Dear paytm app its my friend sent money to my paytm buissnes app showing in my app its send and he sent by his paytm too but still not done its almost 7 or 10 days what should i do i want my cash back

Worst app ever to be used in my entire life
Recently, last month, I made a purchase for soundbox that however supposed to deliver last month on 28 September was cancelled somehow with no communication from their side. I tried to reach them multiple time, no response. Order was cancelled without even provide any text, any email, or any phone call. I do not know even my refund is being process or not no communication. I tried to reach them multiple time. I have spoken with three customer care service representative, all of them has lack of knowledge what they are doing. They weren’t available to give me answers that I was looking for. All of them said the same line as robotic. They will get back to me and I’m still waiting no follow-up at all highly recommendation to everybody not to use their service is really pathetic

From last one year, I have raised several tickets for deactivation of the device. Everyone who visits asks for plan upgrades and new device. They take photos and month-end money deducts and it’s in negative money. Fraud company
