Everything works almost
The watch has a lot of features and all work except one. I can’t get text to come through. I’ve read directions many times, my wife is a computer nerd she can’t figure it out. Great watch for the money.
App keeps timing out
App keeps saying times out. I’ve reinstalled, restarted. Deleted the app everything. It’s not working with my phone anymore. I like the watch but the app stinks. Please help. I have to use Apexmove app which doesn’t give me what I want from the KOSPET app.
The Tank 3Ultra has its ups and downs.
I like the style of the watch, you'd be hard pressed to find a watch with more screens to choose from. In general, it has probably too many options, bells, and whistles to function with precision. It always knocks off an hour or more of my sleep when the night sleep report comes up. It syncs really slowly. Every so often it doesn't recognize I slept at all. This watch was not cheap either, it was a $250 watch. All in all I'm enjoying it but if it declines at some point I'll replace it with a watch that performs digitally and mechanically at a super high-level. I thought that's what I was getting with the price.

Does not accurately track my steps so my daily averages are off Some reason it will not add steps after syncing at mid day Must manually sync or data is lost and no way to manually / edit add data
Step counting
Poor. I have accumulated steps but then system does not reflect actual steps in the (weekly or daily) step count on prior days. Watch is working great but ever since 2 updates prior—the program does not operate correctly. Several messages have been sent to help but no responses

App disconnects too often from watch and requires me to reset watch to reconnect and sync all data. If not gets stuck in sync when pulled down to initiate, and never updates all info—-again until I then go to watch to reset. This is poor performance and requires too much recovery intervention. Really lacks in these areas. I also cannot count on the notifications for messages or phone calls; I’d say it works about 30% of the time. The night mode never stays set and always reverts to day mode even if I never close the app. Lastly another big one…no carryover legacy data. If I don’t sync at night every day, all data is lost for that day on the next day. This should log and accumulate for at least three days else it’s lost and health tracking is way less than accurate.

Работа будильника на часах в режиме вибрации (без звука) 3. Уведомления от приложений хочется со звуком на часах, а не просто с вибрацией 4. Возможность добавлять понравившиеся циферблаты в избранное, чтоб каждый раз не искать их заново

The app needs update!
Are you no longer developing this app? It has many synchronization and stability issues. I can’t even set up the correct display of activity rings on my Tank X1. Sleep phases don’t sync to Apple Health. The connection with the fitness band constantly drops. Also, where did the Telegram notifications go? Please help improve this app, or add Tank X1 support to the new APEXMOVE app. It doesn’t look good to abandon your long-time KOSPET users.
Great app, interact with Apple Health
Kospet watches are very good for the price and Kospet Fit works fine with them. Kospet Fit configures, reads, sends and reports all features from the watch/iPhone, sends apps and system messages to the watch and works well, including sending data to Apple Health. But, it could be more precise and consistent. Most of the time it fails to send heart rate to Apple Health, also if you don't sync before midnight your health data is lost. For example, if you go to sleep at 10pm, the data between 10pm and 11:59 pm is lost, or all health data between the last sync and 11:59 pm is lost forever. Keeping the app running in background is not enough to sync the watch with the app, you have to force it. Once the interaction with iPhone is good they should invest more in consistency and also advertise more about the compatibility with iPhone. I have the feeling that the app is only updated when bugs are reported and never to make Kospet Fit better.

Love the watch but for the last month or so it keeps dropping the blue tooth connection. I have to keep re-syncing the connection.
It’s “OK”… needs improvement
Generally I like it, but it definitely has a few shortfalls… Unlike Zepp (for amazfit watches) or Mi Fitness (for Mi bands) it does not give u a 0-100 sleep score. That has always been a valuable tool to me. Disappointing that this app does NOT DO THAT. Secondly, and I emailed Support about it, and they said I need to talk to the retailer (which is ridiculous since the issue is one with the Kospet App), … I much prefer night mode (essentially a dark mode, where everything in the background is black rather than bright white).. if I go into the apps settings and set it up for night mode… It will stay that way until I close the app and as soon as I open the app again it goes back to daytime mode, which is the bright, white background… And both the zap app and the mi fitness app once you set those for night mode or dark mode. It always stays that way until you change it… The fact that Kospet advised me to contact the retailer of the watch, Amazon, will accomplish nothing since they didn’t develop the app, Kospet did..

It works, but could be better
The app should either be able to update the watch, say every hour, or the watch should have the ability to connect and update. I had the Tank T2 and now the Tank M3 Ultra. The M3 is a great watch, but it is held back by this app. The watch constantly disconnects one of the two data connections, so even if I sync the watch thru the app, it won’t fully update all the info. To the Devs, can you make the app stay connected in the background? Getting timely updates and messages is important. Thanks!
App needs serious fixing
Data not transferring between Apple health app and Kospet fit.. Had this watch and app for awhile now and it still hasn’t been updated to fix data issues between Apple health app and Kospet fit app. I would suggest you fire the whole IT staff and hire people who can get this done
Auto Disconnects
Overall good app but disconnect from watch several times a day. When I open the app it reconnects again. Please resolve this problem.

