Customer service is very bad 😡😡
Very disappointing experience with JioFinance. The customer service is extremely poor and the support team has been of little help. Getting a proper response or resolution feels unnecessarily difficult. Customers deserve much better service and faster, more professional support. I would not recommend JioFinance based on my experience. Hopefully, they take customer complaints seriously and improve their service.

In Jio Finance app there is so many bugs. At the night time Jio Finance app doesn’t work properly last 1 years. Recently make transactions are doesn’t search in search bar. App some tume crush automatically so many time. Please improve features and add extra security layers.
