Watch faces
Overall, pretty good watch. The battery lasts almost a week and charges super fast. Only one issue: the band broke about two months in,so it sat ina drawer until I found a band that would fit it. When I did and got it connected back to my phone, it worked fine… but now I can’t change the watch faces from my phone and the dial to change the faces doesn’t work anymore…
Watch malfunction
My watch keeps resetting back to zero. It’s happened 3 times just this morning. I asked tech support to send me a new one because this one is clearly defective. They suggest deleting everything and starting over. Already did that. It still doesn’t work correctly.
Why I give it four stars
Not to be rude, but I love this app. I love my kids watch but I think they should update the kids watch. You should update it if you’re reading it cause on my kids watch I really want to be able to connect my iPad and like do you YouTube and like just watching YouTube and all this other stuff I am a there’s barely anything it’s mostly for three-year-olds also updated for like the older kids, please like there needs to be like music on here for like my age and YouTube on here in other wraps on here I don’t want to like connect my iPad, cause what if I’m like waiting on my mom to come pick me up at school like and it needs to be able to like have more games and more workouts to where I can like have my steps and stuff in and it doesn’t have to be outside because we’re in like a heat stroke outside
Contacts?
What is the point of adding contacts to the watch if you can’t see the phone number? Please have the watch display the associated phone number with each contact.

I like the app. but it keeps disconnecting from my phone. And my kid has to be at least 30 feet away from me for it to connect 😕
The alarm keeps going off and I don’t know how to shut it off
When I am not in motion, there is an alarm that rings I want to shut that feature off. Please tell me how to do it.

It started out doing pretty good I was hopeful but a copy years in and it only keeps time I can’t get it to open on blue tooth. I’m also timeless with this trash. Sorry

i like the watch but the only downside is you can’t message people because it doesn’t really support that feature but overall i like wearing it daily
App update
After the latest update the app keeps disconnecting from my watch.
Watch problems
I only had this watch for four months and the battery started dying after eight hours. Now at eight months, I’m having glitching issues where I can’t change the face screen, and there’s a couple other modes that as soon as you click on them, it removes me from the app.

It’s been two weeks. It started out perfect. Then suddenly the watch stoped loading maps and gave me a memory error. Then all tracks disappeared along with routs. Compay help had me delete the already loaded maps in hopes to free up memory. Now I lost those maps so I have none. They won’t reload. Now it looses time settings. The help center is polite but could not help me. They said sorry and Somebody would send me an email. I haven’t gotten one. Now it sits in a drawer. Wow. Watch less …. 🤔

So, when I got this it worked well, on till it just started spinning and it gets annoying sometimes.
User manual non existent plus hot
The watch on the arm is hot, user manual wouldn’t open on the iOS. It could be a decent watch but I don’t need all the stuff on it. Oh well.

This is an ok platform and watch but with the last update I am now having problems with multiple resets of the time and counters on my phone. It also is not automaticly reconnecting like it used to either. I also wish there was more control over the notifications... Also, the placement of the dial on the watch makes it almost impossible to find an aftermarket screen protector, and I can't afford the ones that Hanfit sells. Also-I have yet to find a charge station that works with the odd charger placement and type... No cordless charging.... Overall, the battery has a nice most of the week charge, display is clear and nicely lit. Bands are interchangeable with certain aftermarket bands.. No return text available on this model and the the one that does was around $100 more last checked.... Sound quality and ability to use talk option in a call on the watch is lackluster at best.... I wear it daily but its mainly... Just a watch....

Good smart watch
I’ve been using this watch since Christmas time. It’s held a great charge. My main purpose was for tracking sleep, steps and exercise. I also wanted to get text and call notifications. It does a great job with all of those. It’s a great little watch for its price.

at first, it’s a little hard to use but once you use it more often it’s get easier and if you have any questions, you can ask the AI that it provides for you. pretty cool

Can no longer access data
For the 2nd time in 3 months, an update had locked me out of my own sleep and step history. They tell you to delete and reinstall the app, which erases everything.
BEST-WATCH-APP-EVER!

I got the watch I’m February and I connected it to the watch and it worked I was having a problem with the app so I deleted it and reinstalled it and now I can’t get the watch to connect 😠 and now I don’t know if I can ever connect it and might have to download a new app

Recently I bought this watch. I really like the look of it, and there is always a “but”. Yes! but the recent update for the app makes it not worth it the money that I had to spend. I wish they can tell you that is possible that the update might make the app crash so you can have the option to no update.

Can’t open app
Since latest app, it won’t open and I can’t connect to watch. What a waste. Nothing but trouble since I got it. Like the watch, but software and connectivity leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything generally works ok, except that once the watch gets too far from the phone, it disconnects and you have to go into the app and manually reconnect it. Seems strange. Otherwise watch and app work fine.
Good App - works as expected
So as a user who has experience with a number of these smartwatch apps - I think this one is better than others I’ve used. In my opinion, I found it easy to set up and bind with device - works as expected and displays data in a user friendly, clear and concise format. I did find one programming error… if you change measurement to imperial - the mileage distance is still calculating stride length as centimeters rather than inches. Would be an easy programming fix if someone takes a minute to correct it. (But as as user work around until fixed, just set the stride inches as though it were cm and mileage calc’s correctly) And I’m super impressed with the functionality and capability of the P66 smartwatch … particularly for the price. (Approximately $30usd for mine)
