Fun game, terrible app
Just play it on web browser, it’s faster with less ads and not a miserable experience. The app ruined all the fun of the game. Boooo

super good, but whenever i get the pop up to leave a review, it slows the app down so much i have to close the app and reopen it
Was good
All was good till I bought the ad free version, then I couldn’t get hints, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app now I have to start the game from scratch and I can’t restore the ad free version I purchased when I go tap restore purchases.
Fun but heavily monetised
The game itself is enjoyable, but is overall soured by having to pay if you don’t want ads. If you don’t pay to remove ads, you get multiple several minute long garbage game adverts after every puzzle. You can skip them if you close and reopen the app but it’s still a pain to have to do it every single time

Ads are not working
In order to get a hint you have to watch an ad but the ads don’t work. You watch the entire thing and then it never lets you return to the game. The same thing has happened watching ads in between puzzles. I would happily pay for an ad-free version. Please make that available instead of this which will just make me uninstall the app.

Glitch galore
Worthless game. It glitches anytime one of their ads pop up or if you play longer than two minutes. Actually embarrassing for how simple of an app it appears.
Ads don’t work
Ads don’t work forcing you to buy hints. You have to force quit the app and restart it to get back to being able to play. If this gets fixed I’ll update my review.

sometimes it’ll be common themes but today was “where wine comes from…” AND ITALY ISNT EVEN THERE. they throw random niche words and it’s not just in the daily one. great concept terrible execution
Great but ads
As above — great fun game with a good back catalogue to play through, just comes with ads when trying to play the back catalogue, but I suppose that’s to be expected for a free game.
Freezing
Would love to play more but unfortunately the app keeps freezing on repeat. I have to rush to get an answer in before it freezes.
Stopped working
Really enjoyed the puzzles. But for some reason mine quit working. I now just get a white screen. Bummer.

Keeps freezing
Fun game, I’ve had to delete and redownload several times and lose all progress because it keeps freezing. This time half of the daily puzzle was done that I did not do. The answers that were on the bottom did not even line up with the letters left

Absolutely love the game but if you leave a game and don’t close the app, when you go back to it, the whole screen is unresponsive and you have to close the app and go back in.

I thoroughly enjoy this game. I have played lots of board games and this one is definitely fun and challenging.
Fun Concept, Garbage App
These puzzles seem fun, at least for the first hour or so. Since then, the app slows down or freezes entirely, and nothing fixes it. Doesn’t matter if you restart the phone, hard restart the app, close all other phone apps, it’s now a useless piece of junk that I deleted from my phone. Find something else!!

Freezing
I’ve been playing since today’s puzzle and all the way back to #298 (trying to finish them all!). Unfortunately, I’ll probably have to delete the app and lose all my progress (or stop playing completely) because it’s constantly freezing before I can make any moves. This has happened before and eventually works after hard-closing the app & restarting but I think I’m officially stuck. Bummer, was fun.
Lots of ad videos
Fun game, but an insane amount of ads. Also you need to watch an add for ‘a reward’ (5 clues), but sometimes you watch the ad and it doesn’t give you the reward even though it says ‘reward granted’ before you close the ad.

Sometimes the clue doesn’t really “fit” with the words but not often! It’s really enjoyable and a nice way to keep your brain sharp.
Not Working
I recently got this game, but it won’t work and stays stuck on a white screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and even restarted my phone, but nothing has helped. I can still play it on the website using my Chromebook, though.
Love these puzzles
These puzzles are really enjoyable. My only complaint is the ads… I don’t even mind watching ads BUT these puzzles track your time and the time spent watching an ad is counted in your timer… why?? It’s either a bug or a poor design but it’s frustrating to start a level with ten seconds already added.

Good game but….
The game itself is good and some are challenging however, I have noticed that this app seems to be changing the font on my phone? All the text on my homescreen, on WhatsApp etc looks different so I’m not sure what’s going on there….
Restore purchase doesn’t work
I like this game! But I’ve also bought packs on one phone that doesn’t link up to another. There are two different buttons to ‘restore purchases’ but neither of these work, so I can’t use the packs that I purchased for the game :(

Daily notifications gone
I’ve been playing for so long, I had a massive daily puzzle streak but then the game stopped sending it’s notification that the daily puzzle was available at 10pm pst. I lost my streak and I tried everything to get the notifications back and nothing works. Super frustrating and disappointing.

Locked up
I can’t play it anymore. I had 250+ day streak. The game loads in then locks up. I deleted it and redownloaded. I turned my phone off and on. I don’t understand how that would happen. I can do the number one just fine. Word salad does not work.
Please have a dark mode
I love this game so much but what would make it a 5 star game is if it has a dark mode setting because I be playing this at late night 🥹
