I truly appreciate an app like O7 Therapy because it truly helps connect patients with many doctors all over Egypt and outside Egypt that would otherwise be really hard or even impossible due to physical distance. It is also a great idea to have a session in the comfort of one’s home/place of choice. Thank you!

Not easy to use
So their website is basically useless and you have to download the app to do almost anything. You download the app and you basically have to sign up to even see the list of therapists available which is not really efficient

I found an amazing Dr through the app who helped me a lot
This application is a scam
They took the session money then re-scheduled it via Whats app message then the app kept saying session was skipped even though it was rescheduled by them and they have no customer services no one answers what’s app or email and I can’t even have my money refunded. I don’t advise anyone to use this app it’s a scam. They will take your money and the session won’t happen.
Great app but with no audit
This app provide a great idea and I admit getting good value out of it However, from my experience, they don’t audit the service providers .. anyone with a degree can be a service provider without assessment. I met 4 Psychiatrists (so I consider my self someone with experience), 2 of them were great and 2 were not. So if someone is using this application, I recommend using it with referral to trusted Psychiatrist only

I can’t even get started
I registered but I can’t verify my email after I sign in. Every time I enter the code it says “session expired” even though the timer is still going. Costumer service doesn’t answer. I didn’t even get a chance to use the app but if signing in is that much trouble…

Scam
One of the worst apps ever and they are not reliable at all, I booked a session with a doctor but she didn’t show up without any apology or notice and I didn’t get my money back. They are scammers,don’t use this app and look for better options!

Convenient and easy to use
I like how you can look at each therapist’s area(s) of expertise so you can make a better choice for your needs. The convenience of being able to do your session anywhere, without the worry of commuting or waiting lists, is an amazing plus too. The app gets glitches sometimes, but it’s not major stuff and overall it’s pretty great.
Worst support (doctors and customer service agents)
First: I had a bad experience with the specialists/psychiatrists.. I tried 3 so far. 1st one was very inexperienced and told me he will send me a prescription and didn’t!!! 2nd dr didn’t show up in our 2nd session. 3rd dr was good (so far) but late and she diagnosed me from the first session. 🤦♀️ And for the customer support it’s very frustrating and slow like it’s not enough for the dr to not show up, they made it even more frustrating by not issuing my refund within the 14 working days. And when I first used the service I asked them about their packages they told me it’s not available while a friend of mine was purchasing a package and when I told them if they differentiate between their clients they told me the next day that I can purchase a package!!!

The app is so complicated , has a lot of technical difficulties, the technical support is not promptly answer your questions No automated reminder of your appointment, no detailed e.mail about the steps needs to be done before the doctor session This is failure

A LITERAL SCAM
I literally got scammed my therapist session was meant to start 7:00 pm and i got there on time then now its 7:55 and she didn’t get in.. i was hoping for being better and now i have a new issue in my life I want my money back i dont need any sessions with you.

It’s a great app, it works smoothly and easy. My only concern is the price; it’s a bit high for most of young population who desperately need psychological support
Terrible experience
This App is a platform that provides doctors with a new revenue stream, with no commitment placed onto doctors towards there patients. The doctor would just take the session , no notes , no comments , no follow ups and when reported no reply whatsoever from the apps team.
Life-changing experience
I have never been provided with such a carefully planned and highly customized treating and healing journey like this before. Anytime I tried therapy before O7 therapy, it was very vague, systematic and extremely unhelpful and impractical. With O7 Therapy I am actually seeing my life changing, I am changing, all to the better. I am accomplishing what I once thought was impossible to attain. Professional staff of doctors, very caring, welcoming, punctual, organized and well experienced. I highly recommend everyone to try this app out. It’s totally worth it, I promise.
