Perfect Period Tracker and Medical Consultations
I moved from using a global app to track my period to Daleela and it did not disappoint. It is more accurate and more insightful than other apps and medical consultations are a game changer. Got a consultation with dermatologist and prescription all within 24h. Truly amazing.
A Health App That Needs a Doctor
I rarely write reviews, but this app has genuinely earned one. The Period Tracker: The fertile window prediction overlaps with active menstruation, not as a rare exception, but consistently. When I raised this as a medical concern, I received three rounds of contradictory responses: first agreeing it was wrong, then defending it as intentional, and finally suggesting I use a different app. Their official position is that an algorithm built on physiological outliers rather than normal cycles is “functioning as intended.” Remarkable. The Nutrition Consultation: I booked a nutrition consultation and received a naive simple old traditional 1000 kcal/day plan. For reference, this is below the threshold where the body enters starvation mode, meaning metabolic adaptation, muscle loss, and an inevitable plateau. The plan was clearly not personalized; when I mentioned it was Ramadan and I was fasting, a “Ramadan plan” appeared within minutes, also calorically inadequate and nutritionally incomplete in terms of both macros and micronutrients. The kind of plan where the doctor comes back week two claiming 2–3 kg lost is “great progress”, conveniently omitting that it was water and muscle, not fat. Obviously these two plan were generic and they send it to all users regardless of weight, lifestyle, preferences differentiation that may be between people. The Customer Support: Slow, dismissive, and inconsistent. Three responses over a month, each contradicting the last. I was about to purchase the annual subscription. I did not. To anyone considering this app: your health deserves better than an algorithm designed around exceptions and a nutrition plan designed for everyone.

Fees
I found the app useful and downloaded it right after you announced it. At that time, it clearly stated there was a one-time fee for a lifetime subscription, which I paid. However, after the app asked me to update, I was shocked to find that I now have to choose a program and pay again. This is extremely frustrating. You promised lifetime access, and now the terms have changed. This is not acceptable and feels misleading. I hope this is a mistake and can be resolved quickly.

This app has a serious problem with account verification and recovery. Lost my subscription because their tech support is inept, slow and unhelpful, and unable to offer helpful solutions. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible medical experience - medical diagnosis section
They wrote me a wrong medical report, don’t try this app اتكتبلي دواء مش مناسب لحالتي الاجتماعية لاني انسة و لما بلغتهم ازاي الدكتور يكتبلي الدواء ده قالوا ان انا اللي المفروض اللي اوضح ان الدوا مش مناسبني على اساس اني دكتورة و اول وا اشوف الدوا هعرف هو ايه مش المفروض ان الدكتور هو اللي بيكتب الدوا المناسب للحالة!! الصيدلي هو اللي نبهني ان الدواء ده مينفعش و اضطريت اعمل سيرش على جوجل و اشوف الدوا ده عبارة عن ايه فبجد كارثة انهم يكتبوا دوا و خلاص و المفروض في منهج طبي و معلومات الزامية تتعرف عن المريض لتحديد نوع العلاج المناسب منصحش اي حد يجربه
