Bad company lousy products.

The tank 4 watch it’s amazing but sleeping for me has a high importance. Since tank 4 doesn’t have a score system for the sleep and send wrong information Apple health app I cannot give a better review till they fix it. I still recommend this watch for everyone but alerting them of this bug.

Sucks
The heart monitoring, BPM and all heart feature and compass stopped working. Uninstalled app and reset watch several times. Contacted customer service and advised to uninstall and reinstall everything and where watch correctly. No help! Junk product.
Step tracking
Tracking of actual steps on map would be excellent if possible. Thanks

แอฟเด้งบ่อยมากครับ เวลาใช้ออกกำลังกาย พอเวลาสับหน้าแอปพอกลับมาเอาแอฟกิจกรรมจะเด้งออกหมดเลยครับ
Decent
Weather location on the app doesn’t update unless you manually refresh it. Otherwise, the app works well.
Cool Apps!!!
Great apps, loves all their designs faces and functionality!!! Loves it!!!
Bluetooth
Every time I set my music to a Bluetooth speaker the watch over rides it - when I change it back to the speaker the watch will over ride it again - I have to disconnect the watch from the Bluetooth in the app, but that prevents the watch from doing anything I want to do.
Good but can be bettet
I started as a user of an earlier, possibly the first version - M1 of the Kospet Tank watch. I loved its ruggedness, extremely long battery life, and simple design. I now have a T4. I find that the UI has become less intuitive and unnecessarily complicated. I also have experienced some software glitches. Finally, the battery life is not as long as I have been accustomed to. On a 2 week overseas trip, I forgot to bring my charger, and had to put the watch into Low Power Mode. My one request to the developers is to make the exercise function, completely automated. Even if some assumptions are required. The watch detects that your exercising, asks you to pick which form of exercise, and to click start and then eventually to click finish. I think it would be better if the watch just automatically figured this stuff out. Usually when I finish my exercise, I look at my watch and realize it’s been waiting for me to click start. 🙁 Finally, kudos to the company for really working to expand, improve and make something of the Kospet watch
Technical
This was is cool. I was enjoying all the features until one day it disconnected from my phone and has not been able to reconnect since. I don’t know what to do with it now.
Only one complaint
The app is easy to use, and works well with my watch. However, the app won’t refresh even when I leave the app open in the background. I have to bring the app to the front in order to refresh the weather. The weather on my watch can’t be accurate unless I actively look at the app, which defeats the purpose of looking at the weather on my watch. I have to look at it on my phone first. (Edit: they have updated the app. It now seems to update the weather once while running in the background. If I don’t pull the app to the front after another weather update, though, then I still run into the same issue as before. The weather display on the watch is still useless.)

Bluetooth Issue
Always has a hard time staying connected to the Bluetooth. I have an iPhone 16 Pro that’s always updated with the latest IOS.
I like better than I imagined
First time smartwatch user. Kinda fun to have all this info on watch and phone. I don't use the workout stuff yet, but health and weather are cool to play with.
Сырое приложение

Solid evolution — Kospet is finally playing in the big leagues
I’ve been using the Apexmove app with my Kospet smartwatch for a few months now, and I have to say — I’m genuinely impressed with how far this ecosystem has come. First off, the UI is clean. Like, really clean. The dashboards are beautifully laid out, and all my health and fitness data — steps, heart rate, sleep quality, calories — is presented in a way that actually makes sense. No clutter, no confusing menus. Just intuitive, polished design that feels on par with apps from brands twice the price. Whether I’m checking my daily activity or digging into weekly trends, everything is right where it should be. The stability has been rock-solid too. No crashes, no sync issues. And what really stands out is the update cadence — the developers are pushing updates about once or twice a month, and you can feel the improvements with each release. It’s clear Kospet is actually listening to user feedback and acting on it, which is refreshing in a market where so many brands just ship and forget. Speaking of Kospet — I’ve been following this brand for a while, and the transformation is real. They started out as a niche rugged-smartwatch player, but they’ve genuinely matured into a polished, credible brand. The product experience, the app ecosystem, the design language — everything feels more refined and professional now. They’re not just competing on price anymore; they’re competing on quality. My only wish? I’d love to see deeper AI-powered analytics baked into the app. Something that goes beyond just showing me the numbers and actually helps me build better sleep and exercise habits over time. Think personalized insights, pattern recognition, and actionable recommendations — that would take this from great to absolutely elite. All in all, Apexmove and Kospet have earned a permanent spot in my daily routine. Keep the updates coming, and keep raising the bar.
Owner
Support, Help, not so much. The lady hung up on me.
Weather widget needs fixing, more always on watch faces needed.
The app works fine, but the metrics, especially the “weather”, don’t always update. The weather temperature varies massively compared to iPhone or Pixel’s weather app. I request the developer to fix these issues and also give us more “Always On watch faces”. The existing collection is terribly limiting and dull.
Meh
Seriously weak app and smart watch. Can’t get the damn thing to download contacts use as a sms or phone. On IOS. Not impressed. My old 30 dollar smart watch did a better job. This on doesn’t work.
Updating information
It gives wrong information from watches to the app for example my heart beat on watch it shows 102 and when I go to app it shows 94 the same thing with everything else it doesn’t share the right information from watch to the app because of that I will give 3 stars I hope in sooner update they will fix this problem.
KOSPET
I have all the ultra collection and I have to say, They are the best price, quality and does everything it’s supposed to.. excellent product ✅
No warning for app change!
There was no warning about the move from Kospet to Apexmove. My watch no longer worked with the app and had to figure out what was going on with it. Would have been nice to have some kind of notification.

Such an amazing watch to provide you with calculations from heart rate to how high you are at certain locations. I’m wearing it everyday and night!!!🙌🏽
Fix the connection issues and refund or replace faces when reset required
This watch needs a lot of software work!!
Remote Shutter takes terrible pics
I would like to know why when using the remote shutter feature with this app that pictures come out bad, washed out, and generally lower quality than when I use the camera app on the same phone? Can this be adjusted by the user or is this an issue where the app needs to be rewritten?
Сырое приложение.

Okay app
I wish I could set goal weight and it tell me or make me understand how much I have to burn and steps to take to reach goal weight that feature should be in this app

Your updates always cause problems
Tank X1 Support
I’m having trouble pairing my Tank X1 with the new app. The KOSPET Fit app is extremely unstable, and I was hoping this new app would improve the experience. But I can’t even connect my X1. Please add support for the X1, even if with limited functionality. I really don’t want to switch to the X2 because of its larger size. Why can’t you support and help your existing users?
