What people like
- Video quality looks really good
- Price is much cheaper than rivals
- Works well for over a year
- You can talk to visitors live
What they complain about
- Subscription costs add up fast
- App logs you out randomly
- Video feed loads very slowly
- Battery dies way too quickly
- Connection drops and goes offline
Brilliant door bell
Absolutely brilliant door bell camera a fraction on the price of your ring doorbell. Had mine for 2 years now, highly recommend.
Video
Very slow with loading the camera when you get an alert
Aiwit - Kemo Pro
Thought I bought and signed up for Aiwit - then it became Ken Pro, both work the same but I am confused
Constantly logs out short battery life
As above
Reliable
It seems like over a period of time the device looses it motion and you won’t know until you check your camera
House cameras
Fantastic bit of kit knowing that my home security is only a click away
Technical Issues: Slow Camera Connection, Frequent Disconnects, and Subscription Layout
Unreliable connection and confusing pricingThe app is incredibly slow when trying to connect to the cameras; it simply takes too long to load the live view. On top of that, the cameras constantly drop their connection, forcing me to frequently go through the annoying process of re-pairing them. To make matters worse, the app subscription pricing is very confusing. It only shows a "per day" breakdown and fails to state the actual total for a yearly plan. Please fix these connectivity bugs and clarify the billing.
Battery
Have to charge it every few days
Don’t last
Good for the first year then don’t work very well and experience app
Okay for the money
For the money the camera is okay, but the app’s functionality isn’t great. Most annoying is it periodically logs you out but you only realise when you open the app. And while logged out it’s not saving any footage or alerting you to any activity, so if something does occur in that period you won’t know or have any recording.
Kemo pro WiFi camera
Very nice camera to have
Doesn’t work
Worked fine when I first installed but now it’s not working. My bill has been paid and still can’t get it to work
Not perfect but reasonably priced
The one time I needed the video recording to be right, it failed me. My neighbors package was stolen and she asked me to check my camera. The only video captured was of the delivery. The next recording was of me coming home. There were no other videos of people coming up to either of our houses but there were a few recordings of cars going by or people walking on the opposite side of the street. The video quality is good and the sound is pretty good as well but I need it to record all activity in front of my house.
Doorbell Ring
Poor Product! I hate I purchased it it’s delayed . I’ve reached out customer service about my issues but they haven’t responded yet. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
Video footage
Unfortunately it’s not possible to see video footage of the movement in front of the camera.
I love these cameras, they're excellent 👌🏼.
5 ⭐️
I don't recommend it.
I don't recommend it. I've been using it for a very long time, but lately everything has become a one-time subscription. Why buy a doorbell if watching its video feed requires an annual subscription? It's just a regular doorbell without a subscriptio
Good
3 years with first door cam, works good recharge no problem it is good door cam. The only flaw is once in awhile cam does not pick up or sense motion. Fix that . It’s 5 stars to me.
Keeps going offline
It’s annoying at times either it doesn’t pick up who’s in front of the door, the doorbell doesn’t ring in time, or it’s not responding properly with recording, keeps going offline customers service doesn’t reply back anymore
Subscription now
It didn't require a subscription and now it does? Annoying. Not really clear as to what the price is? Is it USD?
Great video doorbell
I’ve used this video doorbell and cloud services for two years and I am not disappointed with either of services the doorbell is very responsive and you are able to control the sensitivity and the WiFi connection that notify you when you are away and you are able to answer the doorbell in real time. I highly recommend this doorbell and cloud service.
WORST CAMERA DOORBELL AND APP
At first everything was great. I purchased a second one then I was charged 2999 per year for each camera and within a couple months both cameras broke no warranty no offer to exchange out the defective item no response from the company worst investment
Love it so far
It’s great the battery goes dead fast but the app is great
Timbre e la puerta
Solo graba 10 segundos y no siempre graba el movimiento es muy lenta
3stars
Only gave 3 stars because app continually logs me out, otherwise it is quite good
I spy
Love this thing
Many fake and paid reviews for their greedy product
Avoid
WORTH THE PRICE
I’ve been using this product for about six months now, and it’s been great. It’s worth the price compared to the expensive brand, and it actually meets my needs.
