Apps is good to order
Arogga used to be good e-commerce apps. But, now they are often out of stock products. Sometimes they send incorrect products, also customer care is slow.
Disappointing Customer aservice
They Don’t have good Customer Care Service also packaging quality is too low. I’ve talked to customer service executives instead to solving the issue they suggested me to return the product 💔 Too disappointing !!!

I get the authentic product always from Arogga. Always provide 6-10% discount that I usually don’t get in market shop. Thanks
ডেলিভারিতে দেরি
আগে আপনাদের সার্ভিস খুবই ভালো ছিল। একদিন অর্ডার করলেই পরের দিন ওষুধ পেয়ে যেতাম। কিন্তু এখন হঠাৎ করে ডেলিভারিতে২–৩ দিন সময় লাগছে। ওষুধ তো অনেক সময় জরুরি প্রয়োজনের জন্য অর্ডার করা হয়। তাই২–৩ দিন অপেক্ষা করা অনেক গ্রাহকের জন্য কষ্টকর।
Low quality products
I ordered few different products, one out of them was actually low quality in terms of appearance, methi powder that i ordered was full of bugs inside, some bugs were alive too, that’s certainly not expected, apart from that, delivery was on time and payment mode easier since I had option to bikash from distance

Too Slow Delivery Time
delivery is too slow. Though it was written to take 12-48 hours to deliver but it doesn’t make any sense that anyone will order any sort of medicine or something pharma item and wait for 12-48 hours. Should work on that.

Fake and out of date products
There isn’t any date on the products, also why the hell would you sell fake products?! They don’t even accept that these are fake. Utterly disgusting! No wonder why startups in Bangladesh fail

The delivery system could have been better.I got the products on next day and the delivery guy doesn’t even receive the phone.
Dark mode please
Even tho it’s an app related to health and well being yet it doesn’t have this basic feature to adapt to UI Browsing through the app at night really puts strain on them eyes

Sells fake products, they don’t approve negetive products review
I’ve purchased from arogga atleast 10 times, no problem found except out of stock sometimes…but last time they sent me a whishper ultra maxifit pad that seems to be fake, its very low in quality. I always purchased it from local shops for over 7 years, so that i know its quality. Even the price of this was much from local seller. I just put this review on arogga, but they didnt approve it. Then I tried twice, they again deleted this. Thats why putting this review here.

I ordered 4 products 2700tk but they gave me only 2 of them and another two aren’t given unsatisfied

First Bangladeshi APP for Medicine delivery spreading up during COVID situation. App and service is smooth but need to more focus on market available medicine as well focus on some imported essential medicine with competitive price range.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order after receiving a message from Arogga that the product was available. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice. I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me. Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t ensure product availability before confirming orders, you’re wasting customers’ time and trust.
