Extremely Frustrating Video KYC Experience – 4 Months and Still Not Completed
My experience with Fino Payments Bank’s Video KYC process has been extremely frustrating. I have been trying to complete my Video KYC for almost four months, but I still haven’t been able to complete it successfully. Initially, the customer care number itself was difficult to reach. Now the calls are being answered, and all my details are successfully filled in during the Video KYC process. However, when I reach the final step, where the Aadhaar OTP needs to be entered, the website crashes, and the KYC process cannot be completed. It is extremely disappointing to spend four months trying to complete a basic KYC process because of repeated technical issues. Fino Payments Bank should fix this problem and provide a proper solution to customers instead of making them go through the same process repeatedly.

Excellent App
I've been using the Fino Payments Bank app for a few months now, and it's been a smooth experience. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and all essential services like balance check, money transfer, and mini statements are easily accessible. Transactions are quick and secure, and I appreciate the regular updates that improve performance and add features. Customer support is also responsive.
The issue in re kyc
The occupation button doesn’t work at all, it just Dosent operate , when we try to re kyc, the income and occupation comes but we cant type of select occupation, and it doesn’t go to next step without filling occupation, this is so so frustrating

They need video kyc but dont know how they do it m try more then 100 time for kyc but they dont free for that its worst bank i seen ever

This bank took 50rs charge for nothing after every 3 months, and when you want to close the bank it took ₹236 I recommend not to open an account in this bank.
