Does it need OnStar?
They don’t respond to emails sent to their “Support” email address, but they respond privately to a review. That tells me they don’t support their product after you pay the $39.99 for their service, since they don’t reply to emails, which are the only way you can contact them for support. I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL TO YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR OVER A MONTH NOW! Not subscribing until I know if it requires OnStar to work with a GM vehicle. I noticed that the few responses here refer to a different contact email address for support than the Support reference in the App Store - they don’t reply to either one of those “Support” email addresses.

Pointless
Only after paying for the app was i then made aware my car wasnt compatible and cant gwt a refund for the whole 2 mins i used it which is ahocking
Be careful before paying for a year
If the app tells you the car is supported, it does not mean everything will work. My advice to developer is to list the specific services available for selected car, otherwise disappointment.

Does not work
This app does not work on 2 of my 3 vehicles although repeated attempts have been made to make it work. Attempts to contact support are not returned. Bad product!
Looks promising
Looks like a useful app but doesn’t list any cars sold outside the US so I can’t verify it does all the things it says. Also must have a paid account for any functionality.

I can’t get it to work! Very frustrating. This might be why the previous owner turned the car back in
money first-try second…
So I already pay $40/mo for gmc connected services. Not impressed with app and making you pay before you can even try the app.
Unhappy
I downloaded and installed this app then paid for the yearly plan as it said Nissan was supported. Due to my car being the All-New XTrail, I assumed the car would have been supported. Sadly only the Leaf is the only one supported.

Trash!
In order to use this app, you have to download a SECOND app. When you open the SECOND app, it’s not even in English! So, they are both USELESS! Trash!

I shouldn’t have trusted this. Gave it full access to my info just for it to be the obvious “too good to be true” doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. Install the vehicles company official app and use on Star.
