Ring
Great ring highly recommend!
Not connecting
For some reason, my ring keeps disconnecting and reconnecting non stop and I’ve tried to figure out what is going on but I’m stumped… It also keeps saying it’s dead even though I have charged it
Seems to be fine
It does as well as a more expensive one I had been using. Battery life so far, seems to be okay. The only thing I'd like to see on there is a place to write notes. e.g. when you haven't done your usual steps, to write down the reason, or if your stress levels are high and you want to make a note as to what contributed, things like that. My last ring had this facility.
Last firmware upgrade fail
For the last several days the sleep portion is not working. I believe it started when I did a firmware upgrade. Like it appears I’m not sleeping at all.. for days.
U.S. Customary Units
It would be great to provide US Customary Unit conversions. Allow the user to select how they’d like to view the unit measurements.
This Is the best Smart Ring For the Price
I don’t know why there are bad reviews about the app because I got mine last week and it has worked incredibly. Nothing wrong and the ring looks great. It might be because it just got updated so I think those reviews are outdated. Why pay $400 for an oura ring when you are literally getting the same thing for way way cheaper. This app should be 5 stars.
Large heap of bull kaka!
Yes, I was influenced. No I’m not happy. The two main reasons that I even purchased this ring was to monitor stress and sleep patterns and neither works actually stress periodically works, but sleep pattern 0%. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall bind and uncombined the ring I will be cautious supposed to mean I guess you get what you pay for which is a bunch of bull Kaka.
Mal schauen
App is easy to use… but… power hungry
Perhaps made worse since the last ring firmware update, the app seems to be running in the background a lot more! rather than just syncing when the app is opened. Background use is turned off, but according to the battery stats it still ran for 8hrs in the last 24 😠
Meh
It’s a free app and the ring was cheap, so you get what you pay for. There’s always a discrepancy between the step counts on the app to that of the Health App (always on the lower end). You can have a terrible nights sleep and yet you’ll still have a 90% or above sleep score. Or, you could be having a full blown panic attack and it’ll say your Stress score is below 20, just to name a few things.
Nexora
Top
Steps
It’s no longer reading my steps
Military time/ standard time
I bought the Colmi R02. Love the ring, But wish in the app you could change the time to standard time instead of military time!
Sleep
Not mom monitoring my sleep!! Tried everything. This sucks
Useless feature
The ring itself lives up to other reviews thus far. My issue is with the tracking…why have a “find device” feature if when you tap it…it doesn’t open or even respond. Kind defeats the purpose of that feature if you can’t use it for what’s it’s intended to do.
Great Value and Impressive
I’m happy that I made the decision to purchase the ring. It’s comfortable, durable, long lasting battery as well. The application is one of my favorites to date. It has everything that I need to track, with some cool bonus features. For others sharing the metrics issue. You can change it in the settings. Set up is easy, charge it, turn on Bluetooth on our phone, and sync.
App sucks
There is no way to see your monthly numbers. It says you can switch to see your monthly totals but where???? I love my ring but this app sucks
Battery
There’s truth in reference to the battery. I still have my Ring but the battery has died and will not keep a charge any longer. I bought the ring I believe in September. However, I am purchasing an upgraded version because I see this may be much better than the earlier version and the first ring did not come with a charging case. I’m buying the Titan Pro. The functions as described. I love the functions, excellent. Let’s hope the battery is better on this new Ring!
Unreliable
For some reason the app has been freezing up…can’t even close it. Didn’t record activity for 8 days. Yes the ring is fully charged but many glitches. Won’t even add an indoor rowing machine even though they have such activities as fly fishing, square dancing, etc…maybe aura was the right way to go
Sleep is inaccurate
I got the QRing to monitor sleep and unfortunately it does not do that accurately. Instead of marking my sleep time, it marks the last time I check the app and then when I open it in the morning. That’s not the time that I’m actually asleep. It’s very disappointing.
Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from
I’ve had this ring now for two days now, and I was hesitant after ordering it because of these reviews on here being so negative and them saying the sleep along with other things were inaccurate. However, I am wondering if these people did not get the correct size ring? Maybe their ring is moving on their finger, because mine fits snuggly and securely, and my sleep was accurate. I even woke up in the middle of the night twice to get up it registered it, and then registered me going back to sleep with an accurate sleep score that registered closely with my Garmin watch. I also workout/run every day, I ran this morning as well as lifted in the ring, picked up my movements/calories/heart rate same as my Garmin! Overall, so far, I love this ring! however, if there are issues that appear, I will come back to review again! So far so good and definitely worth the price!!
