Camera
Absolutely love it and definitely affordable. It is a must buy!!
Useless service
This App has never worked their service is terrible and equipment very weak, useless. I regret buying it.
Très bien
Parfait
Door bell Rings
The doorbell rings but no video records for years I paid for the video recording and I don’t get no video recordings. I did contact Customer service April 5, 2026 but have not gotten no reply.
Tarda en abrir la aplicación
No te deja abrir la aplicación para poder ver quien está llamando y cuando lo hace ya se fueron y no viste nada
My family is Safer now
Thanks for the great and affordable product. It was easy to setup and works perfectly. We all feel safer now.
Not worthy
It worked for a little while and then stopped sending notifications when somebody was at the door.
It works !
I was sceptical about buying this item (being so cheap) but it works perfectly. I am pleased
Won’t work with new doorbell
I get the snapshots but can’t review anything as I’m as to subscribe- I have a subscription which doesn’t run out until June. My original doorbell stopped working and a replacement was sent. The subscription was still relevant, I was assured. But it doesn’t work as the original one did and I have no sensible response when I complain, also, no refund. I got the 12 months subscription but half of it has been unusable. I was happy with the original deal but the second half has been disappointing.
1seul téléphone !
Bonjour, Il serait bien que plusieurs Téléphones puissent sonner lorsque quelqu’un est à la porte
Doorbell
Does not always show on phone
Not good
I paid for a year but nothing works it logs me out and says account expired. Save your money. This has not been a good experience.
Impressed but needs improving!
Brought this off the tiktok shop to be used in a bird box. Easy to set up and very handy with the solar panel. Connects to WiFi with no issues, very clear picture quality and instant notification when there’s motion. Only downside is that only one person can be logged into the account, which is annoying! (Hence the 4stars). Hopefully the developers will update the app to sort this out. I’ve paid for membership as well
Ad want let use carema
The ad wants me to subscribe to something and it will not let me use my camera so I’m very displeased
Not Working
Not recommendable to friends
Poor
How does anyone get in contact with them? I’ve been trying to get a refund because it doesn’t work and I can’t get to anyone not even on the apps chat
Ads every where
Seriously annoying that every time I open the app an ad gets shoved in my face. Every time I open the app I have to close it so I don’t have to be forced to watch a 30 second ad. Absolutely ridiculous. I already paid for the camera, now I have to pay you monthly? Horrible and greedy.
Cameras
Not too bad but I’ve had issues with charging them and one won’t record even though it s only been around 1 year in use. It’s ok considering the price as it is a nice cheap quick fix on security. The the cloud storage was originally a package and cost £29 bit having an issue with update of the storage.
Lightning
The pictures are to dark. The people almost look like shadows.
App is a Scam
LiveHome Plans are a scam. You have to subscribe weekly and was not stated in Temu Description. False advertisement through Temu. Ring is a better product overall. Do not buy security cameras off Temu. Also, I can’t delete the app, app sends you on a loop to delete the account before deleting the app and you do not know where to unsubscribe and they still trying to take from your Apple Pay account. You have to take snapshots of every page, your account information.
Needs live feed and motion detection
Could be better.
Not working with mobile data
The app works perfectly fine with Wi-Fi but does not connect at all when I’m connected to mobile data
🙏🏻
Good 😊one of the best camera I don’t have problem with this one
Pagar para usar
Las camaras muy lentas para girar y hay q subscribirse a una membresía pagando a cada camara por q si no no vez nada
Keeps logging me out
So I have brought it up to tech support but seems like they don’t understand well English , that the app keeps logging me out ,& the password gets changed so I’m constantly having to reset it to gain access. Their explanation was that there’s another app that another member can log into when shared with . I very well told them 3 times I have NEVER gave NO ONE the link or access to it . & they continue to give me the same explanation.

PAY WALL!
Requires a subscription just to see live feeds. As if purchasing the camera were not enough. Just terrible. Do not get this product.
Stopped working
Stopped working after a 3 weeks, fully charged batteries and still doesn’t work. You get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money.
live view
bought camera for yard. cant seem too get correct time here in the UK. bought a yearly subscription for camera. the chat seems too be alright too sort out camera. but still no avail. camera is on charge at the moment. the charge holds up fine. just the live view is not working. plus the recording, of whos coming and going from front yard. covering driveway , does not pick up van , car or family. coming and going. i have left it with the company too sort it out. apart from that the camera would be ideal if i get this sorted. i will update any changes at a later time
Camera
Very good! Easy set up. Just what i wanted. Going to purchase 3 more soon! Ty For asking to help also great support from business!!
Sends me a notification every day to watch an advertisement.
This app is so obnoxious that you’re better off going to your local hardware store and just buying a bluetooth doorbell with a chime, because the video and remote notification doesn’t work without the app. I don’t want this piece of invasive garbage on my phone.
No support
just installed the app but unfortunately I can’t see anything what’s going on at the door.Tried to contact support via chat but nobody answered. I am very disappointed
Fácil de intalar
Esta muy buena
Terrible
The bell works, but the camera worked maybe three times has to keep being charged when it rains. It needs to be taken down.
Not suitable for couples
Unfortunately, I wasn’t the decision maker for this purchase. This app functions perfectly if setup on one device only. If you are a couple and both need access to the doorbell, you’re out of luck as you can’t have the doorbell linked to 2 devices simultaneously! 1. Complete setup on iPhone 1, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 2. Complete setup on iPhone 2, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 3. On iPhone 1, go back to My Devices >>> list empty. In addition, sound quality is very poor and video beyond laggy.
Perfect
This app and cameras I have work amazing and are high speed!! Not expensive or low quality in my opinion would but again for sure
These cameras upset me
Skips doesn’t work well at all and I hear a car go by but won’t see it on camera. I’m very disappointed!!!
Not reliable
When it stays connected it works well. Unfortunately it disconnects from my network far too regularly requiring me to set it up again.
