Scam in digital gold save
Very disappointed with BharatPe Gold Savings service. I sold my gold on the 30th due to an emergency, but the money is still stuck and has not been credited to my account. I have contacted customer care multiple times, and every day they keep saying, “It will be credited today,” but nothing happens. If a customer needs their money during an emergency, this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Customer care is only giving repeated assurances without resolving the issue. I trusted BharatPe with my savings, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. Please resolve the pending payment immediately. Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience.

Sound Box Not Return
Soundbox ke liye payment kiya tha, lekin ab customer care se kaha ja raha hai ki Soundbox nahi milega aur payment bhi refund nahi hoga. Customer care se baat karne ke baad bhi meri problem ka proper solution nahi mila. Agar service provide nahi kar sakte, to payment refund kiya jana chahiye. Please meri complaint ko resolve karein aur refund process karein.
