Blood sugar monitor
Watch is very accurate or even close doesn’t matter what I do. It’ll always read the same thing and that’s not what my glucose monitor is saying. Other than that, I am enjoying the watch.

I love this watch and app I have a pink watch it was very easy to connect, it does disconnect if you’re far away from it, but other then that I’m in love with how it’s basically an Apple Watch
Language settings
There are no language settings on the app!!!!! If there were, I would just change it. If you think there are language settings, where exactly are they? I have been trying for weeks to find anything about language on the app going thru every screen!!!!!

App problems
Ever since the new update there have been nothing but problems. The phone/watch won’t stay synced and now the app won’t even open. I don’t know what you supposedly fixed but it didn’t work!

Awful bluetooth connection, on my phone it shows the watch is connected but when I try to change the time or any other settings it says connect your watch to Bluetooth, waste of time very poor connection highly not recommended any device requires connection to this app..!!!!

Flashy App with potential?
Does a lot of stuff, accurately? Not sure could be a lot better with some small adjustments? BP should have a 30 day recalibration feature 1. Or 2. Manual adjustment to get a “true” recording. Separate cuff BP cost $17 on Amazon, but then again what’s the point if you can not adjust how the co-fit software works? Essential the watch it worthless unless paired with a “brain” aka phone. Essentially key is to collect your data? Once paired it somewhat does what it should in a flashy but less accurate way, SLEEP: awake gets counted into total sleep time, why? A combined graph with sleep, HR and Sp02 would be nice? With snoring data and body temp? It does NOT record CBG, no watch has such sensor yet. In short with small adjustments this could be a nice product with software but ACCURACY must be Key?

Got this watch as a starter watch for my son. It will not let me make an account for him. I was able to pair watch to phone. But the app on the phone I can’t even open or access because it keeps giving me error codes. So frustrating.

Bluetooth is a Problem
The app is great. But it has a couple problems. When I try get the watch t connect to the Bluetooth, it says there are 2 S08K’s and you have to connect to both to get it to work. But then it stops working after some time because you really can’t connect with 2 devices for some time. So I don’t get notifications, weather info and calls. So the watch is basically useless at that point and you can only use for calculation, games,sports,etc. Please read this you can get a heads up about the Bluetooth. Thank you

Watch failure after first firmware update
Watch was nice for 2 weeks then a firmware update destroys it. Displays and theme are gone. No support 2 months now. Takes you to lily liu in shenzhen and everybody there getting no help. Not cool.
Love the watch
Good looking watch but cannot get it to connect with Co-fit app. Bluetooth says paired but any settings say device not connected tho messages seem to come thru. Also watch doesn’t connect with correct time etc. instruction that came hook to DaFit which connects instantly bit from you videos the interface is different and I like the on in the video. Any ideas. When adding device phone says pair which I do with notification etc nothing on watch says pair yet showed connected in Bluetooth setting.
Needs Firmware update!
Started out working good. IOS updated and now the app won't talk to the watch. Also need to update faces for it. Had a nice deep green Rolex looking one but it vanished upon reboot.
iOS or app ??
The app worked perfectly but since my phone updated to iOS 17.1.2 it no longer works it just stops and you have to wait a few seconds for it to work again it's like it's slow

“Sport” Tab Distance
The “Sport” tab displays some insanely high distance travelled. Last night, I travelled 28 miles in my sleep. The step count is pretty close to accurate, but that distance in the Sport tab seems purely random.

Good App But…
Why does this app have ads? I mean at least offer a no ad paid version if that’s the best you can do. However, after purchasing the smartwatch I expected an ad-free app experience. The app itself is great: works well and accurately records data.
Just got watch today …app is DOWN
Just got the watch today. Went to register it app is down. Tried to contact the company with absolutely no luck ..not a good start. NoT very happy Probably send it back

I bought the watch off Amazon and am using the app to be able to sync it. I am using iOS 16.7 which I believe makes a difference. Likely will encounter issues if you have iOS 17 until they have a software update. My only issue now is that I am not able to sync the weather on the watch. Please assist and I will gladly change it to 5 stars!
