لو في اقل من نجمة
اسواء خدمة ممكن تلاقيها بعد ساعات من استلام الاوردر بيتلغي عشان مشاكل داخلية. اقل وقت توصيل ٣ ساعات ده لو العلاج جئ ماشي علي رجله مايخدش ٣ ساعات تحديث لا تزال اسواء خدمة دول عبارة عن سماسرة ادوية كل وظيفتهم انهم يوجهوا الروشتة لاي صيدلية. والغريب اني عملت طلب الساعة ٢:٣٠ بعد الظهر يتم اهمال الطلب حتي منتصف الليل، أنا طالب ادوية من الصيدلية مش تذاكر سينما midnight عشان يكلموني آخر الليل وكمان يلغوا الطلب لعدم الرد اهمال متعمد وخدمة اسواء ما يكون دون اعتبار لمرض او اي شيء وكمان لا يوجد طريقة للتواصل ولما حاول اعمل طلب جديد تلاقي التوصيل الساعة ١:٠٠ بعد منتصف الليل ده الميعاد المتاح المفروض مريض يفضل صاحي للفجر عشان يستلم العلاج، آخر تهريج وفشل في اداء اي خدمة مفيدة، الافضل اني أتحامل علي نفسي وانزل اجيب العلاج بنفسي الصبح وبلاها سماسرة عديمي القيمة.
A Promising Start
I had a good experience overall but with 2 things i wish they could improve in the future: - First they should add live notifications after placing oder as how things are going, cause it took almost two hour till it got dispatched, with no data being showed except the word "processing" I would like to know the status of the order more than that. - Second they should make deals with big pharmacies to include more products and expand the current products stocks, cause i search for alot of popular items and it either a low or out of stock completely. Cheers.
Stock issues?
Why is it that whenever an item goes out of stock, it never really restocks on the app? Although if I go out to pharmacies near me, I nearly always find it there??

Ridiculous service
I’ve tried this service multiple times and they are consistently late and hard to reach… today I made an order and after 4 hours they didn’t even approve my meds. And to reach support, u have to request a call, that they return over an hour later…. All in all… 5 hours and they still didn’t initiate the order….خدمة فاشلة

The app itself is amazing, but poor delivery times and the association with demotivated pharmacy staff and those who can’t speak english calling you up is a bummer. Waited 4 hours for my delivery- yet nothing so far. I had high hopes- disappointed!

Can’t order
Have had this app for couple of months now. 1) I don’t like how when I search for something I don’t find it even if I found it in another sections / they are in a lot of pharmacies but for some reason they don’t show in the search 2) I was trying to place an order all day today but it wouldn’t allow me to add an address nor confirm one and would load forever. I tried to use an online website but it only guides me back to the application. This is really annoying :/

One of the worst experiences ever, the app gps location service is bad as it can contact a pharmacy way far from you, and i recieved my order after 1:30 minutes with something unavailable, it’s better to just contact the pharmacy

I’m only visiting Egypt and needed to restock on some medications and such and Yodawy has been so helpful with their amazing service and wide variety of products!

I won’t recommend using those bad guys anymore they don’t have professional deals with the customers I spent whole day to order my prescription and they did a big mist with my insurance and my prescription rejected for good I won’t recommend them for anyone
Great app
I love this app for its convenience and quickness. They're very attentive to customer service and orders almost always arrive within an hour. However, one thing that needs improvement is that you will sometimes place an order for multiple items and the pharmacy will accept the order, even though they do not have some of the items in stock. I wish the pharmacy would not accept the order and pass it on to other pharmacy if they know they don't have all the items in your order.
Unreliable if you need urgent/important medication
Too slow, don’t care about your urgency for the medication. When they say order will take 3 hours, it means it will take t least 6, or maybe wait till next day.

Terrible customer service!
First order, realized that if will be delivered in 3 hours. Looked everywhere trying to reschedule to a later time during the day, not an option! So, I cancelled the order. They called me back asking who I cancelled. I explained the situation, they promised to contact the pharmacy to reschedule. Surprisingly, I receive a call from the the pharmacy delivery claiming that he’s knocking the door with no answer!! So, I returned to cancel the order … again! And they called me back again! Giving me the same promise again! Eventually, nothing was delivered! So, I walked in a pharmacy to get my medicine. They told me the insurance rejected cause it’s already dispatched!!!! So, I’m in touch with the 5th different agent who has no clue about any history of contact with me, providing me with the pharmacy address to go and collect it myself!!!! Seriously!!! Lovely service!!