Lagging
The lagging between detection is about a full 3 seconds. Horrible, and the audio is pretty much the same. Wait there’s more, you have to pay monthly subscription ha.
Doorbell
We have the doorbell camera and it’s good but it has its pros and cons. You have to pay for a subscription it also keeps going offline every now and then and you have to reconnect it to your wifi. For some reason it also keeps logging my out of my app. The motion detector can be kind of slow sometimes and also if you aren’t home and you are trying to speak to someone through the camera it isn’t very good at all. If those could be fixed it would be 5 stars
Subscription
I understood that I had to buy a subscription in order to save videos however I was never told that
Terrible app
Worse app ever.I use to be able to turn on my camera lights now I can’t since they were automatically switched to this garbage app.Keeps logging out frequently too
Poor Quality Product
I’ve used this door bell maybe 12m however as the months tick by the more often it needs charged, twice monthly has changed to twice weekly. Which is absolutely useless for going on holiday let alone a weekend trip. It’s your choice but chose now with eyes wide open.
Okish
I like the idea of it. I don't like the fact that if you have 2 cameras you have to pay for 2 subscriptions. Should be able to sync them together. Also the lag is CRAZY. I get notified that someone is at my door and I get a loading circle spinning and spinning for like 10-15 seconds sometimes. I feel like that's not great for security purposes.
Glitches and doesn’t update in real time
Unfortunately, for the process isn’t really worth it I wish it was and I wished they would make some updates to this app to maybe fix this issue.
Amazing
Love this product
The change that occur this year
The app has totally change. I can not believe someone actually got to ring your doorbell before it work. At one time you could just watch / view without having to pay but now it won’t allow that. It’s does give an option of three days upon a subscription and upon the three days you can cancel. It’s like useless to me at this point
Camera Feedback
This camera has been working well 3 months ago. now the speaker is not working. Don’t know why speaker started intermittent voice breaking on few days and it stopped completely. mic is working fine. hope someone can help to rectify the problem.
Equipment is Draining
You have to recharge it too much. The Camera doesn’t hold adequate charge.
Poor Quality
Continually disconnecting
Awesome camera
Took quite some time for me to write this review, but I’ve had this camera for over a year and it still works. The battery is fantastic. Better than the blink cameras I have I highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for a good camera that last long.
App logs out
The app constantly logs you out of the account causing you not to get notifications on your phone. Extremely annoying bug. Can’t recommend until this is fixed.
攝像頭
晚上視線不良！ 需要近距離！ 安裝不易 要鎖螺絲！ 但好處是有裝比沒裝好
Not so happy.
The app regularly log me out without warning so service is not available. I had another similar device which stop working when I accidentally reversed the polarity of batteries. The account would not work with a new device, so yeah, not so happy with this.
Frustrated
Not working I have upgraded and updated and it still says no service Not happy
Love Kemo pro
It amazing
Camera, ok. App, NO.
Actually really liked the app but they changed it to where I can’t view live without paying.
Great except for sound
Great value for money but the only issue is that the audio coming from the unit is sometime really difficult to understand.
Dodgy and paywalled
Originally purchased the camera under the brand “Aiwitt” and had basic features as standard - - after trying to have me to subscribe to a package in every way imaginable they eventually changed the brand name and locked me out of any and all features. Emailed twice and no response. Better off going with the bigger names in video doorbells… not sure if it’s legally actionable given that the device had to be drilled to the property’s exterior…
Subscription fee / product quality
2 ⭐️ Look for what you pay like $60 from Temu the quality isn’t that bad and has torch / speakers to speak to people. 1 ⭐️ Biggest downside is the $38 a year to save events that have happened and it’s $38 PER CAMERA I have three which would cost me almost $120 in subscription fees yearly.. why not just pay once and get access to all of them. Massive money grab!! Yes you can access the cameras at any time and watch them live take screen recording and set motion sensor notifications etc, which is good but the yearly subscription per camera is absurde…
Kemo price by country
An annual subscription costs $8.47 in Nigeria and $46.41 in the United Kingdom — 5× more for the same thing. Below is the going rate for each plan in every country that sells it — the middle price of what the app charges there, in the country's own currency with the dollar equivalent beneath it.
