Sleep
I love the fact that I’m getting more sleep than I ever thought I was getting. I love the way it attracts my sleep when I’m in deep sleep, etc. I love it.
Ai
I initially bought my watch so I could track my steps and heart rate throughout my day. I did not know I would need an app to track it, nor did I know that the app in question uses artificial intelligence. I know that if I don’t make an account I can’t use the ai, but I still get the impression that the ai still tracks things without my permission or knowledge. I can’t return the watch at this point so I may as well let people know what they’re signing up for.
Supreme except for one glitch
I actually like this watch much better than my Apple Watch. It seems more accurate & is much easier to use. I like the style better also. I love the sleep tracking but it is also the only perk that m struggling with. I can’t get it to track my sleep every night, despite having the watch fully charged & wearing it snuggly. If I could get that kink fixed, it would truly be the perfect fitness watch!!!
It started out as a great app
Not sure which update when it started happening, but now whenever I’m in the middle of a good sweaty workout the watch will automatically reset itself . All the recorded information up to that point is swipe out. Which kinda defeat the purpose of the watch.

I’m only about a month thing, but it seems pretty comprehensive easy to figure out how to change things. The app is easily navigable as well. And I guess I don’t know anything about this company or manufacture but what’s the difference from them having data on me versus the 19 day of breaches I’ve already been part of lol so when it comes down to the watch it just it seems like it’s easier and I like the app more than the Apple set up and that’s the only thing I have to compare it to, but I like to sleep AI stuff especially ** once again I know I’m headed back home but the battery life is awesome. Sure not to mention.**
Taking Options Away
It seems each time there is an update they take something away. It used to be so nice to have your pertinent information on one screen. But now to have your weight, you have to have premium service. I have a fitnus product for my health. I am on a fixed income which does not allow me to have the premium service. Also, every day I get the message that says wearing the fitnus one more day can accurately do something with my sleep cycle. I never take the band off. It states this everyday. I liked the previous screen layout. I do like that you can choose the face of the fitnus band through the app.
Summary
The watch is fine the only problem is it’s low battery life. The battery goes before the end of the day. So most time, l cannot wear it to sleep to measure how long l slept at night.
Disappointed
Had the Runmefit for 17 months the tab that fits in the band broke off. What gives?
A little help
It works well but when it comes to the AI backgrounds it malfunctions a lot.
Love my Runmefit.
I love my Runmefit. I’m on my second one and find I’m lost when I’m not wearing it. It lets me check anytime when I’m wanting to know my health numbers. I always check it against my numbers at my doctor visits. It is very accurate. Even my doctor is impressed.
Lost my entire run
I was 8 1/2 miles in and all of a sudden my entire run was gone nowhere to be found. Very upset with this app.
Love the app
Wish it would link to phone better. Sometimes I have to restart phone and watch just to get it to sync But other than that it’s a great service

Too many issues with the synchronization to health
Not satisfactory
The app for some reason doesn’t record the same count as the watch. If you go back from the previous days it doubles your step count, so it can’t be used to track over several days. How do I fix this?
Cannot connect
I had something for free for years and now you want me to upgrade and start paying. I just want the app I had and not the plus. Why can’t I keep what was working for me.

Update is a mess
The latest update doesn’t allow me to change watch faces. I’ve lost the functionality of using the watch as a remote for my phone for music or camera. This update is a complete disaster and needs to be fixed. Update: developers suggested fix won’t work. The Runmefit app isn’t even listed under the photos permission, so can be “on”. It’s still a mess.
The newest update does not take blood pressure readings.
The newest update does not allow recordings of Blood pressure. With BP issues , I counted on the BP readings to have an ongoing reading of BP throughout the day. Can you fix that issue or let keep the old app version available for me to download? I was hoping not to have to search for a new watch or change brands.
Keeps getting worse
I was initially thrilled with it, but each update makes it worse. The AI sleep function is wildly inaccurate, and there’s no way to turn it off. The most recent update wants me to subscribe in order to access features like watch faces. At this point, I doubt I’ll get a new one when this one dies. A shame, because I really liked it.
Only 1 drawback
On the watch you HAVE to flip through every activity. There should be a way to take off the activities you dont want via the APP

Really love this app and watch it’s really helping me stay on track with my sleeping and my exercise and I really try to get that MAI up which is just all over Health so when you have a little app that shows you I’m like OK I need to drink some water or do something to help myself get healthier so so I highly recommend it
Unreliable avoid devices that rely on this mess
Most of the time The app doesn't even open. Halfway thru a run it just quits. Almost impossible to update info manually because The app won't open Or repeated taps to save info - do not register Avoid buying any device that uses this app It's nothing but frustration
Range
The app is great I just wish for receiving text message notifications the range was longer. But I love the backgrounds for the watch face!
Doesn’t Stay Synched
Good when it works, but I have to constantly coax it to synch. Right now it won’t synch past 17%. I’ve lost several days of accurate data that is now being throwing off my yearly totals. Way too many functions that are completely inaccurate. BO, Temp in particular. Hope we get an update/fix soon! (6/26/2025)
new update error
The newest update as of April 2026 doesn’t show the blood pressure anymore: it’s just disappeared. Very disappointing. I wish I hadn’t updated the app.

