I noticed, as many other people in these reviews have, that THIS app is not allowing you to log in or create an account. It's because the company has created a NEW APP called LETSFIT LIFE. So download LETSFIT LIFE and connect your watch to that one. your welcome☺️

Christmas gift
I got this as a Christmas gift last year and still cannot get connected or make an account on the app I would really appreciate it if this was fixed because I want to start using it for more than just time
Watch Problems
My watch was working and after recharging it went 4mins behind time and then 5mins behind time. It won’t go pass the the information when I put in personal information
poor connection
capsule not possibly figure out how to connect the watch to my phone and it has to option to allow my location but good quality watch

Love the app easy to use. It would be nice if it would auto synchronize though. Making it so that it always saves info

It’s not letting me connect to my old profile in 2026 and having me to use basic mode and not letting me get into any of the proper settings of it

For people that are locked out. I had to delete the app and then reinstall it and use Basic mode and it worked. It did ask to reset the watch in the settings as well

It won’t let me log in or register a new account on this app I can only pair the watch to my phone please fix and I’ll fix my review!
Glitched
I’ve had the ew1 for a few years now and it used to work perfectly fine with the app. Now it won’t let me log in or create an account. I’m stuck using default settings and basic mode. If this were fixed, easy 5 stars since it had worked for me perfectly until now. The watch is working as intended, just the app that’s all glitched out for the past ~6 months.

App crashed and no longer works
I first downloaded the app March 2024 when I got the watch. It worked until December 2025. I tried to access the app one day and I was logged out. I tried to log into my account but it said my account didn’t exist. But I first registered with Letsfit in March 2024, I received an email from them when I first did it. The app no longer works and the developers have done nothing about it.

I love how it tracks and it seems pretty accurate. Easy to use and rarely lags.

The watch itself is very accurate and nice but the app is very laggy.
Every time I try to create an account, it loads and will not go onto the next screen. I’ve tried on several devices but it won’t work.

I got a smart watch connected to this app and I cannot recognize the page ask height, name and birthday. It just keeps circling and circling.

Like my new watch but there are some issues
The look is amazing, I am very disappointed that I can’t use either watch without unpairing them I chose the colours based on that premise. The function to end a session of sport sometimes difficult. The battery life is only about 24 hours which is a nuisance. The price was beyond reasonable.
Unable to join app
I have tried at least a dozen times to join the app. When you hit join it just reverts back to join. you can’t actually get into the app. I have reached out to Letsfit with no response. If I can’t resolve this issue I will have to return the watch because without the app it is useless
A great app until you can’t access it
I have their watch that I have been using for a number of years with this app. Recently when I went to sync my watch I noticed I was logged out. When I tried to login it kept telling me that my email is not subscribed. It also had done an update. After having no luck logging in, I tried to ‘join’ and it still wouldn’t not allow me. I have now emailed the company for help and am still waiting for a response.. not happy with their service right now. I love the app and my watch is pretty useless without the app
Let’s Fit is a REALLY good app
The watch always connects fast and it tracks your steps as well. I would recommend this for anybody. I also gives you a weekly summery.

works amazing, but the heart monitor
i love this watch i haven't token it off since i put it on and i think that was saturday i put it on and when this is written its tuesday. the sleeping record thingie wtv you want to call it work’s amazing i have to make sure im getting at least 6-8 hrs every night and when i wake up and see how much sleep i got it honestly helps bc then i know when i need to actually be falling asleep to get the time that is needed. my only complaint is the heart monitor, it’s literally so damn off its funny, i have a heart problem, my heart rate is higher then normal even when im doing nothing its still high. my main reason i even put on the watch was for the heart monitor, only bc i didnt know the sleep thingie was a thing within the watch, anyways, it says my lowest heart rate has been 34… BRUHHH YEAHHH NAHHHH LMAOOO I WOULD BE DYINGGG, and when i had thw absolutely the worst panic attack of my life it said my heart rate only went to 118… yea nope me just going up the stairs my heart will go to 118. im not even mad on how off it is because its the funniest thing in the world i love looking at my heart rate everyday just to see how off it is ☺️☺️☺️☺️ other then that overall really good watch for the price!!
Needs to improve the sign up
So after you do your email and password the it goes to your health then the very last thing is the birthday then the join Letsfit button turn green and when I go to click on it, it won’t do anything
Generally like the app
I like the ability to track some exercise and the alarm function and step counter. I wish there were more exercises to track, eg cardio would be nice. The watch only seems to track heart workouts that are timed. I receive texts to the watch but no notification on the watch that I received one. I have to scroll to the text messages to see what came in.
Excellent watch. Unbelievable value
I have been wearing this watch for about 8 months. I was sceptical at first as to how good could it be for that price. Well I am happy to say it does everything it is advertised as doing. No problems at all. Love it.
App error
Tried creating a new account to customize my watch and it just won’t let you. Thought it might have been a problem with my phone, tried reinstalling the app multiple times and restarting my phone, nothing works. Please fix this.
Accuracy of Watch
I really like this watch for various reasons. I do have Surge, Apple and one other brand of smartwatch. Since I purchased this I have kept aside the other watches. The reasons are as follows: 1. Better battery life. By the end of the day I still have 92% battery life remaining. 2. Accuracy of steps covered during the day. I have done a head to head analysis by wearing two brands at the same time. This watch is more accurate. 3. Light weight 4. My eyes are not the best. Bright and easy display of time. Readable. 5. Great App. I still need instructions regarding switching the app to sports mode or it does it automatically? I see the text messages but I need to know how to get back and revisit the received text message. I do check it on my phone. Is there a way to check it out on the watch?
Frustration...
Even my tech savvy Granddaughter can’t connect the watch text feature. Won’t buy again.

