If i could give zero i would, i have had the app for a year and every 6 weeks or so it resets and all exercises , data and progress GONE!! BeFit do better! Will be finding a more reliable app

Workouts were cool.. I mean for a beginner will work but negative review comes from fact they kept charging me after cancellation and when I called them on it they just since developer is 3rd party nothing to do with them. Don’t like that and almost gave 1 star. I wouldn’t not recommend after that.

Cada que actualizan la aplicación, se borra mi progreso, los pesos , repeticiones y ejercicios sustitutos que tenía preseleccionados. Y tengo que volver a ajustar todo desde cero . Me quita mucho tiempo

First day and first workout. Accurately synced with my Apple Watch. I love this app
Does not work as designed!
I really wanted this app to work as it customizes workouts based upon muscle groups and gym equipment. However, when you specify certain equipment for a facility or gym, it does not adhere to that and still adds exercises with equipment that’s not in that gym. Also, when you select certain muscles in a grouping and create the workout, sometimes those muscles just disappear when you’ve selected and saved them. So unfortunately, I am out the $54 yearly subscription for Apple will not refund me my money! Shame on you all.

Estou repensando se renovo o meu, mais o app trava as vezes se ficar um tempo com ele em segundo plano, tendo que fechar e reabrir. E tenho que mudar o tempo de descanso todo treino de alguns exercícios, ele não salva.

I had been happy with the app. It crashed lost my work out. I rebuilt it. Then I had to get a new phone and tried to log in and now it wants me to pay for premium which I already have. Have tried to log in multiple times and look for customer service and can’t find anything. Negative 5 star reviews
Great app for beginners
I couldn’t help but laugh when I watched the AI generated video of how your body could transform over time utilizing the app. I was new to lifting and this app delivered top notch quality in education, routines and proper lifting technique. Here I am 6 months later and I have transitioned from loose skin, fat and no muscle definition to rocking a 4-pack, defined muscles and the healthiest I’ve ever been. Pros: User friendly Great for all fitness levels Educational Cons: App resets exercise routines Lacks some core exercises Doesn’t include many: Stretches Cardio TRX routines
Apple Watch interaction poor
I was looking for an app to start creating workouts at Planet Fitness as a beginner. I never was good about weight lifting and thought this would work well tracking workouts, creating new sets that built off my past workouts. Not the case entirely. First the interface between my Apple Watch 11 and iPhone continually does not sync. I lose data, and have to carry my phone always. Updates never improve this. Workouts lose past data and do not build off my performance. I paid for the premium and am very disappointed. Looking for a new app.

Not worth it
The app isn’t accurate with the equipment you say you have. I literally told it I didn’t have kettle bells and updated it and the first workout was something with kettle bells. It does well tracking but I find myself spending most of my working out changing the actual exercises. There a better, free apps that can track.

Broken Apple Health Sync and Zero Customer Support
Honestly one of the worst fitness apps I’ve ever paid for. The app constantly disconnects from Apple Health, workouts don’t sync properly, and the “sync to Apple Fitness” option keeps turning itself off every single time I leave the settings page. I’ve tried contacting support over 10 times through Instagram and directly through the app, but nobody replies. Even worse, the in-app support form just gives an error message whenever I try to submit a request. Yet they still post regularly on social media while ignoring paying customers completely. I paid for a yearly subscription and feel completely let down. What’s the point of advertising Apple Health integration if it barely works? I’ve wasted so much time trying to fix this myself with zero support from the developers. Would NOT recommend this app to anyone unless you’re happy paying for broken features and non-existent customer service.

As far as an app that you can track weights and times between sets, it’s fine, but that’s it. I have tried for days to adjust my “AI” workout to 50 minutes, it won’t update. I have “Large Gym” selected, half the machines at my gym, Crunch, isn’t even an option. Example for today, when I decided to delete the app, I am doing legs and wanted just a normal standing calf press. Somehow it’s not an option. It’s a machine literally at every large gym in the country.. Been lifting for years and I just wanted to give this a try to see if it could add some new stuff to my routine and this app just doesn’t do anything. I can ask Grok for an AI workout and get a better variety than what this app has given. I wouldn’t waste my money if I had to do it over again.
Could Use Some Work
I have concerns that the app adjusts weight based off the specific exercise. I also don’t like that it will not allow you to cancel the last set without completing the entire workout for the day. We also cannot edit or reopen a workout if we accidentally hit the complete button in the middle of a workout. I hope they will refund my purchase.

Must have Features
I believe that every person has certain limitations when it comes to exercise and muscle group activation due to health conditions. For example, I currently have restrictions related to a torn knee meniscus, and I would strongly prefer not to see automatically generated workout recommendations that include leg exercises. It would be very helpful if the system asked users about their physical limitations and more strictly filtered recommended exercises based on that information. I understand that I can create a fully customized plan myself, but the auto-generated recommendations are your key feature. I’d really appreciate a more personalized approach that allows users to get started without having to invest significant effort into manual customization.

The app is good with clear instructions however, after setting custom plans with the equipment I have. It still suggests workouts for equipment that I do not have.

It would help as a new person to the gym if the exercise was in the right order it keep giveing me heavy stuff to do at the end of my work out and they should be at the top I asked for a refund but apple refused I’ve only bin with apple since day one and not had to ask for a refund b4 so to be told no I am now packing up and leaving apple it’s not the sort of company I would like to do business with any more good night apple

Good app but needs
Good app but needs a little work. Have used it for two months now. It does the job but now I need to change exercises slightly to continue making gains. I can do this manually but an automatic swap after a few months would make this a great workout app if it is focussing on user gains.
Can’t Edit Weight
I like being able to edit the weight that I’m lifting, but there’s nowhere that I can see where I can do that…. If I’m wrong and there IS a way to edit the weight, please tell me how.
Contact?
Not sure how to contact the developer in any way. But I want to be able to download past workout information. Seems you can’t. No contact information. No option to communicate. Bit limited. Overall app is ok but if you could download previous workout data it would be great to help track your progress your way instead of how the app does it.