Won’t open
After recent update, the app will no longer open. AppStore says it should still be compatible.
Great as a simple tracker!
Good purchase for me because I mostly wanted something to track my steps and occasionally sleep. But I do wish I could use it more for tracking workouts. It’s not very good at tracking a workout and it doesn’t prompt you to start or end a workout or even just let you input one so that you can track your movement for the day all in one place. If I forget to turn off a workout it won’t be accurate or let me adjust it! Hope they improve this soon! Overall I’m impressed in the durability and functionality of the device for the price!
Not impressed
I bought this ring wanting to track my sleep, steps, stress, and menstrual cycle. It does most of this fairly well, however the cycle tracking is a joke. It asks you how many days your cycle length is and then just sets it in stone as that’s what it always is. It doesn’t actually track any body temperature changes to more accurately predict my cycle. And if my period comes early or late there is no way to edit the dates, you can only change the length of your cycle and then it changes all past data to be the same length of days. The app also is supposed to give me a notification when the battery needs to be charged and it never does. One time my battery was completely dead for 2 days and I had no idea because I received no notification and didn’t go in the app to check my data during that time. Overall this was a test for me to see if I would actually use a data tracking ring and I do, so I will be purchasing a better one.
It works okay but not completely
I’ve been wearing the ring for almost a month now it keeps track of everything else but my sleep which is what I mostly bought it for. But it hasn’t track my sleep in a week now
very good!
very clear layout and tracks everything really well!
It stopped working after 3.5 months
I would have given this 4 stars the first few months I had this. You get what you pay for and this was a cheap alternative to the oura ring. On August 1, 2026 it stopped updating my sleep health and hasn’t fixed itself since then. I messaged the company on TikTok shop where I bought it and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Didn’t work. I guess I’ll be investing in the real deal 🤷🏼♀️
Minor Tweaks but overall good
Great little app and has been easy to ready and understand measurements. Minor requests would be to change the colour of the ring on the app and also have more days on the menstrual cycle settings, as not all cycles are similar (specifically the time between cycles being over 35 days)
Lasted 4 months
Worked great in the beginning, but now it won’t connect to the app. It’s fully charged and Bluetooth is on, but it will not bind. Deleted the app and reinstalled and still nothing. Waste of money. Disappointing!
I like this, but
It’s not tracking my steps accurately. I just took a 45 minute walk and it didn’t track a single step.
What happened?
I thought this was great until it just stopped recording everything except sleep and steps. And that’s even off by a day or two even after it finally syncs. I wanted to return it because Amazon said I have until Feb 2, but they only give 2 locations that are 11-12 miles away. I live in nyc and literally would have to drive over a bridge to another borough. I don’t understand why ups a few blocks away is not an option like everything else I need to return. It’s ridiculous. Between gas, tolls and 2 hours of my time, I may as well keep it. Can’t say I’m too happy, and would not recommend.
TERRIBLE! INACCURATE!
Wake up times are completely wrong. And it also doesn’t show times in American standard only 24 hour time. I don’t care about 19:32 I want to see my sleep from 10pm-7am. Only military time with this app/device. It was $20 so no wonder. The device itself is good but the app sucks and needs to fix this! Add American time!
Needs SPo2 sync with apple health
App seems good so far, just wish it had apple health integration for SPo2 data transfer!
IPhone
Can’t get ring to connect to iPhone. Works on my iPad.
Cross App Data Sharing and Sleep Tracking
This review is written with just over a day of use: If used in isolation, I like everything QRing has to offer. However, as an athlete, I would like more data sharing of my workouts between apps. I like that steps, sleep, and heart rate export between QRing to the apple health app. But it doesn't seem to actually export my in-app recorded "workouts" to the health app. And to do me one better, I'd love for them to sync with Strava since they have an open API. Without that, the health app acts as a conduit between QRing and Strava recorded workouts (which it is technically failing to do at the moment because QRing doesn't seem to have a setting to send workouts to apple health despite enabling all data sharing between the two apps). I think with that hurdle overcome (increased sharing to apple health or developing a QRing-Strava API), I could easily give the app 5 stars. edit: I came back to drop my 4-star rating to a 3. After the first two nights, the sleep tracking has been poor. It seems to recognize when I fall asleep but fails to record the last few hours before I wake up. Inaccurate sleep times and therefore inaccurately low scores.