This watch can capture everything dealing with self-defense. I use the stopwatch with students to enter act with proficiency of their techniques.
Watch is great, app is not
Really like the Tank M3. But the App is terrible. I find it odd that a watch at $120 doesn’t have Outlook support. My previous $35 TOZO S6 could as well as devices using the Zepp app! You have to use other… so my emails blend in with everything else not specifically defined. I say limited watch faces, because most are very cartoony. Practically no way to create a custom watch face other than a background photo that contains date and time. Then you have to select a background that works with white font color since you can’t change color. Not sure if app or watch issue, only allows for 3 saved watch faces and you can’t delete the faced shipped on the watch! Step counter sync isn’t balancing in real time, usually about 30-40 steps behind. Not sure if this is watch or app related.
Need an update
Kospet should focus on their apps UI. Need a huge update to. We would like to see minimal look from them. Kospet should try to change their apps.
Needs Improvement
The app lacks interfacing capabilities. For instance, it list women’s health app however, don’t list the spps to interface with.
Why have weather on the phone?
One of the features I was really looking forward to was the temp on the watch. But the app doesn’t push out updates. You have to manually go in and sync for the weather to update. What’s the point?

Los datos mostrados en la app son muy basicos, en ejercicio no se puede ver el perfil altimetrico, el lugar tampoco se ve en un plano, le falta mucho desarrollo
I Like the Tank 3, But…
It’s a great watch and does everything it promised after Customer Service deemed my first watch was not working properly. The second watch finally works! However, I also am hard of hearing and introducing the Tank 3 to Bluetooth my phone has caused it to override the Bluetooth capabilities of my hearing aids. It’s now come down to making a decision on which Bluetooth connection is more important. Even if I shut off the connection between the Tank 3 and my phone, it somehow reconnects on its own making any Bluetooth capabilities for my hearing aids worthless.
Pretty Much a Trash App
Got this nee T3E Smart Watch a few weeks ago which I love. It’s a great watch for what I want it to do. This app, however…. Garbage. It doesn’t sync with my watch well. Have to make it try several times for it to even register. Most of the time, when it does sync, it only does so with have the data, forcing me to sync again. I go to download a new watch face only to be told it had a connection error. This forced me to restart the app. App only has one job- connect with this watch- but it’s horrible at it.
NEEDS SOFTWARE UPDATE
I’m not normally sometime who sends reviews…It’s either a pass/fail. I like the watch and app overall however it has functions that do not work properly. You can flip the switch off so it doesn’t send notifications to watch, you can turn off the Bluetooth to the watch through the setting for the app on the phone but the the “switches do nothing”. I have to totally shut down all Bluetooth on my phone before it stops bypassing. When I turn off phone notifications in the app it sends me to “settings” but will not actually turn it off. It can be very disruptive when I am in a meeting and my watch goes off even though I’ve turned it off in the app. The point is the settings are there in the app to shut them off so the software developers have understood the need for this function. The settings just aren’t stopping them. And yes both the app and watch have are fully updated.

This app is extremely buggy!When I try to sync my watch to the app to update the biometric readings, it always takes me out of the app and it still never updates the readings the watch has to the app.

We loved all watch faces. But It’s a humble request… please Add more and more coolest, multifunctional watch faces. We really want more hd watch faces.

Ok for a digital watch
This watch is pretty tough and as far as basic digital watch functions it’s good at. But the minute you try and use the app for a exercise regiment it crashes. Manufacturers fix is to completely delete app and reset but why would I not want to see my activity. I can buy a digital watch for a quarter of the price. Honestly ima wear till it breaks then throw in the trash. Congrats you got my money this time but I’ll never buy another one of your products.
Could be great...
Overall, I'm very happy with the app, the available watch faces, and the intuitive nature of the watch application. That being said, if the developer could figure out a way to keep the weather synced periodically with your location as well as automatically changing the time on your watch when you enter a new time zone. Perhaps every 20 minutes or so the app could sync and upload to your mobile device, so that you could update the location and time information. It's pretty close to being awesome, just a few bugs and kinks to get worked out, and the sensitivity on the steps has to be turned down. I agree with other reviewers that it's counting a ridiculous number of steps just by minor arm motion or while driving.

Couldn’t find app agreement section to agree to the disclaimers and terms of use but did find they want access to your contacts and every personal information about you which can be used china’s pla (people liberation army and they) know what every second of your life.
