for me to fix this? Thanks

Pricing is confusing
I only opted for the week long sub at $3.99. $59.99 a year or $79.99 a year is a bit steep for just presenting the same information Apple Health gathers. Moreover the competition like Bevel literally offers the same information presentation at a cheaper price point (to include “AI”). All and all it’s okay but man when you go on the pricing page it’s a mess with all kind of confusing prices and “deprecated” plans. Moreover the “contact us” in the user manual is a dead link. If the developers want $59.99 a year you gotta have that stuff tightened up.
Best customer service
The health information is incredibly detailed, easy to understand, and has helped me make more informed decisions about my wellness. I appreciate that it explains things clearly. The customer service is outstanding as well. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping users. Any questions I’ve had were answered quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a health app with reliable information and exceptional support, I highly recommend this one. It’s been a valuable resource, and I’m very impressed with both the quality of the content and the level of customer care.

Really solid with a few quirks
First, I’ll say I’m very much enjoying this app. Echoing another review, this is as close to Garmin’s native fitness and recovery data presentation and analysis as I’ve found on the Apple Watch, and I like it very much. Layout is clean, clear, and the analysis is very accurate. That said…first, the loading time is a bit rough. I’m on an iPhone 16e and have an AWU3; if these are struggling to load this app and its data quickly, all versions must be as well. Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but please find a way to reduce that strain; it’s noticeable and honestly pretty inconvenient to get that delay every single time. Additionally, I have one major concern: fitness age seems to pull data completely differently from all other analysis. After the initial indexing, Livity gave me great insights on 99% of these buckets based on my Apple health history. Great insight on sleep, recovery, training load, etc. and yet…somehow my fitness age - specially the vigorous minutes - is insanely off. I workout for two hours a day - and have for months and months - but it’s claiming 5 minutes a day for vigorous exercise minutes. That’s…a worrying oversight.
Numbers don’t correlate
Had to stay awake for about 30 hours for a long work shift. Livity couldn’t tell at all. Told me my body battery was 100% the morning after staying awake all night. My stress and recovery numbers were close to my usual “baseline” numbers…the app absolutely couldn’t tell I never slept and gave me my usual daily numbers in all metrics.
4.0 - gamechanger!
Livity was a good app before, but there are probably a dozen or more good apps out there. If you haven’t tried it since the 4.0 update – do yourself a favor – try it again. Wow, what a difference. Livity runs with the big boys now.

Really annoying alerts
Really annoying alerts and doesn’t really seem to do anything useful. Alerts like “you seem to be stressed”, well yes, I know I’m stressed, I’m having an argument with someone. A useless alert from an app isn’t any help in that situation
Pas mal
Bravo à l’équipe. L’appli est vraiment belle. Plus rapide qu’avant mais je suis en phase de test de votre application et je porte pour cela une garmin au poignet gauche et une Apple Watch au poignet droit. Je constate pas mal de différence en terme de stress au cours de la journée. Clairement, votre application minimise les périodes de stress en comparaison avec la garmin. Si vous arrivez à vous calquer sur le stress déterminé par garmin, votre application sera beaucoup plus prise au sérieux. En tout cas, bravo à vous et j’espère que vous rencontrerez un franc succès ;)
Stress tracking is garbage
I’m currently getting continuous “high stress notifications” while my watch is on charge. I also get these while doing any sort of exercise. Got this app as I preferred the layout to the standard Apple version. Seems I can’t trust the data it is giving me though.
Questionable pricing practices
This is a pretty slick app for repackaging and presenting your Apple health data in a more user-friendly format. There's not a ton of value add, but there are some additional metrics that provide better insight into the data. The "tips" don't seem to provide much, I basically get the same one or two over and over. I might have purchased after the trial, but I feel the pricing is a bit deceptive. I signed up for the free trial and expected a $29.99 option for a yearly plan. However, after my free trial, the only options presented in the app were $44.99 for a yearly plan or a lifetime plan. After an app update, the $29.99 yearly option reappeared, but listed three different times, which is confusing. Are these different? If they are different, how are they different? If they aren't different, why have multiple subscription options for the same price? All this is confusing at best, deceptive at worst.

Battery complication
I bought this to have a Garmin like body battery on my watch face. It's there but doesn't update and the app crashes when Accessed on the watch. Otherwise, good metrics on the phone.