I have to charge my unit every 6-7 days. It drains top 50 percent in 3days max. The sleep seems to think I am asleep when watching tv and no longer records after 2am. Not sure if it’s me or unit? I can’t get it to recognize my exercise properly- stationary bike; using weights etc. overall it’s not a good fit for me.I got it to monitor my heart rate it seems to be doing that ok. I will use it for upcoming trip to measure steps etc but I think it’s going to sit in a drawer.

Suggestions
I have always had a Fitbit. I got this one as a gift which is the only reason I no longer use the Fitbit. I have become used to your tracker but I really miss a few things. I like how my Fitbit would sync automatically to my phone. I liked how fast I could get it to sync when I wanted to sync it. I like that I could track how much water I drank in a day. I actually still use the Fitbit app for that reason! And I liked that the Fitbit would track my activity without me having to tell it that I am going for a walk or a run. Maybe you can consider adding these suggestions to your next model?
Needs software update
My watch disconnects from the app every few weeks. When I try to log in and sync the watch to the app, the app doesn’t recognize my user name and password. It’s very frustrating.
My watch
I like me watch, most of the time. I do not find the sleep setting to be accurate. It has me sleeping while I am up and walking around the house. Even the time of going to be is often wrong. I like the step counter and the reminder to get up and move. Wish there was a button to either set on or off to have the time stay on. All I all I would buy it again.

I love this Fitbit but the only thing I would like more things to do on the Fitbit maybe searching stuff and texting back
App Not Working
What is wrong with this app? I entered my information and it won’t go beyond where it asks for information such DOB, weight, height, etc. when I try to log in it doesn’t recognize my email citing email not registered. I’m not able to set up my watch as a result. What’s the problem?

It’s pretty good for a relatively cheap smart watch. It would be really nice to have some more watch background choices
Syncing issue
Quality smartwatch. Unfortunately, the app will not set the correct date and time. I have done all suggestions I could find on the internet to no avail. Please correct this issue, because I wish to use my watch.
My new watch
Your exercises are good but for me I only have the walking to go to. I do some weight lifting and dancing and snowblowing etc. that you have no heading for anyway I use walking for just about every exercise I do thank you goodbye

So worth it!
I’ve never been a fan of technology, but for the price point, I’ve been really enjoying everything this watch has to offer! I’m able to monitor my heart rate, activity level, as well as my sleep patterns and habits. This helps me stay on top of my health, as the information is so readily available. I do find, however, that sometimes my sleep pattern information is not overly accurate, but it gives me a good approximation. It would be nice to have some more app options to add to the device, but again, considering the price point, it’s so worth it!
Watch won’t sync time
There’s a few issues with this watch. It tells me to get up and move around when I’m standing and recently it won’t change the time to the daylight savings time. I’ve tried all the suggestions in the app of turning off my Bluetooth and then turning it back on and I’ve tried “forgetting this” and then reconnecting and I’ve also tried shutting off my phone and turning it back on. There’s no way to manually do it on the watch or in the app. I don’t use all the other stuff, I just use it for time and to count my steps, which I don’t think it’s very accurate at that either. I like the look of the watch though.
Okay but missing options
The app is pretty great. The output of the data is well displayed ans easy to read. I like that it shows a graph and the percentage of stages you were in (light sleep, cardio training, etc). The downside of the app is that the options to modify the watch like the activity mode is not there. There is not place to change the 8 modes displayed on the watch even though the website says you can and even gives you the steps to do it(but don’t exist). Just would love to get those options.
