What people like
- Great customer service support.
- Affordable price for features.
- Easy to navigate app.
What they complain about
- App won't connect to watch.
- Never sends verification email.
- Step counting is inaccurate.
It’s amazing with alarms
I always wake up at the exact time
Never worked and Phone Became Super Sluggish
I could never get the app to send an email to confirm my account. Also, my phone immediately became very sluggish when I downloaded the app; as soon as I deleted it, my phone returned to normal function. I don’t trust the app!
So far so good but one thing
It says calories consumed next to the flame. I think it is supposed to say calories burned. But it says consumed lol
Needs more watch face options
Very limited selection and lack of different options for customization Disappointing, Face does not fit full screen, also needs more options with date and without Dora logo. Otherwise, it would not be good.
Ok for price
This wristband and app work okay, which is all I really expected at the low price point. I’m only really using this for heart rate data, as I’m exploring whether I have a dysautomonia condition such as POTS. With that in mind, it seems to be reliable in tracking BPM. I don’t have enough other data to tell if the other tracking is accurate—how this wristband is supposed to determine my blood pressure, I have no idea. My main issue is that my heart rate is only logged every 15mins, and there appears to be no way to log manually more frequently. I’ve had to resort to adding manual readings to my Apple Health data in order to track important readings, since for my purposes only knowing the reading periodically isn’t helpful. I’d love to see an option to have the app log manual readings!
Worthwhile purchase
I am approaching the 1 year mark of having the watch and app. It has worked well, and the app syncs with my health app to track my sleep, active energy and BP, which was my focus. I wish it had a function to turn off the touch screen when swimming. I’d really like to track my calories burned when swimming. I knocked the screen at work this week and so the display is messed up, but it is still measuring my stats. I will be ordering a new one since I know I like it.
So So
It won’t let you delete steps, distance, consume. I only need BP, Heart rate, oxygen & temperature. Very disappointed that I can’t control what I need!
Small glitch
My watch and everything work. But I encountered a sync glitch and it gave me 10000 steps when i had 7000.. i got the medal for 10000 steps.. it reversed itself so i cant delete the medal.. i need some help with that..
Questionable Data
After 3 months of using this app, I’m certain now that the counted steps are inaccurate. My watch counts steps when I’m washing my hands, brushing my hair, etc. The sleep data is also highly questionable, where some nights seem to be correct while other nights are blatantly invalid. As for measures of heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels, they’re more difficult to verify. There’s also issues with the time unit (won’t display in 12-hour format). You also cannot sync all the health data with the Apple health app which stinks. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because of everything else. Cool face watch options, user friendly, affordable, good battery life, health reminders, etc.
Keeps Disconnecting
App stopped connecting and none of the suggested solutions worked.
Affordable Health Tracker
I bought the watch recently because it was very affordable and I was interested in a better way to track my steps, but didn’t want to spend so much money on Apple or FitBit. This works great and has a lot of features. I love that it notifies me of messages and other alerts on my phone. My only suggestion is to allow to stop measuring sleep with a long press, because it continues to think I’m asleep when I’m awake. Otherwise, this is a great app that goes with the watch (bought from Seventh Avenue).
Can’t verify email
The app won’t send the verification code to my email. I’ve tried so many times. I’ve tried waiting a half hour. I’ve tried waiting overnight. I don’t have junk email. It’s not in other mailboxes. I’m getting frustrated with it. It’s also not alerting me for texts even though all my notifications are on. In my phone & in the app.
App just died
I’ve been using the app and tracker for well over a year. The tracker recorded my workout today but when I went to the app the last recorded workout was from last September. I will try again tomorrow and if it continues I’ll have to try another tracker/app. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t have accurate readings
The readings on this app are inaccurate. Apart from the step count and maybe sleep tracking, everything else is off. I did a 30-minute stair climber workout at speed 8; the machine showed 300 calories burned, but this app only showed 176, which is highly inaccurate. My step count was also incorrect. I’ll most likely be returning it because you can’t rely on this to track any serious vital signs.
Cute watch from Amazon
I really like this app + watch because it keeps track of the things I need for a fraction of the price of a smart watch, but I purchase and started using this 4/10/26 and it stopped tracking from 4/16 to 5/1! It started tracking everything on 5/2! I have worn the watch everyday and only charge it once a week overnight! So it’s really strange how it stopped tracking my steps, sleep, etc for such a long time!
5 stars
The app was very easy to navigate and was just what I needed expected.
Doesnt connect
Doesnt connect to app
Love it! Strava connect would be nice
I love my watch! I’m a grandma that stays fit and would like to be able to record my exercise on Strava.
Keeps asking to enable location services
Im only using this for my blood pressure and heart rate, two things that dont need location. Ive declined it from using my location 45 times now. Please fix this, because its really annoying.
Good but very limited
The app syncs well and does what it’s suppose to do for the most part. One of the main downsides of this app is that you can not add steps manually. There will be days when you forget to put the watch on for a bit and you want credit for those steps. Other apps allow you to enter steps manually but this one does not. The harms the accuracy of the numbers and tracking which makes the app of little use.
Great App!!!
I have a watch that was confusing but this app made it so easy! You can add real photos of you for your Lock Screen and download apps love this!!!
Not great
It didn’t work like it should. It counted steps over everything like washing hands or brushing hair every act of movement it counted as a step. Not accurate at all
Good but
Good overall, but indoor walking workout won’t export the walk in Apple Health. So not usable for me.
Battery drained
The timer clock appears on my unit at least twice a day resulting in a complete discharge of the battery or worse still, resetting the device and switching off.
