Issues with Bluetooth
Hello, I am using the JYouPro app with a G28 smartwatch and an iPhone 12. The watch disconnects from Bluetooth frequently throughout the day. I have already tried the following: * Restarted the watch. * Restarted my iPhone. * Confirmed the watch firmware is up to date. * Enabled Bluetooth permissions for JYouPro. * Enabled Background App Refresh. * Re-paired the watch. Despite these steps, the watch continues to disconnect and does not maintain a stable Bluetooth connection. It disconnects several times a day almost every 15-30 minutes. Could you please let me know if this is a known issue with the G28 and JYouPro on iPhone, and whether a fix or app update is planned? If there are any additional troubleshooting steps, I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your assistance.
It’s okay
It’s OK it connects to the watch and it works but you need to fix some glitches that happen when you’re trying to connect the watch so please fix that. download the app when I got the watch andIt seemed like it was gonna be good, but it took me a minute because it kept connecting to other watches, so please fix that.

Caught this on clearance at Walmart.com for 23.99 which should’ve been the regular price anyway. I can’t text and how do I put the ringer on vibrate or silent?. The call quality is great but I’d give it a 2 out of 5
Good for the Price
For what I paid for out of Walmart, I was very happy with the purchase. Everything syncs well, except the weather. It’s not reading the correct area/location for the weather to be quite honest. That’s the only downside to this watch that i am currently dealing with. But nonetheless the less great watch for everyday wear with keeping track of your steps.

Pretty cool watch and easy to use, but I found that the Calendar does not match with the correct dates and I was unable to adjust it
Wont sync with my device
I followed the instructions, but I cannot get the app to sync with my device. I can’t even tell if this app is being supported.
Future update
The app is easy to read and go through. The watch is a bit on the sensitive screen side but it’s good. Tons of app. This one actually has a good weather app and a watch, along with other things that you might use on your phone. Only thing is, you can’t respond to a text. Or change playlist on the music. I’d love it if in one of the future updates that there could be a way for us to respond to our messages from the watch. Thank you!!!

This is a great watch it was a little hard to set up but all you have to do is change it then it with connect the only thing I don’t like about it is to use it y ooo g have to connect to Bluetooth but the sound is great for a watch and I love that I can call and message people it is a great watch

You can’t even receive messages on the watch, nor can you send them without using the voice assistant. Even then, the voice assistant barely works. This watch sucks

I just received this watch today and not it’s stuck on Spanish I need it to go to English and the app lags but I love the watch the ringtone a bit loud
It has some problems
I want more for work, but even though it’s connected to my phone, it doesn’t have time. I can’t seem to figure that out if anybody has. Answers to this that would be great . Watch is nice like everything else but need the time to work and be correct

This is such a great app it was easy to set up and connect watch to my iPad you guys must have problems with your phones or iPad but I’m sorry about that too!

Great ring, needs more features
I love this ring, I’ve had it for at least two years now. Excellent battery life, stays charged for about 20 days before I need to recharge. I mostly use it to track sleep and exercise. It tracks heart rate n blood oxygen. I wish it tracked blood pressure n stress levels as well as women’s health. Also wish it offered more details for sleep and other categories. But overall a great ring for the price.

Great smart watch for its price. I would like Reddit and Discord notifications to be added, if possible.

Mine was good until today all of a sudden the screen blacked and I still heard it when someone called me but I can’t see nothing coz the screen is blacked

I charged the watch over night and the app still says the batter is half way charged and there’s no way to see the battery life on the watch itself
Very nice ring
I just received my new Smart ring. I love the ring. It’s very comfortable and it gives me all the information that’s required. I just wish that I had ordered the charging case with anyway the magnetic thing works anyway so that’s OK. I asked them if I could get the charging case and they said no, it would have to only be when you buy the ring, I think that’s kind of crappy

