Can’t get past the down load app screen on the watch. I have a iPhone 16 pro have the app installed and it shows connected but the watch won’t move past that part

Infelizmente não consigo salvar as informações sobre o ciclo menstrual, o concluído fica fora do limite da tela, as configurações do meu celular estão normais, ele nem rotaciona dentro do app, mas rotaciona normal fora
Looks good, but…
Have tried and tried to get messages on the watch. It tells me it’s active, but no messages, same with phone calls! Have emailed support, HA!!! Joke, right, still waiting for a response. I have sleep apnea and wanted my watch to connect to my Apple Health so my doctor could download the system results from my machine…. Something simple, like sleep… nope, it won’t work… have read the user manual, twice… but at least it tells time!!!
Marcando distância incorreta
Marcava certo. Depois dessa última atualização, começou a marcar distâncias/tempo irreais na corrida de rua. As vezes trava num km e depois avança o km de forma desproporcional. Além disso, está enviando dados diferentes pro Strava. Ja enviei msg no Feedback no app. Ag. Retorno.

This app is great! The watch looks great and the battery lasts super long. Only problem is whenever I try to call it doesn’t work. Also it would be better if you could reply to messages from the watch. Overall it is a great app and watch and I would totally recommend it.
Bricked watch
Latest app update has turned Watch into brick no longer connecting to app, Watch will not connect unless direct power, have reset , forgotten settings from Bluetooth,reconnect then then disconnects again,carried out all options , no difference,stating charge shows locked at 85%, iOS phone and connected fine before update of app.
Nice but with annoying bug
Overall, a nice app that registers a lot and makes a Strava subscription fairly obsolete for me. Annoying is that I can't modify the workout list in the app but need to select my workouts from a long list in my watch (Aolon R3 Navi Ultra) - and these workouts and other settings revert to the default value every time my iPhone reconnects with the watch. If Creek van fix this, this is a 5* app.
Notifications
Great app but every 2nd or 3rd day all notifications turn them self back on quite annoying turning them off repeatedly

Meus treinos são salvos corretamente no aplicativo Fitbeing, mas não estão sendo enviados para a minha conta do Strava. Já verifiquei as permissões de conexão entre os aplicativos, confirmei que estou com a internet ativa, e também tentei desconectar e reconectar as contas, mas o problema persiste. Great watch
Great watch, exceeded my expectations, I wouldn’t buy an Apple Watch if I can get one of this, so cheap and he does everything on Apple Watch does. Very satisfied.
Constantly crashes
iPhone iOS 17.7 bring up Fitbeing boom it crashes. New version constantly crashes. I have just tried to open it 19 times and as it is trying to sync it immediately crashes over and over.
Thief alert
Very good apps, one important feature need to be incorporated, that is thief alert and alarm. It will help to catch thief when try to pickup mobile from backpack.

To be honest, it is not the best app, not too many watch faces, and keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth, and weather doesn’t update automatically.

Some watch faces don’t install
Overall, this is a good smart watch had a good price. It accurately tracks, exercise, and heart rate and other features. My only complaint is that some of the watch faces do not install. I’ve been back-and-forth with their customer service so maybe they are working on it

Has some good features but the thing I look at the most on my watch is the face - the app has limited options for this - a lot on the app look clunky , please add some additional designs

I can definitely tell the company has put the time in making the app flawless, if I would critique, I would say add more watch faces (or allow 3rd party apps to access it), and to allow a way to remote pay with the watch/app. Would Recommend ⭐️
Needs work
Update 20 June 2025. Alexa still does not work. Needs a setting to disable the crown as it is sensitive to touch. Pulse is wildly inaccurate. I’ve disabled it. Does not allow writing blood oxygen or sleep data to iOS. Original review follows The watch faces are a bit funky with no customisation. Very limited options. Font options needed. Would be good to have time, date, battery with date in localised format. The big funky fonts aren’t that aesthetically pleasing. The picture watch face is great but put a bubble behind the text on the watch face so it shows up. The font also needs to be adjustable (bigger, thicker etc) Alexa does not work on any of our three Anyloop watches. Either crashes or fails to respond. The app will often crash when setting some options. Changing some settings in the app are not always pushed to the watch. Blood oxygen and sleep pattern are not sent to a connected iPhone. My previous Anyloop watch would do this using the Anyloop software. Watch face will light up during the night even if Sleep is set. Selecting notifications from apps in settings reverts to all selected when Alexa is enabled. Steps are wildly inaccurate. Records steps even when the watch is in a draw. When updates are posted can the developer please give detail on the fix rather than just say ‘bug fix’. Thanks

Watch out watch not as described
Bought the smart watch. Said Alexa and GPS was supported. NOT!!! No support so no help. Sent the watch back for a refund. Still waiting!!!! Disappointed. Could have been easy had someone contacted me.
A good watch, but more watch face choices (other than very basic watch face choices) are needed.
The watch is fine. My only issue with it is that (despite the advertised offering of hundreds of watch face choices), most of the watch faces available are very basic. I’d like to see more options that show fitness, health, weather and charge status.
Age restrictions
My parents put age restrictions on my iPhone and for some reason with the newest update they made the app 17+. There’s absolutely nothing about this app that’s 17+. This is dumb
Syncing with Apple Helath
I would really love this if it was more compatible with Apple Heath, I’d love a seamless transfer of data from watch to Apple health as I like to access the data from both. Almost nothing transfers over but it tracks so much information so it’s disappointing. If that changed I’d be so happy.

Can’t verify account with the verification code
Try to create an account in the app, use the verification code to verify the account keep getting error message. Tried 3 different codes sent different time still don’t work. Good that it doesn’t effect the use of the app, however app developers should fix this ASAP
Could be better
The UI/UX of the app looks nice, but your steps and health data don’t sync with your phone Health app so of you’re using this to track steps towards an insurance benefit you will need to manually enter the data in the Health app to get credit. For some reason the app suddenly started appearing in Polish (Google translate told me that) and I can’t switch the language so that’s inconvenient.
