Good
Good
Absolutely Unable to playback my videos
And, when trying to purchase the subscription.. I do not have the option for a month to month subscription..
Awit cameras
Love the camera but the cloud is a subscription per camera. So for multiple cameras you need multiple subscriptions.
Smith
Very slow and battery drains fast so camera is very slow and does not catch items needed too
LiveHome
I apologise for stopping the LiveHome app its not working as it should and our doorbell keeps dropping the Wi-Fi connection. Thank you for your help x
Good app
I don’t or never had any issues with it. Only thing I don’t like, WHEN IM ROAMING I try to open app to see recorded motions videos app force closes. Which it would let me use it normal even if I’m roaming
Bad
Bad don’t work app don’t work
Fairly satisfied
I’m fairly satisfied with my doorbell and with the live home app, only problem I’ve had is I lost one of the security screws and I can’t find any info on what size the screws are.
Used to work, Not working now
App is not successfully pairing or registering device. Please fix urgently.
Pc version please
Please make a Os/windows version of this app.
Fine Utility App
I've been using LiveHome for my video doorbell for a year now and it works really well. I love the simplicity of the app. Very user friendly. I'm installing security cameras next week and plan to use LiveHome to monitor. I love that I can link all my security devices to this app. Nice job, LiveHome!
Horrible
Its simple DO NOT BIY THIS CAMERA SO YOU WONT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THIS AWFUL APP
App not working
The app is not working on iPhone, please help fix. Thanks
Works ok
App seems to work ok but it doesn’t allow you to have it logged in on 2 phones which is a downfall in my eyes sort this and it would be a good little setup
Works great!
I see a lot of bad reviews but mine works great. It’s really sensitive. It catches anytime I go in and out the door! Clear videos too. My son in Thailand has access and one day greeted me here in the USA when I was walking up to the door. Really surprised me! I have the “Ring” doorbell with this app.
Garbage app
It’s the worst app ever my setting save for a day then it goes back to default where it doesn’t record nothing every day I gotta save the settings it’s annoying and it logs out constantly when it does record it has a delay so you only get to see their back when there walking away never get the faces of people just total waste of money
Ошибка в разговоре
В приложении зажимаю сказать что если первый раз открыл приложение даст гадать и сказать, если я кнопку отпущу и позже нажму то больше я не смогу говорить надо перезапускать приложение
Popup charge?
Why am I getting a popup now to change apps and also being charged for my videos?
Motion adjustment
This app won’t allow me to change the motion detection distance. It won’t save the settings. Is there an update available?
Works GREAT!
I haven’t had any problems with it. Easy to install easy to connect great camera! Most the reviews I see are older than 6 months so they must have fixed all the issues.
App is stuck and won’t sync with video doorbell
I installed the app, registered with no problem, and then it wouldn’t allow me to enter a device. I see in other reviews that this seems to be consistent in recent reviews.
Network issues
Sometimes is a bit buggy(like today, was down for several hours). For the most part, works fine.
Usage
Why is it that since last update I have to sign in every time I use
Time
My sensor does not report anything between 7pm and 8am..... please advise.
bewegingsdetectie
Na de update is de bewegingsdetectie slecht neemt bijna niks meer waar.en als je na de kalender kijkt geeft hij aan dat 1 augustus 2020 op een vrijdag is maar is op zaterdag
Doesn’t login or sign up
Smh
Tijd klopt niet
De tijd loopt een uur voor en in agenda klopt de datum niet hij geeft aan dat 10-01-2020 op een donderdag weer maar het is toch echt vrijdag vandaag
App keeps logging out
Doesn’t start recording until too late. People are walking away when motion activated. App keeps asking to be logged in so no notifications on iPhone. What it does record is clear day and night but its after the incident.
Other People’s Houses!
This could be good but it works intermittently and 1 notification in around 6 shows me pictures of other peoples houses!!!!! Bizarre. Must be a privacy breach in there somewhere in there!!!! I’ve submitted feedback without a reply so far
For the money I payed it’s okay
It works okay little delay after the doorbell is rang but for the money I payed its okay.
Will not let me open the app
I’ve downloaded and deleted it numerous times, and I get to the login register screen and it does not do anything. I can’t get past the screen.
Enregistrement : du progrès
Suite mise à jour, l’enregistrement sur IOS fonctionne correctement :)! Merci,
Pathetic app
So basic ,no real features added on the app so you can alter via setting from phone/iPad etc all I want is an east set up through settings where I can scroll through all the door bell tunes/chimes and set what I want from there rather spend 3/4 hour trying to change tunes/chimes via the unit which plug in the wall don’t understand everything can be done via wireless or Bluetooth and this would be a lovely feature within settings on your phone/iPad etc
Needs improvement
Recent update helps but still glitchy. Also the app it’s self looks like a house with a penis as the door and a window on top! Might be worth changing this as it can’t be unseen now lol.
Calendar date and day wrong
Works good but the calendar is wrong today it’s Sunday 9 February but it says Saturday 9 February
App no response
Domes work on iOS 17,please fix
Its ok
I like it so far had a lil issue with setup but got it 3 days app is ok
Not the best
Generally records people after they have walked off, intermittent for saving videos. Cheaper than ring for a reason
Motion recording fail
Pretty much everything works as it should, however when getting a missed motion notification, I go to watch the recording of said motion, and the device has only started recording after the motion event has passed-ie I can hear the front door closing on the recording but basically someone has walked the full length of our drive and unlocked the door and walked in to the house before the notification and recording starts?!?!?!
Works great!
No problems, great quality video..
Be careful
I set up the doorbell within five minutes. Its very easy to doAlthough a few minutes after I said it up and tested it I received an email saying that the ownership had changed hands. I have never given anyone permission to share. I contacted the help center several times my email with no response. I deleted the app from my phone making sure that I had attempted to delete all the information but wouldn’t allow me to change my WiFi. I then logged out of the system . The doorbell was still running and recording because the light was flashing and make no sounds when pushed. I took the receiver for whatever that little white thing is out of the wall socket removed the doorbell itself and it didn’t stop working until I pulled out the batteries. It’s pretty messed up to say the least.
All working again
V1.1.19 fixed the no video bug.
Update
Since the update I can’t set my motion sensitivity. Please fix
Works when it wants to
Works a lot better on android than iPhone first of all. I have it on both my phones. On my iPhone it logs me off constantly so I don’t get the alerts and have to log back in. Super annoying. The camera itself works good enough. It has some delay but other than that it’s good.
Everything is working for me.
You can't expect too many things for a totally free service.
Video
No video on motion or ringing. Bad ap. Junk
No cloud videos
I can see live view but under help section, it says free cloud video for 7 days but I can’t see anything. I tried putting SD card in and it keeps saying error! It’s not that useful if my motion sensor goes off but I don’t know what triggered it?? Please help or fix!
Motion delay
From time sensor activated to seeing movement is about 35 seconds ??
