Great app with real impact
This app was referred to me by a friend, I never have heard of it before but I was so surprised by how good and professional their service is. I just had my first session and I’m willing to continue.
Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest
If you book from a particular country you’re charged a certain amount. And if you book from another country you’re charged a whole different amount in a different currency. And if you book from a country and have to travel before the session is due; you have to pay the difference…. In a foreign currency. Not the equivalent but transacted. No , And when you ask the answer is that’s the policy and you agreed to it when you signed up….. Total nonsense. This unethical behavior is bad business all over; but for the medical profession it’s shameful, and dishonest.
Convenient but not optimal
Shezlong’s online sessions are easy to book and use. However, I feel that the sessions can be quite expensive. Especially that there may be poor network connection on the psychiatrist’s side. So the session is not optimal.

اسعار جيدة و يوجد بعض المعالجين الممتازين لكن لدي تجربه سيئة. تم حجز موعد مع دكتور ولم تتاح لي الفرصه لمقابلته لوجود عاصفه في نفس موعد الجلسة اثرت على الانترنت في المدينه التي اسكن فيها. و تم التوضيح لفريق الدعم واخبروني انها ليست مشكلتهم .بعد المطالبات والمتابعه اعطوني كود خصم ٢٠٪ للجلسه القادمة.

App needs work
App and website need work when it comes to timezones. The answer from customer service is you can always check the countdown timer! What a stupid response!! Also customer service dont know if you can use virtual backgrounds on the video meetings. They have no idea what it even mean.

Worst Customer Service
The app has a big problem! When you try to schedule a session, the app freezes. After logging back in and successfully reserving a session, you discover your timezone has been changed, and you miss your session!! I've been seeking a refund for nearly a month now. Every time I contact customer service, I receive a new case number and I’m asked to wait 48 hours. It's simply not worth your time.

Very Disappointing Service/App Experience
One of the most frustrating ways to discourage mental health patients is through this app, which causes more problems than it serves. As an Egyptian or Arabian online platform, it should provide affordable mental health services. However, if you make a reservation within Egypt and travel elsewhere, the app will prevent you from attending your session, and getting a refund is unlikely. Imagine scheduling a mental health appointment for a friend overseas, only to have the app deny them access. Support asked for more money, despite the circumstances. The psychologist was absent because my friend could not connect. They insisted on paying in the local currency when abroad. It's as if they exploit people's needs and charge exorbitant rates, unlike how things are done in the UK or USA. On top of that, I lost 600 EGP / $30 because of their negligence. Will never use again!! 👎
App refusing to continue beyond registeration
So I filled out my information to make a new account and after I click on the “register now” button nothing happens. Tried more than once and still the same issue.

If you travel forget this app
I travel quite a bit for my job. I thought that since it’s virtual it will be a great option. However, they change the pricing based on ur location. So for example a therapist that would cost u 400 EGP if your in Egypt where the app is based. Will cost 4 times that outside of Egypt $105 which translate to around 2,000 EGP. Great concept very poor execution I use different apps that charge me based on my location but nothing was as atrocious as thecurrency-conversion rate they use on that app. As for customer service I have nothing good to say.
