hii i am a ios user i am using iPhone 14 pro in my device in new update the application give warning to reinstall new version to enjoy simeless connectivity but after reinstalling now i am registering my mobile banking application but its showing do not honour mobile and unable to complete the resistration process in the app hope you will solve this issue i am an existing customer of nsdl payment bank

Really liking the new NSDL Jiffy app update. The new interface looks much cleaner and more modern, and overall the app feels smoother to use. Payments are quick and the experience feels better than before. It did take me a little time to get used to the new layout, but once you explore it, it’s actually much better. Good update overall.
1 Star — Extremely Bad & Pathetic Experience
Extremely Bad & Pathetic Experience** One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. We opened this account only **20 days ago**, and within such a short time, our money is already stuck. For the past **5 days**, we have been unable to make UPI, IMPS, or NEFT transactions due to the error **“Transaction exceeds Total Debits Allowed.”** The customer support is extremely disappointing. There are **5 different contact numbers** listed on their portal, but despite calling them **40–50+ times**, we have not been able to get proper assistance. There is no clear explanation or resolution, and even the support ticket raised through the mobile app has received **no response**. For a bank, keeping customers' funds stuck for 5 days without proper communication or support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This has seriously affected our business operations. **Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this bank based on our experience.**