The latest update no longer supports the glucose readings
I liked keeping track of my glucose, the latest release no longer seems to support it. Since the update, it is no longer tracking my sleep either. After rebooting and resetting my Bluetooth I face up! I’ll look elsewhere.
It didn’t work
I love the app like so much but it don’t let me do pictures. I want to put a valentines wallpaper but it won’t let me so if you are like going to make some soon please do that or fix pic wallpaper.
not accurate count
Step count is not accurate. It has two different step counts on the app. The one of the screen is the amount on the watch but when you click on the step count it says like a crazy amount less for the day. If you want to get 15,000 steps you have to do like 16,000 or more for the app to show you have meet your goal. It also goes the extream pf changing your steps to be way more than you acctually got by like 10,000 or more. It is not accurate at all.
Updated version
Updated today. Like the new screen, but now I’m not able to see the week progress. Wish that to come back.

Not accurate
It claimed my heart was in the 40s and 50s however when I checked manually and used a pulse oxy it was really in the 70s and 80s don’t use or get this watch. Steps and that aren’t accurate either.
Disappointed
Why way blood pressure not included on the watch itself. It is displayed on the app. So I must assume that it is being recorded by the device.
Keeps disconnecting
The app keeps disconnecting from my device even when my phone is right next to the Fitbit. The app also isn’t keeping the data like it used to. The data from steps, kcals, sleep, heart rate, temperature, blood pressure and miles walked, all are not coming up on the app. Please sort this out.

App smartwatch
I’ve been using this app for quite some time together with the smartwatches I sell under my brand. At first, it offered a great experience — all the main features were available for free, including the watch faces and settings. However, recently many of these features have become part of a paid “Plus” subscription, which completely changes the experience for users and for those of us who work professionally with these watches. I genuinely liked this app because it was practical, stable, and complete, but now it’s difficult to recommend it to my customers since many of them can’t afford an extra subscription just to access functions that used to be free. I hope the development team can reconsider this change or at least provide a more balanced option for users and distributors.
Good watch and great app!
There are some amazing features, the watch lasts long! Not sure if it’s my model or not but my watch has no setting to switch from Fahrenheit and Celsius, definitely a needed feature!
Stopped downloading data!
I was enjoying using the watch and app until I upgraded the app a week ago. Now it’s not downloading and keeping data like it did, although the device is paired to the app. Help!

Need to be able to edit step total & count steps on treadmill.

Gives you a baseline, a monitor for any variations although perhaps not precisely accurate. At this great price for a smartwatch- that’ll do! Overall pleased!

I bought a Runmefit watch about a year ago and absolutely loved it. All of the features included were absolutely perfect and exactly what I needed about a year after I purchased the watch and use the app consistently. They updated their terms of service so that you have to pay for them to track your data most days I now can’t even see what my day-to-day tracking are. This watch is now useless. If I already bought the watch out right why am I now needing to pay for your app? This is a bit ridiculous and you just removed. Any reason for me to want to recommend this watch or this app. It doesn’t work anymore this update has been completely. Frustrating and now the app straight up just doesn’t work. I can’t see what my heart rate is throughout my day. I can hardly see what my steps are most of the time all of the fun features that made this app worth it now don’t work unless you pay for their plus option this is ridiculous. Don’t buy this watch and don’t use this app.
Is this a newer version of Runmifit?
The app has worked fine for a week, then all of a sudden today, Monday, it’s ’not connected’! This is getting to be a pain in the proverbial and, if it continues, I’ll be purchasing a different tracker that actually stays. Onnectec!
Disconnection problems
Love the app when it is connected and working with my smart watch ! Have had to re connect so many times and now won’t reconnect at all ! Please sort this out . Thanks
Step Count Off
This watch is great for its price. When it comes to the step count it doesn’t update on the apple health app correctly. It will say less steps than it says on the watch, which is frustrating. I think it just may not be very compatible with iPhones.
