Dumb ring
Everything is in Chinese. Horrible instructions and the app does not link with Apple Health App. A waste of money.

I bought the ring to monitor my Blood Pressure and BPM. It’s reads close, I’m happy.
Won’t connect to Apple health
Tried restarting the phone, deleting and redownloading the app, the menu gets stuck at telling the user to change the settings manually in the health app. Mentions going into devices menu, and selecting the SmartHealth app from the Apple health app. Nothing comes up.
Not bad, but needs work
It’s pretty good for the price and the fact there is no subscription makes it that much better. The app needs a tweak, though. Whenever I track a workout, after a few minutes I’ll get the message “movement stopped” and the tracker stops. I can be in the middle of a set and it will just stop. Everything else is fine. Fix this one little thing and it will be perfect.
Accurate and motivational device
The smart ring is clearly the main reason I have brought my heart rate and blood pressure down to a normal level. It nudges the user to create better habits and tracks any improvement which in turn motivates you to do better.

Love the ring and everything about the app but once you try to apple heath it’s get confusing and doesn’t connect
App has improved
Was not happy with the sleep tracker not syncing but it has improved dramatically since 2025.
Sucks
The ring died so I charged it. Now it refuses to reconnect.

Disappointed
I purchased to monitor my blood pressure. Hoping it was closely accurate but it’s not. Anywhere from 10-20 points off. I check using my home blood pressure machine. But that’s not the most annoying part. The app really sucks. Guaranteed 1 out of 3 times I open app it freezes. The ring is useless without the app. I either have shut down the phone and restart or delete and reload the whole app. Very disappointing
Will not pair with Apple Health
App seems good but I need it to pair with Apple Health and it just will not. I have tried many things but nothing works. Said because other than that it seemed good.
Now works perfectly since update
Got my ring and it worked fine for a week but now will not update on the app. You can manually do all the checks which proves it is an app problem. It makes the ring useless as that is what I bought it for. This has been mentioned previously on reviews so looks like they aren’t really bothered 😡. I need to put an update on this review as since the last update it now works perfectly.
Ouch
I’m not sure how good the ring is, but the app is horrible. It keeps trying to get me to change the language to something Asian. I’m not Asian. Fix the app and maybe the ring will be good. Until then, you get one star. Update 8/22/26 App now fails to connect with ring. Keeps telling me to make sure my Bluetooth is on. It is on. Worked for about three days after update, then fails again. Not sure how many more chances I’ll give this ring.

Syncing
Won’t let me sync with my Apple health app. It says it needs permission from the Apple app but the Apple app then says smart health needs to give them permission to sync. It just won’t work.
Great Alternative to Oura
Great alternative to Oura or some of the other rings. It now shares with Apple for some metrics. I purchased it to mainly track my sleep because I can’t sleep with my watch. It’s quite accurate regarding BP and pulse as compared with in clinic results as well as home screening. Go for it

Works great most of the time. My only problem is sometime the sleep doesn’t work and the HRV is odd. Otherwise it’s great.

I just don’t understand why the language keeps switching and sometimes how much I wanna sleep changes how much there’s just a lot of things that seems to glitch out but other than that, I really like it

I can’t submit my readings unless I go into the app and synchronize each time I go into the app, this app is very hard to work with.

I’ve been using my ring for over a year and it is just keeps getting better as far as the accuracy. I wear it at night to track my sleep time and I track my steps daily. I’m very pleased!
Great promise, low value
Ring rarely lasts 2 full days, so can’t trust the readings. Sleep tracking is inconsistent, so not helpful! If I were to buy again, would get a better model.
No invite code
Was offered beta trial. It requires an invite code for the apple beta control app. None was supplied. Disappointed.
Crashing Out
The app has been great until recently. Now every time I try to synch the data from my ring, the app crashes and completely closes itself. I tried to report an issue, but didn’t understand the language on their website. I hope they see this review and fix it.
Country screen will not close
Every time I open the app, it starts to synchronize. Then it goes to the page where you choose the country. That Page will not close and the writing does not show. I have pictures to show if you would like to see them and be able to tell me what I can do to fix the app so it works correctly

7/28/26 update: 😃great news. App now lets you opt in or out of automatic updates. Also, Sleep Mode now syncing. FYI: I did NOT update 7/28/26 version yet. I will wait to see future comments/reviews/feedback to make sure glitches are corrected. 4/15/36: Sleep Mode not syncing since last update 4/15/26. Ring “Reset”unresponsive, still not syncing sleep 🛌 data. 😵💫 🤓 4/25/26: Automatic app update is not optional! Usually I don’t update my apps until a few weeks later that any unexpected glitches can be discovered/fixed. This app updates on its own without my “permission” 🤨. Kindly, Fix that line of code 👩🏻💻.
Inconsistent
I bought a second one & it never calculated the steps. I saw an app upgrade the other day (can’t load it) Now my 1st ring that always worked … isn’t calculating steps. I’m upset as I rely upon it to fetch my swim & water exercise movement. I spent 2 hours working out (& enjoying it I might add) but have no steps to show for it. It’s upsetting ; my world generally works as scheduled!
My Top choice
Have had previous 2x different smart rings, and now this 3rd smart ring being my latest one has this software with blood pressure monitoring, simply fantastic, great work and accomplishment to both the software app and the ring, deserving my 5 stars.

I’ve been really impressed with this smart ring. The blood pressure monitoring is quick and surprisingly consistent, the sleep tracking gives clear insights into sleep quality and recovery, and the heartbeat sensor feels accurate and reassuring throughout the day. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear 24/7, and packs a lot of health tech into something so small. A great option if you want powerful health tracking without the bulk of a smartwatch.
Buggy software
The first version of the app wouldn’t start up properly the first time. After the update it seemed fixed until I noticed the white screen covering most of the app rendering it useless until I restart it and it works. Needs some work please.
App lacks in consistency
The ring and app have been good up until a few days ago. Now I am having issues with connecting the ring to the app and “sure” Bluetooth is turned on! Oh well guess you get what you paid for……cheap!
Very good. So far
Work very well with my not expensive smart ring. It compares very well with my smart watches app. The steps, oximeter, and sleep data record recordings are similar to my other devices. Even the estimated BP recordings are impressive and comparable after calibration.

App improvements
It’s a great app can’t fault it but it could do with a few more improvements on the app such as a stress section as my other smart ring has this feature.
Update is bugged
It worked fine for months up until I was prompted to update the app and now it will not connect the Bluetooth on my phone to the ring. Might have to buy an entirely different ring now.
Needs work
Every time I open the app, it synchronizes and then freezes, I have to close out the app and open it back up in order to see anything
