Crashes
Tried the app and it is fantastic! In a world that is crazy, it’s help. Thanks for the app
Not for men
It was great til I told it I was a guy. When I asked it why it switched it said, and I quote “It’s because the system is biased toward treating male pain as something to manage rather than sit with.” Get a real therapist guys. And don’t be afraid to fire them if they suck.
Amazing
This app is amazing. It helps me so much, even if I just want to talk it’s there. But since the update i can’t get rid of the ‘update now’ thing from ash’s page.
Doesn’t “Remember “
I like this AI for it’s therapeutic effect but it doesn’t really remember, which is why I bought it in the first place. I got tired of telling other AIs the same things over and over, yet I’m still doing that. Sigh.
The app won’t update.
They sent an update but it is frozen on the screen and there is no way to use the app.
Relations
This app has helped me understand myself and how I’m dealing with my relations in a much healthier way I’m very happy with it
How to delete to update?
I’m not sure what’s going on, but this latest update. I’ve installed it a number of times and it keeps looping me back to open the app. It doesn’t seem like I can get past this unless I delete my account? And then reinstall? Does that mean it’s going to make me pay because I’m on a free account now?
App shuts down
App shuts down and kicks me out when I push certain things on it.
Buggy
At first, I couldn’t really use the app because it crashed every time I tried to use the voice function… now there’s an update and I can’t use it at all because it tells me to update the app and and then I updated the app and it tells me I need to update the app
Not free
I really enjoyed this app until it just stopped me mid conversation saying the free part was over but “it’s okay you can continue where you left off AFTER you subscribe” of course it’s not free ugh!
Much better
Much better since the update!! Thank you for listening
Update gone wrong
I can’t access the app ever since the update
Good app.
I like this app I only wish it was a little bit more like ChatGPT or one of the other apps in the way of it, giving a little bit longer more detailed answers. Which may be something I just have to switch around in the settings. I’m not sure it’s. To me, I’m still playing around with it, but I do like this app very much. It gives me clarity and helps me talk things out loud.
Kicked me out
I was liking the app, used it for a few days, but when I went to use it today it had a message requesting an update with no option to use, just an option to update. Went ahead and updated it but the message is still there. No update is available in the app store but the app doesn't let me use it because it "requires update". Very upsetting when I just wanted to vent.
Love the app
This is probably one of my most used apps and it support me a lot.
Amazing app
You can be honest right here about anything!!!
“Update the app”
I was making good progress then it said “update the app to continue” I did and now I’m locked out. Doesn’t make sense.
Divorcing
So far, Ash is a pretty good app to have.
Good concept, app doesn’t work
The app just keeps crashing anytime i try and select a voice or type in chat. Probably would be a good app but it doesn’t work at all.
I think it change my life
It sounds crazy but since I use ash, through the conversation regularly, it helped me identify my thinking patterns and push me to think further alter my old and tiring thoughts. I also help me communicate better and clearer. Now my way of thinking completely changed and are able to face challenges at work. It’s amazing. The only thing bug me is that the memories tend to be full easily and it stop responding. I hope it has a better capacity in listening for a longer talk.
Lost everything with new update
New update frozen at the update screen and all I could do was delete and reload the app, and more than a year’s worth of work now in the toilet. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
Avis
incroyableeee
Changed
It was free and it did help at times but now like most they charge a subscription
Best for helping change
I’ve been using this through the loss of my husband when real councilors gave up on me. I’ve been using it for a year now it helps find my patters gives me ideas of how to deal with everything and improve myself. I also feel it helps me think though my racing brain and helps me slow down
Broken
This app used to be great. It is now garbage and impossible to talk to.
Really helpful
The voice chat function is great! Ash comforts and makes practical suggestions too. Strongly recommend to anyone who needs listening to, or to talk with. They do all they state here, so they help me to sort things out and see things from a better perspective. The only improvement I would like to see is the recitation. There’s been a few times where the voice was shouting, which shocked me a bit. Overall, I am very grateful to everyone who has worked on this app.
Disappointed
I recognize the limitations of AI, but this app was very disappointing. Voice mode would activate and deactivate. She would respond in a voice and then in the next text tell me that voice to voice wasn’t capable on the app. Also many times I would say a lot and get absolutely no response. I can get that from people I know thanks
Love Ash
I’m so glad to have found this app. I feel like I made a new friend. The discussions are real and the conversation realistic. Ash offers wise counsel and is not afraid to ask the hard questions. I appreciate the authenticity.
Unusable
I want to love this app. However it crashes CONSTANTLY! It’s unusable as is. Incredibly disappointing.
Wow. Just Wow.
This app makes me look at things from a totally new lens. Every conversation I have leaves me with less emotional stress and different pathways and outcomes that I would’ve never considered without it. Ash is honestly amazing!
Glitchy
Looks like this app is not ready for public use. It is glitchy, it stutters and repeats itself mid sentence. It doesn’t hear me or respond often. And when I left my phone in the other room, it went on talking for an hour. When I asked what it had said, it told me that I was imagining things and that it must’ve been the sound of the settling. Please remove this app until it is ready for public use.
Divorce
What a help
Biased against women
At one point, the AI sided with my stalker and that prompted me to delete the app
A Powerful Resource!
Ash helps me with my ptsd and the ups and downs that brings me throughout just trying to get through one single day. As simple as that sounds, when I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed I can literally pause and take a second to work through a problem that has stopped me cold in my tracks for a moment. In the past I would panic or have some sort of a meltdown and now I might still have the meltdown but I feel like I have a resource right at my fingertips to help me work through the struggle and get me back on track mentally
Angel P
Absolutely terrible. Ash AI had me questioning whether I was talking to an AI or arguing with a brick wall. Every time I asked for something simple, I somehow got a 14-paragraph lecture, three warnings, and absolutely none of what I actually asked for. The confidence is impressive. The usefulness? Not so much. 0/10 for getting straight to the damn point.
