“Hook detected”?
The app itself never opened, it crashes with the message “hook detected” is that normal? Is the message a bug or my phone has been hacked? Your app support redirects me to the website in which i wrote a message but it was never delivered because “server not found”
Allow using the app without updating
Good app to book a health care appointment , clean and organized facility. I wanna recommend allowing to use the app normally without forcing user to load the latest update, sometimes we are in a hurry to get a medical service . Thank you!
The app performance is so slow!
it’s faster to book your appointment using a phone call than using the app. Come on it’s 2026 already. The app needs performance improvements
One hour wait and still no doctor
One of the main reasons I joined is to have a nice smooth experience. First time I waited over 30 min! Today it has been One hour and 10 min and still no sign of doctor!

Needs Enhancement in log ins
1.The app does not allow multiple subscriptions for me and my son and demands two phone numbers which is not practical at all. 2. I entered two phone numbers for me and my son and when i logout from one account to another the app always demands a verification code sent to any of the numbers and does not even remember that i already subscribed and ultimately the code doesn’t even come after i click many resend tabs. 3. The app showed that there are no neurology doctors at Maadi branch which I found available when i got there.

Your last update is the worst ever. It’s taking tooooo much for the app to open and switch between the pages to choose the specialist and the day to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Solve this problem please

No correct structure to login
I already have an AXA medical card but the requirements not exact what I have u can write instead of membership num the id number to be understood for the people And I am the police holder for my daughter why every time I book the appointment it be with my name , my daughter 2years old !!!!

It takes around 20 seconds or more while clicking on anything to show!! Feels like using an app in 1995. Disappointing
