Faithful user
I love the watch and I love the software. Only problem I have is with the telephone sometimes I watch it and sometimes it won’t. I probably don’t know what I’m doing and I’m still looking and the print on the instruction manual could be a little large larger would help I love the watch. I love the other information as well the app thank you

I’m using this app for my watch and it disconnects every day. It takes several attempts to reconnect. While disconnected does not record data like sleep info. It is extremely frustrating and the app provides NO service and is all in Chinese.
Good but annoying fault
Nice app, paired with my Sekonda Alpine watch which I enjoy reviewing the distance I’ve walked. Day, week, month are pretty accurate but the Year count (added later update) is way off! Apparently I’ve walked over one million miles this year so far! Surely just a simple maths correction required?

No começo funcionava muito bem, de repente parou de chegar notificação de mensagem dos apps. Já restaurei, exclui e baixei o app novamente e nada.
Personnalisation cadran
J’ai une montre Joyroom connectée avec cette application et j’en suis satisfait. Par contre, je n’arrive pas à personnaliser mes cadran (ajouter une photo comme cadran). Ça serait bien d’intégrer cette option (mettre notre photo comme cadran, personnaliser l’aiguille…)

Just a Little buggy
it’s a great app and a great watch, but one time all my heart rate, steps, calories, etc. data was just gone for the day. After it happened i reset the watch and didn’t have any problems. Other than that, it just doesn’t track things occasionally but it doesn’t make a huge difference.

Tips for next update
It’s a good app but u should be able to delete the original watch faces and get more than 1 and also u should be able to FaceTime audio so people like me that don’t have a number can call from the watch (I use and email to text since I don’t have a SIM card)

Honestly, this is the best watch that I have had in that it has lasted the longest. I have had a Garmin and a Fitbit. They are great but didNOT last very long before they quit. Thank you InfoWear.9
Can’t change dial face
Just started using this app and can’t even change dial face.
First impression
So far my first impression is good. I will put it to use in the coming days to get a better feel for it. The only request I would have is to add GOLF to the outdoor sports. I walk the course to get my exercise/steps in.

Notifications issue
The software for this watch is mediocre at best. It is NOT compatible with iMessaging no matter what they say. Followed instructions to the T and nothing. Sent watch back for new one, nothing changed. Emailed manufacturer and the stopped replying.

Software concern
I have been using the watch for almost 6 months. Watch is really good. But it seems that the InfoWear app might be collecting information from my cellphone. Just to be clear, I’m not tech savvy. I just noticed that many email attachments I received has InfoWear logo not the usual PDF. Now I don’t know if I should delete the app and not use my watch. I can’t attached the screen shot in this comment. Where should I send it?

I have been using this watch now for over a year and it has worked great until a month ago. For some reason I can’t get my text messages have stopped going to my watch. I have gone through my phone and checked all updates for both. I have checked the app and there is no change. I’m at a lost. Because sometimes I don’t have my phone and I can read any text messages that come through but now I can’t. If there a way to fix this please let me know.

Worst app I’ve ever used
I’ve had my phone for a few months and I have to reconnect it every single day and now I can’t even connect it to my phone anymore. I’ll never buy another one of these junk watches.

Encontrei um problema na sincronização do aplicativo com o saúde do iPhone , quando ativado o aplicativo trava , quando desativo “ autorização de dados “ ele volta a funcionar perfeitamente , uso com o zeblaze stratos 2 e iPhone 14
Não tem opção natação
O aplicativo serve para o Zeblaze Stratos 2 mas não tem opção natação. Além disso está com bugs na integração com Saúde da Apple, carregando múltiplas vezes o exercício

Good but has some room for improvements
I’ve had my watch and use this app for almost 6 months now. After some initial trial and error, it’s worked very well. My only real issue is the lack of new/updated watch faces. The standard watch faces are good, but with so many available options on other systems, there should be more to choose from then are currently available.

O relógio até funciona bem porém não sobe a atividade para o Strava, só subiu uma vez e nunca mais.

Acredito que o que pode melhorar e muito a experiência seria adicionar novas watch faces. Tenho um zeblaze stratos 2 mas as opções não são muito agradáveis… Se adicionasse, seria muito bom

Just got a watch for my birthday & have been unable to register an account so I can connect my watch Not long after posting this review I was able to get registered & my watch to working Will post an update review after I’ve used for awhile

Just received mine and the App continues with error loading - retry later messages AND the watch isn’t working. Haven’t been able to use either so I’d give it a negative 5 stars if able.

I have used four different apps on different watches. All have some quirks but I do like your app. However, is it possible to send out an update to include a sleep number score in the sleep section of the app?
Cada vez pior de conectar ao telefone
Apo não conecta ao relógio de jeito nenhum! Toda hora tenho q ficar dando reset no bluetooth dos aparelhos p conseguir e mesmo assim as vezes não vai. Horrível!

Still figuring the watch out. I’ve used Apple Watches for years, but really like the style of this brand. Really bought it for the health benefits and style more than anything else.
Very weak application
The support should be to Apple Fitness and Google Fit, not only to Apple Health. The app offer very poor designed watch faces, very few useful information, with no integration to weather info and exercise info. Weak selection of sports types. No reliable register of exercise heart rate intensity. No integration with Google Fit. Lousy control of (smart)watch. It’s seems to be designed by pre-schoolers. Needs lots of improvements.

No longer get texts
It worked one day and now it’s been 2 days and the New Alpha watch will send me call info but no text message alerts. Is there something wrong with it connecting to IPhone, needs update and fixed, have 2 stars because at least the calls work but no other notifications work. Need to fix the bug for the IPhone 15 or just the IPhone in general it would be appreciated
Firmware update not working
NY28 GPS watch cannot update firmware. Pop up says new firmware found but nothing happens after clicking “go now”. Also why there are only 4 dial faces (3 default ones and 1 user picked up) supported?
