App doesn’t appear all the doctors names especially they are existing in Maadi hospital so I can’t make an appointment with a certain doctor.

I really want thank Ms.Eman Mohsen, nursing supervisor for her great enthuasik for helping everyone around. Her cheerful smile really makes the messy experience in hospital in another level. i would really think if Andalusia staff learn from her how to deal with patients, it will be a perfect place

Waste of time
The app is a failure and doesn't work. I tried activating it to get a discount at Andalusian hospitals in Alexandria and discovered it was a scam.

الابلكشين جميل وفكرته حلوه بس نشوف حل للمشاكل زي كل ما احاول احجز يطلع error وبياخد load كتير في شوية صفحات وياريت نقسم صفحة سحب الارقام بالتخصص او يبقى فى الdropdown يبقى فيها سيرش وشكراً

Constant Login Failures Make This App Unusable
This app doesn’t even deserve one star. My experience has been extremely frustrating. The app barely works, and every time I try to log in, it fails. Even when I’m sure my password is correct, it still won’t let me sign in. The app is unstable, poorly designed, and not ready for users. Instead of making things easier, it wastes my time with constant login issues. I honestly wish it had been properly tested before being released. In its current state, it’s nowhere near the quality or reliability of the apps used by well-managed hospitals.

The app doesn’t share the time choice with the hospital. I can’t edit my phone number.

Very bad application. Not user friendly. Very slow servers. Not easy to navigate through or explore different specialities or doctors. Has a lot of bugs including security.
