What people like
- Video picture quality is very clear
- Setup process is simple and easy
- Two-way audio works well for talking
What they complain about
- You must pay to see live video
- Live feed loads painfully slowly after alerts
- Motion detection misses people walking by quickly
- Subscription prices are confusing and expensive
Could be better
It is good camara, but do not catch everything that goes across it. There is a lot of movement that misses
WiFi issues
This was working fine until the storm came and knocked out the Wi-Fi. Trying to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi has been terrible and it’s not working
Limited record time
Noticed limited recording time and non recorded times as unit fails to record while passing in front of it, why?
Seeing app
To view any playback, you have to have an individual subscription for each of your cameras even though the premium plan advertises multiple devices. If you are not trying to detect humans, but wildlife, this app does not work as well because everything is based on human detection and if it detects too many false motion it just automatically stops recording and turns off the detection feature and you have to turn it back on I think that is really unnecessary because I don’t care about battery usage. We have the solar cameras they charge themselves. I tried adjusting the detection area and it doesn’t change a thing. Customer service is quick to respond and viewing. these cameras is very simple. It was super simple to set them up. Those are the only good things I can say about it.
Don’t care for update
Until this most recent update, this app and Camera would have had five stars. Only previous complaint I had was that the motion detection used to turn off too much on its own. Now I absolutely hate the app. Everything is very zoomed in and it’s not as easy to use. It feels like my screen is zoomed in by 200%. It’s terrible.
Buenisima
Buena ♥️♥️
Bad business
They contacted me in May saying to continue with the app I had to pay 99.99. Untrue I emailed and ask about other pricing. They never answered my question about pricing. Then I found out not only did they have pricing differences but I did mot need to spend anything but still have the security at my door. I called Apple and they told me to go to my bank since they will mot refund the rest of my year. I am doing that its called a vendor review. These people are terrible
Great picture and love it
I had this for 5 months now and I love it just wished it had the ability to turn to look to the right or left just a tad just see the right or left of the door just a little. And then if someone walks by the recording is delayed to where by the time it catches the person the person walked out the view
Cheap but unreliable
It’s gets the job done but doesn’t pick up a lot of back and forth movements, only records about 10secs of active moving and takes forever to load when trying to answer doorbell or look at live feed
Good quality, slow network
These cameras look great, they work great, i have no complaints there. My only issue is that it is so slow when you go to look at the camera after you get a motion alert. It always takes forever to load. I hope no one does try to break in. I won’t know about it until next week.
Camera
This has to be the best purchase ever. Between the quality of the picture and videos, the real time response notification is sent to your phone, and the audio is impeccable. If you want to review and save video clips, you will need to download the subscription however they give you an option of a year versus six months and either way they’re very cheap.
Sucks
Well you can no longer see your camera now without buying a subscription. They used to at least let you see the camera, but not the recordings. Now you pay $30 to be able to view the live camera. Definitely will get a ring next time
Door Cam
The battery Durant even last a day
The wrist system ever!
I would never pay for this service. Lags, takes forever to to upload videos
Seeing’s
Great view
Awful
We have had these camera for maybe 2 years now? When we first got them even if you didn’t have the subscription you could still see live footage on your phone from your camera. We paid last year for the year subscription of $99. First of all. These cameras do not pick everything up. The may pick up a person walking by, but not until the last few seconds and get their backside. These cameras will go an entire day, or DAYS. With no footage updated. When I know for a fact that my family and I have walked around and should have been captured. 110% would NOT recommend to anyone. Especially since now that we can’t see live footage for free, there’s absolutely no point in having them up besides to make people THINK we have security footage to keep them from stealing. Awful product. You can either pay $100 for multiple devices or $30 a year for a singular device. It is really awful
Camera’s
Camera’s need to be charged once a week or so, wished they would last longer , also when you pay $30 a year, and have 2 cameras , we should NOT have to pay $30 each to view, disappointing!!!
Dog
Love that I can watch my pet
You have to pay before seeing
Otherwise you can just see nothing
App
Would be 5 stars but the app keeps logging me out & don't lmk everything someone is at my door
System
System keeps buffering. So by the time I get the actual live footage, the people/person are already gone.
No sirve
Nunka a function do el panel siempre a tension que estar conectada y si disconnects la pila solo dura minimo 2 días y no puedes ver el video envivo sino te describes una evil basura de camara no fasted tu dinero en esto mejor tiralo à la basura
Service
Camara works sometimes, I buy the membership and doesn’t work better
Muy oportuna cámara
Ha sido muy buena opción para vigilar el frente de mi casa. Estoy constantemente en cuenta de cada movimiento!
Absolute Scam!!!
Charged me 30 a month and it stopped recording videos and bumped the price up to nearly 100 a year!!! I want a refund! Your service did not work!!!
Does not let you watch videos of things that happen
Don’t like how I have to keep buying memorie to see videos I use to watch ads to get free memory now the app does not do that still glitch and video freezes might be switching cameras soon
Te lo recomiendo
Te lo recomiendo 10/10
Malfunction
My camera is starting to experience malfunctioning. Meaning it may not recall for five or eight hours.
Record length
Bad too short misses a lot of stuff also no place for card so forced to use there service
Pasé mucho trabajo
Gracias
The way it is
It barely picks up and I can’t talk on it
Not satisfied
I don’t like that you have to purchase a membership just to view your camera. You should be able to view your camera and what’s going on outside without having to get a membership, I don’t wanna download videos to view them later. I just wanna see what’s going on at that time.
Excellent app with great features
I love the plug n play features of the app, easy to play back and talk with someone outside by the door. Excellent work Develops!
Service
I purchased the 365 day service. It won’t connect to my setup. I click on my camera and it pops up that I need to subscribe but I already have! Makes me angry.
Two stars maybe too much
I don’t know how to start this. The cameras show clear but that’s where it stops. If someone’s in there camera view you see for a half second after they pass the viewing area a car can pull in the driveway and it may catch the end of the vehicle after passing viewing area and record nothing if a plant is blowing a little it will record nothing doorbell cameras also stop recording 10 seconds. You may see the person after they left. Not as they approach the door. I rate this very poor, but if they can straighten these things out, they would have a good product.