Sleeping Not Accurate and Sport Mode Doesn't Work for Me
The app screens don't look like the ones shown on Amazon at all (could be because my phone is older?). But sleep stats are not accurate for me. I often get up and am awake during the night and it does not show this - it shows I sleep sound all night - even when I am walking around? Also, doesn't register naps - for me anyway. It makes me question the accuracy of the other wonderful features the watch "tracks". (Or does it?). Not sure if tracker issue, app issue, older phone issue - or all?
So Far I love it!
Got this mainly to track my steps so I don’t have to constantly carry my phone around. It does everything the more expensive models do at a great price. I had a question about the battery life and my email was answered lightning fast! Very efficient and quick customer service. I recommend!
Cheap watch = cheaper app
Couldnt even get through the login as they would never send me the email, after 5min already didnt care enough to wait and sending the watch that works with this app back (makes sense its a $30 watch, even though its only for tracking fitness).
Amazing!
Great app I love it! Helps me keep track of my health to make sure I am healthy. Do you think you could add more watch faces tho? The ones that are on there are great but so many of them are similar to each other. That would be great. But over all great app love it so much!
Apple health sync
Why can’t I sync my blood pressure to Apple health? The options for syncing are super limited. Also, the sports mode options are strange. Why is there “fitness,” and “exercise”? What is the difference? And why is their mountaineering mode, but not stair master mode or other common forms of exercise? It would be great if these data actually all synced to Apple health. So far only a few things sync to Apple health
Metric system
Great app… however I find it kinda useless for tracking my weight since I cannot edit the measurements from Kg to Lbs. so I ended up using a different app until I bought a different watch that allows me to convert my measurements appropriately.
Easy to Use and Has What I Need
The fitness watch related to this App is affordable, lightweight, comfortable and attractive. I bought it a month ago and have been using the App since then for step tracking, heart rate and blood pressure monitoring, and sport modes like walking, cycling, and golf. I really like the historical views (daily, 30 days, 6 months and 1 year) of the features I am using. The charging, battery life, and syncing with the watch has been quick and problem free and i have received timely and useful support from the developers for my questions. Overall a great user experience and a tremendous value for the cost. I hope to use more of its functionality in the future.
Email.
Takes forever to receive the verification email. (EDIT) it’s been a day, still haven’t received an email, all of my info was correct. I’m switching to a new phone, my watch died and now is showing a different time than what it is and I can’t fix that if I can’t log into the app. So now my watch is basically rendered as useless.
Synching
What I don’t like is that it doesn’t synch with my Apple Watch and is very frustrating. I have always at least 3K more atemos on my Apple Watch than what this one says. Besides that, awesome gadget.
Doesn't collect all data
I got it to track my heart rate & BP & there are times when it's really high that it won't record it in the app
Women’s health
Overall I like the app its user friendly easy to figure out etc. the on thing that I cannot seem to figure out is the women’s health I cannot seem to move past in putting my recent cycle.. which is a bummer because having one app for almost everything would be a game changer
App Support
I had an issue with one of the functions on my SmartWatch. I referred it to the support team who investigated the problem and made a change to the App. I refreshed my device and everything worked as required. What first class Customer Service.
Pictures dont show to install
Im finding the top screen photos are blank on the app and cant install them. Why?
Removed Alarm? Fixed
After reaching out to support, they brought back the alarm feature. Thank you
Not that great.
The app is nice, the watch is cute but there’s no calendar option to keep track of my schedule. Not what I thought it would be.
Needs More Girly Watch Faces
I am really enjoying this so far and its lovely being able to choose from so many different wallpaper options but most are “manly” and its kinda disappointing.
Good watch
The app is good but the watch can switch off suddenly but I don’t know if that’s just me. Overall great.
Horrible and primitive
The app opens in Chinese and there’s no apparent way to change that. I chose English as language but the Chinese didn’t go away. I made an error when first opening the app and can’t recover from it
My review
I think this is a great app but there is one thing wrong about it. That thing is that when my phone is connected to my watch it doesn’t give me all the notifications it only gives me some. Thank you. Yours Sincerity
Women’s Health & Login don’t work
I’ve tried countless times to create an account and also get the women’s health to move beyond the initial page and nothing works. I also can’t seem to get a hold of help for it. This review is my attempt at help!
Saw Moe
I need telegram notification
Watch
I love it but I can’t seem to find out how to connect the weather to it
Won’t connect to device
App won’t connect to my pedometer bracelet. The error message says to make sure Bluetooth settings give permission for app to access Bluetooth, but there is no button to give app permission for access Bluetooth. My pedometer bracelet is now a paperweight I had high hopes as this app would meet all my needs.
Good but needs work
Watch is amazing. It works really well but i was unable to connect my notifications. I read the instructions and did everything it said and i could connect it. I don’t know weather this is because i have an iPhone or the app itself
Not great :-(
The layout of the app is nice, but it fails in that it can’t start a Workout (besides walking & running GPS) from the app on your phone. You can only start all other Workouts from the Watch itself. I want to be able to see my heart rate and step count via my phone when running on the treadmill without having to refresh every time. I can’t look at the Watch when running and the display is too small to see clearly when running. There is no reason why this can’t be done for all workouts, even fitness, I want to glance at my phone and see where my heart rate is at. The VeryFitPro app does this quite well even with an older Fitness Watch, why can’t this app do the same? Please enhance it ASAP!
Serves its purpose
It has motivated me to be more active and regularly exercise, which is the most important thing. That said, there’s a lot of room for improvements. The step counter isn’t very accurate. I’ve checked my watch as I’m literally walking and there are big blocks of time when no steps are being counted. I have also achieved step goals (which can be seen in my history) but the medals don’t unlock. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does feel pointless to have a whole section of medals to “achieve” if there’s no way to earn them regardless.
