Can’t reset password
The app only gives you 5 seconds to receive an emailed reset password code and type it in. This makes it impossible to reset your password if you lose it. Support is not very helpful with this issue.

It’s ok
I really wanted to like the tozo s7. I have bought tozo watches for years now. However, this one is not as accurate as others. I am currently using both the old and new to compare each and doing a manual check throughout the day. The new one is not picking up my heart rate accurately. I have an irregular heartbeat. I can feel the spikes and drastic drops. The new watch doesn’t pick it up at all. Whereas, the old one does. This effects the calorie burn and the hrv calculations. As for the apps tozo uses, It’s frustrating, because of the connecting and data display issues. The old watch uses a different app than the new one. Both apps are having the same types of issues. I shouldn’t have to close the app or restart the device every day to get it to reconnect. Even then there is no guarantee it will work. I bought the watch to track my heart rate. Not being able to look at the full data or fighting to get it is frustrating to say the least.

Sync Error. Not working.
It was working fine until last night and now I cannot even login. I tried erasing the app and reinstalling it and rebooting my phone. I still don’t want the same thing. Error, error, error, error. If you guys are having problems, it would be nice to let us know.