LOVE my QRing
Absolutely love My QRing. Saw a review on Tiktok and then bought it on Aliexpress. Does all the things I need and stays charged for days. Yes, some times it gives me a better sleep rating than I actually had when I lay in bed on my iphone, but for $40 vs $300 for an Oura Ring and no subscription for the app, I’m not complaining. Five stars all round. Love it. Went and bought 4 more in different colours as some times I misplace it.
Trust the reviews - pure junk
It took weeks longer to get than promised. Finally showed up. Wouldn’t take a charge, even though the App said it was at 20%. The green light was “on”, on both the ring and the charging box. Finally, the App said 0%. On a different note, my ring finger is a size 10. Their chart confirmed it was a size 10. The box says size 10 and size 8. I’m guessing the ring is a size 8 as it barely fits my pinky finger.
Need to be able to reorder activities
The app really needs an option to reorder the activities, when you are doing something it takes ages to scroll through to find the correct one. If you could reorder them and have your favourites at the top I would use it, otherwise it’s useless as it takes ages.
Pointless
Wore it all day fully charged and recorded nothing bc I didn’t open the app beforehand
Doesn’t track sleep consistently
I’ve noticed within the last 2 months it only tracks my sleep 3-4 days a week. Even on a full charge.
Considering the price ..
It’s brilliant ! .. I wonder what people expect sometimes. I have an Apple Watch for everyday stuff but struggle in things like kettlebell classes for fear of cracking my watch ! .. with gloves on the ring is protected. I don’t want to spend £300 on a smart ring as well !! It seems pretty in line with the Apple Watch when I wear both together, but I can now wear a nice dainty watch on evenings out and still monitor my steps etc .. the ring cost me £53 (Amazon promotion) the ap costs nothing … absolutely brilliant.
Metrics
Set up has to be in metrics, need to be aware of this before downloading the app.
It’s Good
I like this app have used it with two models of ring. The only thing I think can be improved is a very small thing and that is would be good if I could change the colour of the ring picture in the app as I have a black but the picture is gold.
You can get this ring for $30 on alibaba.
The fact that this ring was marketed as one product and has a different app name is the first red flag. Some of the settings in the app are in a different language. This ring does not track workouts. You can have it track heart rate every 5 mins but expect your ring to die every day. Also they don’t make it clear your ring will take almost a month to arrive. This is a generic smart ring made in china you can get on SHEIN and other cheap sites. The app is very sloppy. It doesn’t track accurately compared to Apple Watch. If you want a charge to last more than 3 days you will have to turn off some of the health monitoring (oxygen, HRV, body temp or heart rate) which defeats the purpose of the ring. I had to turn the heart rate monitoring to every 30 minutes which completely messes up the other stats especially sleeping and your exercise score. For $30 this would have been acceptable but the are high-level fake company websites and selling these are top of the line rings, when the are not. Save your money. But to be honest, if you’re already here reading this, you’ve already purchased the ring. So go ahead and just ask for a refund.
Some features lacking
This ring works okay with heart rate and steps. Sleep isn't close though and most gesture controls don't seem work. I can't find what app i'd use them for. Spotify was the only thing it reacted to and it just kept skipping songs endlessly. Also disappointed they didn't add a vibration feature for notifications or wake up alarms. Heart rate, steps and a clock are all i'm really getting out of it so far.
Body temperature
Could you please add body temperature and a readinesss score This ring is amazing
Ooppss!
No directions come with the ring. It is not user friendly.
Battery Notification.
Hi Team. Enjoying the ring and app. Could you please updated the app so the notification works with less than 20% battery. Currently not working. Thanks
Not very accurate on some of the tracking
The sleep tracking is definitely off on a nightly basis. Incorrect fall asleep time, shows I’m asleep during the day when I’m obviously awake. The steps have been quite a bit off too by over 1000 steps compared to my Apple Watch
You get what you pay for…
It’s not a BAD item, but it has ups and downs. Pros. Battery life is not bad for the cost. Simple to use and set up. Cons. It doesn’t remember which hand it’s set to on the ring itself from time to time after charging. The ring assumes everyone wears the ring with the display facing the back of the hand instead of palm side. I prefer the screen to be palm side on my right hand, but I have to set it to “Left hand” so the screen faces the way I want it to so I can use my thumb to turn the screen on. All in all, it’s an inexpensive ring. When you buy a “cheap” item, you get a cheap item.
