The watch performs exactly as it should except the weather is never correct. The font size used in the menus could be larger, especially the text in gray on the right side. It is so small that I struggle even with my reading glasses on.
Message Issues
For some reason, even though I have my language set on English, my text messages keep coming out in Chinese and it’s annoying because I don’t know how to fix it.

Watch doesn’t sync automatically when you open the app. Battery life is fantastic! I’ve had it about a month and only on my 3rd charge… since the update though I can’t get it to charge anymore. Not sure what to do about that, probably die soon and go in the pile of other useless “smart” watches. Wish there was more watch faces or ways to personalize them. Can’t see some of the features if the font is the same color as the background 🤦🏽♂️ Not at all worth the $70 retail price imo.

Absolute trash, complete waste of money. Does not want to connect to Bluetooth even with updated version of app, even with phone saying it’s connected, can’t even get the date right. It’s basically useless, does nothing accurately except maybe count steps. ANY other option is better than this. Horrible product.

Has a lot of features. Even on maximum screen time, popup award screens disappear too fast.
Bluetooth and weather
Regardless of what I do, the weather isn’t displaying on my watch! Worse, there’s no way to figure out how to reconnect the watch via Bluetooth since it shows disconnected but when I clicks disconnect, I suddenly get the message “disconnected from phone!” WTF

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever used - period. Not just smart device apps. ALL apps, this is the worst. Never syncs, half the time it won’t even allow you to manually sync. Information provided is wrong, if you can even get it to measure. This app is the suggested app for my smartwatch. It’s just a HORRIBLE app!!

Great watch the only downfall is that you cannot replace the existing built in sports mode for the ones you want. When choosing sports push it always replaces the sport mode in the last slot on the watch. No option to add or remove either on the watch or the APP!
Not worth your time
Worked great for a month then battery would only last for 5 days then it wouldn’t connect. I bought a cheap one and got what I paid for.

Worst app I’ve ever seen
Doesn’t work. Sign in or register doesn’t work. Uses cm and kilos not inches/pounds. Hate this. Returning the product that uses this app!
Sport mode sucks
I would love this app but it has a major fault. For a FITNESS app why is there no way to add more than one additional sport at a time? Why give 8 preset modes and only give one spot for additional sport modes? I use maybe 1 preset and each time I add/change my sport the ones I use are deleted to make room for the new one. Why not have 4 presets and 5 that can be changed or better yet let us add only the sport modes we use. It is also a waste of time to always have to scroll to the bottom to get to the desired mode.
The app sucks, watch that uses it is good.
Good luck syncing your data to the app. It constantly loses steps and other data, even when you sync it manually several times. For example, I try to get 10,000 steps a day, but some days I’ll do more or less steps to average out to 10k a day, but the app keeps showing a vastly smaller amount of steps for some of the days even though I made sure to manually sync the app several times before I go to bed. When I go to bed the app and my watch say 12,000 steps but when I get up, the app now shows 9k steps for the previous day. I got rid of my previous fitness tracker that uses this app bc I kept losing steps and thought it was the device. My new device unfortunately uses this same app, which I would not have bought if I knew that, and the issue persists. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS THAT USE THIS APP!
Not syncing
I have a health condition concerning my heart and I need to track my heart rate very accurately but it doesn’t calculate the highs of it and never goes up past 113 bpm and the data isn’t syncing anymore and I NEED to see it it’s not just a preference it’s something I need because my condition is continuing to get worse and I can’t get help to get better with inn accurate information or no information at all please fix this soon I am very desperate.

Worn down
I have had my watch for a while now and it is wearing down. It is had to keep the connection on to charge the watch. How do I get another one.
Will not bind with phone.
The app froze up. Bluetooth settings on my phone said the watch was connected, but the app and the watch itself said it was not. No amount of rebooting devices or turning Bluetooth off and on could fix it. I also tried with a different phone. No luck.

Great beach backup for an Apple Watch, with high tech value
I bought this smartwatch specifically to wear at the beach so I could leave my much more expensive Apple Watch safely at home. It pairs smoothly with my iPhone using this app, and overall, it’s a great budget-friendly alternative. A few thoughts on the features: Watch Faces: You can easily change the faces through the app, which is a great feature. It would be even better if there were more options to fully customize them, but it's still a nice highlight. Contact Card Feature: The "Your Contact Card" feature has a lot of potential, but it needs improvement. I would love to see it allow for actual digital contact card exchanges, or at the very least, a quick link to a LinkedIn profile. Overall, this watch really showcases the impressive value of modern Chinese tech—very similar to what they’ve done with the electric bike market. It packs a lot of functionality into an affordable package and does exactly what I need it to do.

Sleep monitor
I don’t know how to have my watch know that I’m sleeping off-hours. I often sleep 4am-noon, or 2am-10am. My watch seems to stop monitoring my sleep just before 8:30am each day, regardless of what time I wake up. This gives me very inaccurate data, and I’m hoping for info on where and how to adjust this setting. Thank you!

Need new watch faces as no new ones in couple of years
Cant use on right hand
So I have been wearing this on my left wrist (I’m right handed) and love it. The watch faces most are trash but there are like 3-4 that are cool. But I wanted to change it to right hand so it won’t cover up a tattoo on my left wrist. I go to settings on app and choose right hand setting and … nothing. Watch face will not rotate. So that feature just doesn’t work at all. No clue why but that’s a huge design flaw so 1 star is what you get until this is fixed.

takes forever to save
The app needs fixing. Results are never current and usually old by many hours. Although when you make it update to now, it shows syncing to be fast, it takes a long time to save, usually hours. In Health, it’s always hours out of date. Then it t completely stopped loading to iphone Health. The last update of BP was over a month ago.

Watch faces stopped working
As of the last update my downloaded watch faces no longer send to watch without failing. It even deleted the face i have been using for month in the process. I have tried resetting the watch and reinstalling the app. Still, it will not work anymore. It worked perfectly before. Please fix this ASAP as the 4 default faces are really awful.

Nice little watch
Has everything I need without the $400 tag or bulkiness of others, seems more girly lol- sometimes glitchy, and having trouble with raise to wake, but really happy with it.
Marginal at best
When this app syncs with my iPhone, it prevents audio from playing through my Tozo earbuds. Instead it plays out the back of the watch. So the music app is garbage. This means I can’t exercise and listen to music at the same time. There is no setting I can find to change it. As others have mentioned, the weather is only accurate if you log on and force it to update. They sickly orange and white background makes the tiny light grey letters nearly impossible to read. It really won’t use more ink to darken it enough to create some contrast. Good attempt but short of actually useful. I’m returning the watch from one useful. Seems to tell time though.
