I dont know who did a mistake but when my HR gove me my insurance card all the details is incorrect, the name of my company is wrong, the benefits that is wrotten on ny card is wrong compared to my colleagues

The app does a good job overall. My only complaint is that it prompts me to login every time I close the app. Developer team should look into this.

Terrible insurance and coverage
Hidden terms and conditions, not transparent, incorrect information provided and bad customer service . They just deduct amount if you file reimbursements, terrible claim settlement process . Please don’t fall in this trap and don’t consider this insurance at all

Biggest disappointment
I would like to express my disappointment with the health insurance I obtained through Mednet Emerland. I strongly advise others to consider their options carefully before investing their hard-earned money in this service. Unfortunately, at no point was I informed that coverage for reputable hospitals like Saudi German Hospital or Medcare is limited to their branches in Sharjah, Ajman, or other emirates, despite the agent being aware that I reside in Dubai. This became apparent only after visiting the Saudi German Hospital, where we learned that the branch we chose was not covered. Consequently, out of the AED 700 we spent, we will only receive AED 350 back, which falls significantly short of the 80% reimbursement they initially promised. Additionally, we encountered similar issues while seeking vaccination services for my child at Medcare. I recommend that anyone considering this insurance take the time to clarify not only the hospitals and clinics included in their plan but also their specific addresses and branches. This will help avoid the unfortunate situation we experienced. Thank you for your understanding.

Wrong Search Results
The App search gives wrong results. I found a medical center on the App, and after booking and going their I had to pay out of pocket because the center wasn’t covered in the network. Also some pharmacies are contracted, yet one can not see them on the results.

7 weeks and reimbursement still not done
It is really unbelievable: 7 weeks and several follow ups and my reimbursement is still not handled. Only excuses and they even forgot to start the process for the first 4 weeks. Can‘t recommend to choose them.

Worst insurance
My OB have provided all the right diagnosis and lab results for my meds but it still got rejected. Since first trimester up until my third, all my meds were rejected. They don’t state the reason for rejection. To think this is my second pregnancy and my previous one so far all the meds were approved. I don’t know what’s happening to this insurance company now. They have been rejecting all the meds prescribed for me.

Worst Insurance!
The worst insurance and shouldn’t be taken at any cost, most of the medicine are not covered just saying not cover as per policy? in fact some of them are just system reject may be the price of medicine is set to be canceled if above 50AED without even review…. Better to No insurance rather than having such headache