So at first the watch to go with this was 119 dollars but I got it for 19 dollars trash don’t even pair with my phone the app won’t let me log in and it won’t pair with my watch the only thing is it has the right time and it lets you change ur wallpaper don’t keep in mind this is a review on the app AND the watch
Auto audio switch
Although I have selected the audio to be played on my phone, not the watch, it switches back to the watch after a while. It's so annoying that it does this without my intention. Please fix this. The same goes for the mic.
Terrible app
I got a smart watch and downloaded this app. Worked for a couple hours trying to get the two to connect when I finally did, could fill in generic info on my profile in app but it would never log me in. Submitted email 3 different times to set password and never got any password reset sent to me. Needed a password because it kept saying wrong password given when the password was scanned from a box suiting by me because you can’t enter a password because apparently one really isn’t needed but you can’t log in without one,so figure that out! Just terrible. Returning watch and deleting app.
It’s not an Apple Watch
Time stand still does not connect to Bluetooth, but shows that it is collected to my Bluetooth on my iPhone 13. It is not an Apple Watch. That’s why it does not connect fully. I like it. It’s working really well just one of the faces that I really like is missing the man face with the bio body in it. I wish the face was available. Other than that I like to watch. It’s pretty cool then for 10 bucks. What do you expect?

I like the watch the only thing I have a problem with is I have to keep my phone on and the app open on my phone screen to be able to use my watch to change songs or pause and play my music please fix it
Good app just one thing.
I feel that people view the watch as the problem when it really is them! The app works just fine it needs one more update with animated wallpapers. If your watch can’t connect just troubleshoot it ask for help then move on.

I love the fact that with the app you can make your own custom wallpapers! I also love the fact that there is a setting if you click the camera icon on your watch and have the camera open on the app you can take a group photo. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is the heartbeat per minute isn’t always accurate. But overall I would recommend

it keeps scaring me
its cool but when im listening to music my watch decides to connect and start playing the music at full volume thus it gives me a heart attack and if im out in public i cant have my watch connected cause i dont want it to play my music and embarrass me :( please make an option to stop it being able to play my music <3 thank youuu
Great app to run with the watch
This is my first smart watch, after refusing to pay mega money for an iwatch I bought into these guys at a fraction of the price. I’ve never had sync problems or anything, if you turn the watch off for a while ( as I don’t wear mine every day ) when you turn it back on yes the clock is wrong but just open the app and it syncs itself automatically. For £26 the watch has so many functions, it’s great controlling my Alexa music via the watch and I love the weather forecasting too. Maybe the step / heart rate counter isn’t fully accurate, but surly it was only ever meant to be a guide not for hospital use. One thing I would like to see is a tide time graph, so I can easily see high and low tides times, that would make the watch perfect for me.

i genuinely love this watch so much it came with a bunch of stuff to offer off the bat!! it has a game, and fitness ring and health stuff. awesome connection just sometimes it’s glitchy connecting with my apple fitness app so i have to reconnect the watch but other than that i love the feel and love that u can customize pretty much everything!! and i didn’t even know u can call and blast music on the watch itself!! super awesome

Watch is alright. App needs more settings. Like on the watch itself it has DND it unfortunately does not link to your phones DND and when you put the watch on DND it tells you to go onto the app to customize the DND settings.. however, there isn’t any. The music feature is a bummer. And the only messages you get are off of apps, never off of your SMS directly. There also isn’t a phone book on the watch so always carry your phone or have numbers memorized.

Works ok but issues with weekly and monthly data, press on weekly heart rate/steps and anything else the app closes. No data available for monthly comparisons. The messages only give me text not WhatsApp or any of the other notifications. Overall it does some stuff but not everything that is available. Didn’t pay much for my fitness band, you get what you pay for!

GARBAGE App
The apps interface with the device stopped syncing, connecting, and monitoring. I knew this product by the cheesiness and cheapness of its app. DO BETTER, we’re in the v year 2025!

Good app that gives data to apple health so only use to connect the device only annoying thing is that the remote selfie feature only takes square photos and doesn't work in native camera app
Worthless
Took MONTHS for it to finally connect and it doesn't track sleep or the oxygen.. The TWO main reasons I bought the fake Q ring... This program is a joke and waste of time
Keeps crashing
Unable to click on week data for anything as it just freezes and closes the app every time. All notifications are turned off on the app however notifications are still being sent to the watch.
